KokoPie have not received the online order purchased on july, 30 2019

on july 30, 2019 I purchased online 2 skirts and 1 top. the order number is 38907. i have not received the merchandise as of august14, 2019 nor has there been any correspondence from kokopie. i paid with my credit card which has been charged. please contact me at the following email address: [protected]@woh.rr.com or my phone number [protected] I would prefer speaking to a person thank you

KokoPie ordered an outfit... only got half of it

Bought a black skirt, knee high stripped socks, fish nets, black Wednesday Adams shirt. It was an outfit deal but didn't come with the shoes in the deal. I only received shirt and skirt.
Had no problem taking my daughters money. My daughter has emailed twice and the website says replies back in 2 days yet haven't heard a thing. This needs to be resolved. Paid almost $70.

KokoPie bee shirt

So I put in my order for a bee shirt on the 11th of December and still hasn't arrived yet (it's the 13th of January). It's been a full month since I ordered and I'm very disappointed. I have contacted which ever emails I could get to in order to resolve this and hope to hear from someone soon. I wish to receive support on this matter as I spent my own money on this and I'm 14 :(

KokoPie worst online shopping experience ever

Ordered 5 items on november 29th. Two of those items arrived, after 2 weeks.in the shipment was a hand-scribbled note — my first time hearing from the seller since I placed my order — that said two of the items are being shipped seperately, and one item was out of stock and refunded. It took well over a week after that for me to see a refund for the one item. Then a week after that (It is now dec 26) the seller sends me an e-mail saying one item will be shipped to me this week, while the last item is still is china and may take another two weeks to even make it to the states.

After a few minutes of "research" on their cult-following instagram, I realized this site is run by spoiled teenage girls who have no idea how to run and business. Their clothing is either ordered from a seperate party in china, or designed by one of their friends — do not purchase their original designs. The backpacks, jackets, etc will rip and fall apart on you within the first day.

Don't make the same mistake as me. Do not shop from kokopie. Order from dolls kill if you like their clothing. Dolls kill is a legit site and it's priced similarly.

KokoPie first order went great, but I ordered a second time and it’s been 10 days, haven't received any item or explanation as to why

On November 17th I ordered a skirt, shirt, and some fishnets. Super cute. It's been 10 days and the usps tracker hasn't updated since the 17th, and kokopie hasn't responded to my email that I sent yesterday (understandable, they usually take 24 hours to respond or so they say) and the tracker says usps hasn't recieved items, but on the website it says my items are in PA. ? Can I have them pls? :))))))((( that was almost $40 worth of clothing.

KokoPie Scammers! Buyers beware!

Alright, guys. This is my first review ever. Unfortunately, the negative one. They shipped out my three orders separately and I got only one out of them. Kindly asked them when I had to expect for the others and was said that they didn't send it. Oh god. So looks like if I never asked I would never found it out and you would simply steal my money? No way. I requested my refund of course. Pretty sure they will make up new excuses not to do it. But if it happens, I will write a new review with all information I have against them.
Now I only can tell you to run away from this website and buy elsewhere.

Ordered Boots for my granddaughter for Christimas on 11/28/18. They debited my account for the item and shipping ($15 for $40 order) on 11/29/18. I have inquired by email twice because I cannot find a phone number for them. Never heard from them either time. It is 8:42 p.m. Christmas eve, no boots! This was my granddaughter's big gift. Looks like Christmas will be a bust for her this year. Who does that anyway? Who ruins a 15 year olds Christmas? What kind of people do that?

Well, I have many options on how to handle this company and I plan to use all of them. For those of you who are unhappy...start with contacting the Attorney General in your state and let them know you have been scammed by this company. Contact your local TV station and tell them you have a human interest story for them. Call your BBB and file a complaint. Then post your story on your FB page and those 1000 friends of yours have 1000 friends and those have 1000 friends and so on and so on. Within a week your post will have reached a few million people. Their sales will drop considerably and maybe you will get their attention then. People need to warned about companies like this. Too many reputable and competent companies than to have deal with this kind of incompetence. Wish I had read the reviews first...Good luck!

KokoPie Terrible

I bought a skirt from KokoPie and did not receive my order. I contacted their support service about this matter and their claimed that my skirt was not in stock. I did not ask for a refund because I really wanted the skirt and asked if there were any options to settle this. They said that they'll contact me as soon as they get some information. I waited patiently and in the end I finally gave up and asked for a refund. Their rep said that it was already too late for that and if I wanted a refund I should have told earlier. They said that I need to wait for my order but they have no idea when will it become available. Horrible site, don't buy from KokoPie!

