KKW Beauty My experience ordering from KKW Beauty was a bit of a mess

My experience ordering from KKW Beauty was a bit of a mess. I got charged six times and now my account is all messed up. My orders are still pending and the shipping took forever. It's been the worst experience ever. And to top it off, the lipstick made my lips feel all dry and hard. And guess what? You can't even return the product.

KKW Beauty ain't got no phone customer service, so if you wanna cancel or change an order that ain't been processed or shipped, tough luck! You gotta rely on their email customer service, which takes a good ol' 2 days on average to get back to ya. I betcha there's been folks out there who accidentally ordered the wrong color and tried to reach out to KKW customer service lickety-split, but got no response. And here's the kicker, once ya pay, you're stuck with the product, even if it ain't been processed or shipped yet. No refunds, no exchanges, no nothin'!

KKW Beauty I ordered from their site cuz they said they deliver internationally

I ordered from their site cuz they said they deliver internationally. But with this Corona thing, the delivery times are all messed up. I placed my order on October 27 and they confirmed it on October 30. It's been over 10 days now and my order hasn't budged from the city. Like, seriously? Has it even been picked up by the shipping company? How can it just sit in the same place for over 10 days without being shipped? If it was at least on its way, I could understand if it's stuck at the airports or something, but nope, it's all on KKW Beauty. They don't seem to care about my order and it's really getting on my nerves.

KKW Beauty KKW Beauty Inc

KKW Beauty Inc. and Kylie Cosmetics have blocked me from ordering in the future because of a recent dispute. I had asked for a refund for a missing item, the Sailor Lashes, which I never received but was still charged for. All I wanted were my lashes, but they couldn't even offer that. Now they won't let me purchase from their website just because I asked for a refund and took it to a dispute. Thankfully, my credit card gave me a courtesy credit. Honestly, the customer service of KKW Beauty and Kylie Cosmetics is terrible. They don't even have a customer number to contact. Customers are treated poorly with no refunds, exchanges, receiving incorrect items, or getting defective products.

KKW Beauty On Thanksgiving weekend I ordered $150 worth of items

On Thanksgiving weekend I ordered $150 worth of items. On December 4, I got the shipping info. By December 15, I still didn't get my order, so I contacted the company. After 3 days, I got an email saying the order is still on its way. The order hasn't moved since December 8, and today is December 21, still no updates or movement. I sent a few more emails because I ordered some items as Christmas gifts. I contacted USPS because I really want the order. They can't find the order and even said the shipping address is different from mine. Customer service is not responsive and not helpful at all. This was my first order with the brand and what a disappointing experience. I really want to get the items by Wednesday, December 23, so I can still give them as gifts.

My package said it was delivered on Monday, May 10th. I let KKW know that I didn't get it on that day. On May 11th, Victoria told me to wait a few more days before they could assist me. So, on May 12th, I replied to the email and informed them that I still hadn't received it. On May 13th, Victoria once again told me to wait. I replied on May 14th because I was going on vacation and that's why I bought these lipsticks. Then, on May 17th, she messaged me saying, "Unfortunately, we can't file a claim on your behalf." She told me to contact USPS myself and start a claim, which they should have told me to do FIRST! Instead, they waited 7 days and after I had already spoken to Victoria, who told me to wait! So now, I've filed a complaint with USPS and I'm really unhappy because they should have told me to do that in the first place and then contact them or something. All she said was that she couldn't file the claim. So, I sent her a screenshot of the claim I submitted to USPS and I guess I just have to keep waiting.

KKW Beauty I bought 3 things from KKW website & got 2 things with the same names as what I ordered, but the colors are totally different from what's shown

I bought 3 things from KKW website & got 2 things with the same names as what I ordered, but the colors are totally different from what's shown on the website, not even close. I emailed customer service with pics of what I got vs. what's on their site & they didn't help, they just said colors look different on different lip colors- which is obvious & why I only ordered based on the swatches on the site & not pics of the product on someone. This is a fake business, they advertise certain colors, send you something totally different, & then say no refunds. I want my money back for the false colors & if not, I'll take legal action & easily get my money back from my bank with my pics proving false advertising.

KKW Beauty I made a mistake and ordered from KKW's website last night at 9:20pm

I made a mistake and ordered from KKW's website last night at 9:20pm. I was going through the steps and trying to place an order with a payment plan, but accidentally accepted the order outright. I emailed KKW right away (9:23pm) to ask for help with canceling and explain my issue. I looked up their cancelation policy on Google and saw that it was updated because of Covid. Now they accept cancellations, which they didn't do before, as long as the order hasn't shipped. When I woke up this morning, my order was already marked as "shipped" at 2:39am, and a KKW representative responded saying they can't help me cancel. I replied to them with a photo of their new cancellation policy. There's no way my order was processed and shipped at 2:39am. They use shady techniques to prevent customers from canceling. I contacted them right away about my purchase, and this shouldn't have happened. If you want proof with photos of the emails and time stamps, let me know because I have plenty.

KKW Beauty On November 12, I ordered a $68 eye concealer kit from KKW Beauty, Inc

On November 12, I ordered a $68 eye concealer kit from KKW Beauty, Inc. The kit included various products and brushes that were designed to work together. I was particularly interested in the Corrector, which had been promoted by *** on Instagram as a new addition to the undereye kit. *** had sent messages about this to millions of people, so I assumed that Inventory Ops would have been prepared for a surge in demand for this product.

