I don't know if you train your people well. I went to lbc, alabang-zapote road, the branch near zapote. There were 2 employees working and there's a lot of customers lining up. I understand, that I needed to wait, and I waited. I waited for almost 1 hr, I never had lunch, and I still have work after an hour. So when it was my turn, I didn't had my other id, I only had my tin id! The lady employee, told me that it's not valid. So I gave her my scanned passport from my phone. And she told me that they will take a picture of the id, so I presented the scanned id's. But she told me that it's not allowed, I told her that I still have a class (which is my work), and asked her, "do I still need to go home to just get the id's?", and she told me 'yes you need to go home", I actually understand the process, but do you have consideration that I was busy, and I needed to go to work after an hour! I am always doing all my courier transaction with you guys! But I think you guys never care! I had a lot of bad experiences, but I never complained! Your employees are not friendly, they are rude and seems like they hated their job! The delays on the duration time of delivery to visayas had been a hell to me. You just ruined my business because of the delays in delivery! Don't you care about your customers? This will be my last time to do transaction with you! And don't expect that I will recommend you to all my friends, my family and even those who are doing business!
Balikbayan box delivery syd to mnl
My balikbayan box was picked up from my residence here in Sydney on the 14th of July 2020 to be sent to Caloocan City Philippines. On the week of August 14 (a month after), I called LBC and they said that as per the system, the package is already in Philippines but could be held up in customs. After around 2 weeks, I called again and they said that they will track it and asked for me to call back. A few days later, I called and I was told that the tracking number is wrong and that it's been used already by somebody else and told for me to call back in an hour to check the status. I called back and I was told that my case has been reported and for me to expect a call from LBC NSW to be advised of the correct tracking number. Within two days, I didn't get any call back from LBC, but I kept calling them to check only to be told to wait again the following day. I last called LBC this afternoon and I was told to wait for LBC to give me a call. The day ended and I haven't received any call. I asked who else I can call aside from the [protected] hotline or if I can call LBC NSW but the call center agent said that they do not coordinate with the branches and the only thing I can do is to wait. The receiver of my package also tracked it online and the webpage showed a different sender and recipient. My package has been delayed for such a long time already, and I don't even have a way to track it. Every time I call your hotline, I'm always just told to wait for LBC's call or call back. I am so frustrated because this is hard earned money for my loved ones. I patiently talk to the call center representatives and I diligently wait, but it's been two months. I thought the package will be delayed due to covid, but apparently, it got delayed and lost due to LBC's own system. I don't know where else to go. I am so disappointed with what's happening. Nobody's getting back to me, I don't know if my family will be able to get my package or if it's totally lost.

Failure to remit collection
I shipped an item using lbc cop with tracking number [protected]. The item was picked up and paid by the recipient at lbc carig regional center on august 14, 2020. However, until this date and time, I have not received any notification or reference number in order to claim the collection. Your tracking site has not been updated for too long, concealing the real status of the package and the money collected.
Does lbc cop service really take this long to remit the collection?

1st all your hotline number here in the Philippines sucks, sad to say but it doesn't help.
Last July I sent 3 boxes from from UAE going here in the Philippines. Today, Sept. 8 only 2 boxes were delivered. Why is it all the way from. Dubai they all go together every time I track them, then on the delivery day 1 was left behind. The tracking # of the 3rd box is [protected]. Can you tell me when will it be delivered? Parcel not received / over delayed / undelivered
I sent a parcel last August 20, 2020 at LBC Lapu Lapu Legazpi City Branch, as advised up to 1 week lead time for the delivery, check ko lang daw palagi sa online tracking. But up to now, September 8, 2020 still no update! I even asked the sending branch and as advised they will give me feedback pero wala naman nakakailang email na rin ako lagi lang forwarded wala naman masabing exact information. As client we also have the right to know any update, pinagkatiwala naming sainyo yung parcel namin. anong petsa na wala pa rin. it was to be an advance birthday gift pero inabutan na ng birthday ng receiver. Loss of item
I would like to file a complain regarding the package I sent last Sept 4, 2020 at around 3:30 to 4pm..
The package contained 2 pairs of Aunthentic/Legit Jordan shoes and a Jordan cap. The delivery charged is PHP675.00. The Consignee was our client Mr. Joseph Allan Fernandez and his delivery address was Rm.303 Lourdan Bldg 428 Barangka Mandaluyong.
He got the package but He was surprised when he informed me that the pair of Jordan Flint shoes was not included .
Attached to this letter are pics of the delivered items..
The fact that I saw how the package was properly packed and labeled. The boxes was in good condition. I never imagined that it would turn out bad because of the loss that pair of expensive shoes.
I choose LBC express because I have high expectations that my package would be delivered safely and complete. Since your company has excellent reputation in the forwarding industry.
In addition to this, your delivery asked the recepient to pay the amount that I already paid!
For this matter I would like to ask your good office to investigate this incident. So I am have a fair reason and claim whatever I am legally entitled.