KokoPie Unethical behaviour - threatening

DO NOT send them any of your information, they will hold it against you and even threaten you. Super terrified of what they could do. I'll let you know what happened but I can't be too specific since I'm worried they will see this and retaliate

I had ordered from them and nothing ever shipped, I contacted them multiple times but no answer. I created a chargeback and then I finally got a reply from them but at that point I just wanted my money and time back. They were very rude and accusatory towards me, and always on the defensive. Even though, might I add, that I was very polite and understanding with them in the beginning (I also never spoke with anyone that had a name, it was always just "kokopie" which is very odd). It escalated to the point of where they threatened me and said they were retaining all my information for potential future use. Really scared. I have no idea what they might do with my info. They don't deserve to be in business of this is how they go about things.

I ordered several items on JUNE 5th, and received an email from them on JUNE 8th saying my order had been shipped. These items were for my granddaughter, for her birthday, on JUNE 19th, that date came & went and she didn't get her order... I inquired several times, most of which were ignored, and when they did answer, it was some bs about how some of the items were 'preorder' so they hadn't arrived & they would ship when they did... I responded asking why they had sent me an email on June 8th saying everything was shipped then? No answer... just kept telling me the same thing over & over... they ruined my granddaughters birthday present as she wanted the clothes to wear on her birthday, they charged me $15 for shipping and it took like a month to receive, they don't have a phone number, so the only thing you can do is email, and they either ignore that or wait several days to respond, and even then they don't address your questions and they are rude. They should have at the very least, apologized for outright lying, ruining a girls birthday, and poor service. They should have refunded my shipping cost. They did nothing. Clearly they care nothing about customer service or return business, because I will NEVER shop with them again. I sent a complaint to the Better Business Bureau regarding them... I hope their business closes so that can't continue to rip people off...

KokoPie Boots never received.

I paid 84 bucks including shipping on Dec 12 for some black boots for my daughter.
order was confirmed and never received shipment. I am taking this and reporting to the CFBP. (Consumer Protection Financial Bureuau). Everyone should report this shady, scandalous company.
Read blogs. This company needs to be shut down and People need to get fired in operations

KokoPie Extortionate postage, incredibly slow delivery, only one item arrived

Terrible company. Ordered 2 items for my daughter for Christmas. A backpack and pair of earings, so $30 postage to the UK didn't sound too bad, but after 3 weeks nothing had shipped. I queried this and heard nothing for a week, then got a refund for the backpack. Finally the earings arrived and look like something from a christmas cracker. ABout $0.99 of cheap plastic from China, and they still charged $30 postage. Biggest rip-off I have encoutered on the internet. Avoid this company!

KokoPie Never received backpack

- I ordered my daughter a backpack a month a go, plenty of time before school started and it is showing it has not sent out yet! I contacted the company and they said it would ship out on "Wednesday". Well a couple of Wednesdays have come and gone and no backpack and it is still showing that it hasn't been shipped out! Not only did I waste 56. 00 on this backpack, I had to buy her another one to start school with! Another thing is...underneath the picture of the backpack it said the price was 29.99, when I went to check out it was 50.00 +shipping! She really wanted it so I reluctantly ordered it anyway, I am calling my bank today to try to get the charges reversed as well as the BBB! This company is not a good one to do business with, on top of everything else they were very rude to me just because I had the nerve to ask where my backpack was! I have emailed them (the only contact information they give) at least 4 times asking about the backpack. The one time they said it was on it's way, which was over a week ago. And the other emails I got no response from them!

KokoPie order did not arrive

I've ordered some jewelry and a bag from KokoPie a long time ago and never received my order. And it seems like these guys decided to keep my money! I emailed them many times with no luck getting a response.
KokoPie is the worst company I have ever dealt with!
Too bad I did not check the reviews before I made my order. Of course I will never order anything again from KokoPie, but I will not give up until I get my money back!

KokoPie Very difficult to get a refund

I am in a difficult situation with KokoPie. Purchased two items from this company and received only one item which looked nothing like pictures and I was really disappointed with its quality. I decided to return the item and also wanted to asked them to cancel the second one. They said that the second item was on its way and that I have to send the both items back in order to get a refund. Well, I'm still waiting for the second item and have no idea where it is or when it will arrive. I guess it's just some sort of scam. Without the second item I can't get a refund and I really doubt that they even shipped it!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! I ordered two skirts, both SMALL, and the first skirt fit well but the second one was soooo tight, it was so ridiculous because they’re both SMALL. And as soon as I got them I sent them an email for an exchange, but now it’s been 4 days already since I sent them two emails and I haven’t gotten any reply! This website is so unprofessional, lowkey a scam. Don’t ever buy from here, the items are so overpriced you can just reverse search their products in google and find similar ones for cheaper in AliExpress.

Buyer Beware! If you order from Kokopie, you'll pay a $15 shipping fee for items that take an outrageous amount of time to ship. 2-5 business days? More like 2-5 months. Customer service is a joke...you may never receive your items at all, and definitely won't receive any response from them by email. I've requested a refund, but will likely have to contact my bank to have the charges removed. Don't make my mistake, read customer reviews online before doing business with this shady company.
