Krystal review: Service

At midnight on 12/18/21 I sent my daughter to the Krystal's in Dechard TN. The lady Nichole working the window was extremely rude, unprofessional & cussing. She made my daughter drive around to order 3 times telling her there are more important people behind her because she didn't pull her payment out fast enough. The second time she came around she told her that her order got deleted and she needed to drive around again. Then she had to pull forward to wait for her food, a guy brought the food out he proceeded to tell my daughter that she has been cussing them out all night… this is an extremely awful situation. I hope this is not the way you would like your company to be represented. No one coming to order food should be called out of their name.
