One large box going to bicol
In November 3, of 2023 a delivery guy was schedule to pick up my two boxes, one extra large and one large. He asked me to cancel the extra box when I told him that there was a small generator in it he said that I have to pay extra I said no problem. My package is supposed to be delivered this week since November 11. The package arrived here in manila. The delivery address is caloocan, and when i tracked my package, i was shocked to see it was bound to davao. I have been calling them for 3 days now. Only they say to me that they will email a report on the forwarding team, and still, i dont have any update. I've been asking them why my package is going to davao while it was clearly written on the record and on the box that the address is on caloocan.
Customer service
I walked in to claim my passport and the the two customer service representative were very rude.
I am not expecting them to give a full smile but at least be polite when talking to your customer. When asked their faces are too grumpy. Wouldn't communicate or give clear instruction.
Please let then understand of what customer servicr is all about. A little courtesy won't hurt. If not for our business they wouldn't be here/in this position.
Arrogant and unprofessional.

Missing parcel
I picked up a parcel last Nov9, 2023. They gave me 1 box. After a few days, the seller messaged me and informed me it was still for pick. She sent 2 boxes and I received only 1. I came back today, Nov14 for the second parcel. They asked me to wait and when the staff arrived, he claimed they received it just today. But the waybill indicates it was sent Nov6, together with the first box I claimed. They even dismissed my complaint as nothing. The boxes contained plants. And being in there for almost a week would kill them. I paid money for those plants plus shipping fee. Those were perishable items. Lying plus inadequate/ poor service. This happened in LBC branch waltermart Cabanatuan City Nueva Ecija

Desired outcome: Reprimand, cancellation of work by the 2 employees. This is not the first time. They have always been rude and unapologetic for their mishaps

Hi, i am adzimah from taman cheras jaya area. Recently i got a complaint from the pick up driver who claimed that my boxes are too heavy and i should not make it difficult for him to carry the boxes. So i wonder if there is any rules stating that customer cannot send heavy items that could effect the pick up service.
Is there any method that could help the pick up person to lift up customer's boxes into the lorry. As far as i concern, they use manual method (use their physical energy to lift up the box) which could endanger them for the long run, meanwhile me as customer also have right to send any items as long as not against rules. I hope LBC could come with alternative, at least provide manual forklift for your pick up driver.
Or else, please provide other pick up driver who will not make a fuss with customer's items.

Last year (2022) I ordered a balikbayan box to replace the one I was shipping. The loaded balikbayan box left but the replacement box did not arrive. it is now 1 year later and I still dont have that box. I would let that go since I bought another box to fill up for xmas. new year. After I filled it up I called (12 Oct 2023) LBC contractor to pick it up with all the info he wanted from me. 25 Oct 2023 I still havent gotten a call from him to when they will pick up the box. I called LBC hotline to complain (26 Oct 2023)... they said they will contact him to contact me... still no call. This is really bad service. I am now researching who the person in charge here in Ontario Canada so I can file a small claims lawsuit for service not rendered. Yes it will cost me me a few dollars but I truly hate being lied and cheated on. I think one year is enough of leeway to get some service,
Desired outcome: My replacement box to be delivered, my balikbayan box to be picked up and a public apology (ie. a recordable apology that can be posted on social media) or contractor be terminated by company for providing bad service.

Missing parcel
My receipt indicated that expected delivery date is October 6 to October 7, with tracking number 362315850600. I am trwcking my item thru their website and up to this date, it is still showing October 6, received wt Carmona Delivery team. I have file a complaint to their customer service numerous times and they would always tell me, check the status online and in the end, advised me to coordinate with the seller. This is the 2nd time that my item got missing and they are not holding themselves accountable with their poor customer service.
Desired outcome: Please refund me the value of the item and hold the people and accountable with what happened.

Late delivery
There has been no progress in the shipment since it reached the Legazpi delivery team on October 4, 2023.
Typically, deliveries to South Luzon take 20 days from departed from Singapore on September 24th, 2023, so I'm puzzled as to why my package has not arrived yet.
It's incredibly frustrating to learn that the package is currently located in Legaspi, which is just an hour's drive from Bicol, yet it has not been delivered up to this point.
I've been emailing to LBC but the only reply i got was Auto reply asking me to track the package.
Desired outcome: The delivery team should have delivered each package asap and not to wait to deliver it only at the last minute before the deadline?
Cargo (milk for 91 years old sick mother) from Manila to Bohol
I booked at LBC Express, Inc. in Nicanor Garcia cor. Jupiter St, Bel-Air, Makati City for a cargo going to Bohol from Manila on September 27, 2023 under Reference No. [protected], which contains 24 pcs of ensure gold for my 91 years old sick mother . I told to the them that said milk is very urgent since that is my mother's food and no stock in Tagbilaran, Bohol. As of to date (October 6, 2023) the cargo is not arrive and my mother since October 2, 2023 has no food intake only lugaw.
Please verify/investigate this matter, once any thing happen to my sick mother for lack of nutritional food intake due to delayed arrival of the cargo, Our family will constrain to file case against LBC, Express, Inc.

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding the delivery service of an important document from your company.
On August 18,2023, my sister Lizette O. Austria made a transaction with your company for the delivery of my documents to the recipient in General Trias Cavite. The document was time-sensitive, and I specifically requested expedited delivery to ensure its timely arrival. I was assured by your customer service representative that the document would be delivered by August 18-19, 2023.
To our dismay, regular follow ups on their customer care 35 email exchanges back and forth only to found out that they disposed our parcel without even proper communication and contact to both the sender and the receiver. How many times we requested to send it to the nearest LBC branch location of the recipient and contact the recipient for pick up but nothing was done.
Desired outcome: I would like to deliver this important original documents ASAP to the recipient but if not possible to deliver at least to send it to the nearest LBC branch from the recipient's address

I would like to make a complaint regarding LBC Baguio.
We have sent a package to a service Center in Manila, unfortunately, We were not given a contact person by SM on whom the item will be received.
Once we had the information on who will receive the item, as per LBC, they could no longer deliver the item since it has been days.
As per advise they will will need to return the item to the Baguio Branch, and they will advise us via SMS once they have clarified the details on how much we will pay for the Shipping back to Baguio. Once received back in Baguio, we can then reship it back to Manila.
Days passed and after several follow ups, they informed us that the item has already been disposed of. last August 1 2023, and we have been going back and forth to them way before that.
LBC Baguio branch has also advised us that they will try to get in touch with the Manila branch to try to recover the item,
