Legit.co.za review: Appalling customer service

I am appalled by the customer service I received from the ladies at Legit Rosebank Mall on the 19th of February 2020. I walked into the the store with an item I needed to exchange. I politely greeted two ladies by the counter who ignored me and continued looking at lipsticks. I decided to greet them again to get their attention for assistance, they responded without even looking up or looking at me as a customer who need assistance. I then walked away and went to the section with the item I needed to exchange and the 3rd lady standing by that section just stared at me without also assisting me. I ended up walking out without exchanging my item.
