Saya ingin membuat aduan mengenai penghantaran document dimana envelop document tersebut telah terkoyak sebelum diterima oleh penerima. Bukan itu saja, salah satu document di dalam envelop tersebut tiada
/hilang. Tracking No: EN 882542736MY dari Sarawak ke Kuala Lumpur, tarikh terima 16/8/2017. Saya ada tanya posmen mengenai perkara tersebut dan beliau cuma beritahu untuk menelefon customer service center tetapi sudah 3 hari saya cuba menelefon pihak poslaju customer service center sampai hari ini masih tiada orang menjawab dan sentiasa sibuk. Saya harap pihak tuan dapat memberi maklum balas secepat mungkin & mencari document saya yang hilang itu. Sekian, terima kasih.