Delivery issue
I would like to complain my package sent to lbc annapolis branch last aug.20, 2020 suppose to be going to south luzon particularly sta. Rosa laguna. They told me package will be delivered 6 to 9 days. But after 11 days I follow up with them, still the package is not arriving, worst they cannot track it or went missing. They told me to call me when they find out whats the status of the package but on. The 13 days no calls from lbc I follow with them again they just show me a documents that the. Package was pick up by their courier guy. But the guy is not coming to work yet so they can't question him yet. Until 17 days my relative from laguna sent me a message that lbc annapolis asking her to pick up the package on the same branch where I sent it. I was so shocked and pissed off... At last the. Missing package shows and still it is on the same branch where is send it. What kind of service I am getting here? Im really disappointed by this kind of services...

Damaged / extremely wet parcel

I received the package little over 20 minutes ago and was excited to open it without disinfecting because the items inside were fragile. All items were extremely crumpled and my poster actually melted due to wetness. TO be honest, it didnt even smell of alcohol. This is really disappointing, your courier is the most expensive one and I doubted there will be a case like this so I trusted the company. Well, here it is. It's not even acceptable as a display.

I sent a package last august 26. And I requested for it to be delivered in Pagadian City. Yesterday we just got a message that our package is ready for pick up at Ipil branch. I already paid for the delivery fee. Please do something about this. I want it delivered to the exact address not in Ipil. The tracking number is [protected]. I am complaining about the service
I book online last aug 31, 2020 pick up sept. 1 here in our house. In the next day no one comes to pick up. I thought its just they dont see it on their system so I book again on the nigh before sep. 2 the pick up date. Again there is no sign of a rider. Of course I book again 3rd time to be pick up this day no one come! Now I book again? Pwede ba wag na kayo mag online kung hindi naman pipick upin. Siguro nag hihintay ng tip e isa lang naman pick up nya and trabaho niya yon? Kung ganon pala ang rider pangit naman. Ang dami ko nang pending na for pick up na tracking!

Wrong shipment country
I would like to make a complaint about my transaction in the lbc-robinson lipa branch. August 27 I went to lbc and inform the teller that I want to send 2 employee id to macau and he asked me which country because he cannot find macau in his system so I told him that macau is part of china and I have written the complete address which indicates macau, china. I've patiently waited for him for about 20 minutes because he said his a newbie and not familiar with the international transactions. He kept asking his colleague beside him and his manager whos on a meal break. He also has an issue with my recipient because he mentioned that elaine chan has the same name in their system with a record. All those things were fine for me but in the end, he told me that he can only encode portugal so he can input macau in the address and I told him I don't have any idea about your system just make sure it will be sent to macau china ok? He says sure, and his colleague beside him knows the venetian macau that's why even I saw in receipt portugal I did not worry because i've written the full correct address. So when I got home my husband asked me why I paid 2390 pesos for the shipping fee, I told him it's international that's why it is expensive but he is not convinced so he checks in lbc website if the amount is correct and it turns out that I should pay 840 pesos only. And my husband found out that the 2390 pesos fee is for portugal in europe not in macau. So the next day I went back to lbc-robinson lipa and told his manager what happened, his manager apologized which is good and she mentioned she has already emailed the issue and I just need to wait till monday (august 31) for the parcel to be returned and void the transaction so they can give me back the excess payment. And guess what happened on august 31? The manager just sends me a message saying my parcel is not yet returned because it has been forward to dhl even they already request to hold and return my parcel. It is september 3 today and I have not received any update about my issue, I will go back to lbc-robinson lipa again to check what happens. Remember, not just your clients are filipino, I have the number of supervisor in mexico pampanga hub. At first very helpful but give up in the end.
