Krystal Cancun review: Krystal Cancun timeshare

I purchased a Krystal Cncun time share Sept 9,2023. To date I have paid over $10,000.

Ivan Flores, the quality assurance manager assured me that our weeks would be rented out by a maintenance company to which I have paid over $1500 after placing calls and emails I realize this is a scam. Everytime I inquire I'm told there has been no activity yet. When booking a hotel on the website it is cheaper for me to book on any other booking site. The free cruise offer that had to be activated within 12 months was a complete scam. I was told the offer was for 4 nights surprise surprise no 4 night pkgs available and with all the hidden fees I would be paying more than booking elsewhere.I paid an annual fee in Oct now im told I will be paying another annual fee of 1200 US the end of Nov. There are hidden fees,made up fees that I cannot continue to pay.After reading all the reviews I am convinced this was just a scam and would like my money back. The whole package is not worth the price Im paying. I thought this package would be great to leave to my children. Very dissapointed in that whole team everyone seemed so sincere. How could you take my money with a straight face knowing I have 4 children? I will definitely be contacting a lawyer to get my money back .