However, when I checked online, many items were already sold out, which I thought was unprofessional. Nevertheless, I decided to continue my search. Luckily, the Peach Corrector that I wanted was still in stock, so I placed my order on November 12. I paid for all the products, including the Corrector, and my order was accepted.

Unfortunately, when the partial-products arrived over two weeks later, the Corrector was missing. On December 2, a representative informed me that it was out of stock with no re-listing date, and they had refunded me for the product. They offered no hope of when it might be available again, and suggested that I keep checking their website if I wanted to order it. I strongly disagree with this approach.

I had purchased this ONE MAIN PRODUCT as part of a complete system, and I believe that the other products in the kit are rendered useless without it. The Corrector was available at the time of my purchase, so there was clearly an error in their inventory control. Now, I have spent $68, but after the refund of $19, I am left with $50 worth of products that I cannot use.

I requested a refund for the entire kit, but I was informed that everything is final sale. I feel that there were errors in their advertising (***'s Instagram post), inventory controls (allowing me to make a purchase and then later indicating that it was sold out), and poor customer service in refusing to acknowledge the importance of this vital step in the entire system.

Overall, I am extremely disappointed with my experience with KKW Beauty, Inc. and I would caution others to be wary when making purchases from them.

KKW Beauty On August 22nd, I did an order of almost 160$ at KKW and until today (September 15th, I didn't receive anything)

On August 22nd, I did an order of almost 160$ at KKW and until today (September 15th, I didn't receive anything). I tried to write to KKW and each time they answer, it is an automatic reply that ask mw for the order number and each time I answer with my order number, I still do not get any answer. I also write several email to the shipping mail services and no reply and no answer. I have lost 160$ and I do not get any costumer services. I am beyond disappointed, I am frustrated and I feel disrespected and not considered at all. I do want a full refund and a decent costumer service with excuses from the company.

KKW Beauty I ordered the Mrs

I ordered the Mrs.W*** collection and when received the package was damaged causing the makeup palette to come broken as well as the highlighter. When I contacted customer service asking for a refund they only wanted to send me a replacement. It took them 2 weeks after my email for me to actually receive the replacement even though I asked for a refund. When the replacement came in I only got the palette and not the r*** of the stuff that was as well broken. Already a month after I initially ordered I felt the whole issue was a major inconvenience and asked for a refund yet again and they still refuse to give me my refund.

KKW Beauty I purchased a Matte Lipstick Set from KKW Beauty for the first time and two of the lispticks have some kind of grains/pebbles

I purchased a Matte Lipstick Set from KKW Beauty for the first time and two of the lispticks have some kind of grains/pebbles. I know what it is but I know that this grainy texture on the lipsticks have to be a manufacture issue. The other lipsticks I bought didn't knot.have this issue. I tried contacting costumer service to obtain a replacement of the lispticks but according to then I'm not eligible for a replacement/refund because it had passed the 14 days time frame they give. I find this absurd because I just wanted the item to be replaced for some new ones because I had not used the items before until now, and to find that they are messed up it's a waste of money and foolery with me as a costumer. I can't use the items because I don't know if it will cause any harm to my health especially now that I'm pregnant I can't take no risk with using bad cosmetics products.

I PURCHASED THIS BRAND OF MAKEUP FOR THE FIRST TIME ONLINE (DUE TO COVID 19 PANDEMIC) DECIDED TO TRY SOMETHING NEW. IMMEDIATELY UPON RECEIVING THIS PRODUCT I WAS INSTANTLY UNHAPPY. I PURCHASED 6 ITEMS TOTALING $146.65. EYELINER, EYE SHADOW PALETTE, MASCARA, AND THREE LIP GLOSSES. THE EYELINER WAS WHITE, I COULD HAVE MADE A MISTAKE AN CHOSE THE WHITE INSTEAD OF BLACK (HUMAN ERROR). THE LIP GLOSS HAD A VERY BAD SMELL AND I COULD NOT IMAGINE WALKING AROUND ALL DAY WITH THIS ODOR. I DIDN'T EVEN TRY THE OTHER'S BECAUSE THEY ALL SMELLED THE SAME. THE MASCARA AND PALETTE I DID'NT EVEN BOTHER. I WENT TO LOOK FOR A RETURN LABEL (NONE) I WENT TO THE WEBSITE AND SEARCH FOR RETURN INFO AND THERE IT WAS NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES, I COULD NOT BELIEVE IT. A PRODUCT WITH NO RETURN POLICY. KKW Beauty Dear all, I ordered from KKW Beaty on 12th of February

Dear all, I ordered from KKW Beaty on 12th of February . Some time later, I received an email informing me the order has been dispatched to my adress. After about a month (on 29th April) of not receiving the order, I contacted KKW Beauty to inquire regarding its whereabouts. This is the reply I received: R (KKW Beauty) Apr 29, 11:51 AM PDT Hello Vlasta, It appears that your package is returning to KKW Beauty. Our policy requires that all undeliverable packages are cancelled and refunded. You may use your tracking number to estimate when your package will return to us. Once we receive your order back at our hub, we will issue a refund. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience! Thank You, KKW Beauty Team From that point, I've contacted KKW Beauty again to be told that the order has not reached their hub yet and therefore they cannot process the refund. The UPS tracking of the package has stopped on the 28th of April and hasn't changed ever since. Now it's 1st of June and KKW Beauty still claims the package was not returned to their hub. I do not believe the order will be ever returned, and since I cannot track it, they can claim they never received it as long as they want. I don't believe this a fair approach towards the customer. I have properly paid for my order, have never received it and the company now refuses to issue a refund which I also believe is unlawful in this case.
