Inappropriate music and volume
Went to the brand new Legit store in Jacaranda Centre in Pretoria on10/04/2022. For the Second time at this store the music was so loud that we just couldn't stand to be in the store. The choice of music was also unpleasant to the ear. The staff seem to be treating the store as their own DJ booth. Another customer also complained but the staff seem to be unphased.
Desired outcome: Perhaps for the stores to play more mainstream music such as with Mr Price stores and definitely for the staff to keep the music at a bearable volume
Handbag
I bhought a handbag at liberty mall on the 4th of April 2022.
The handbag handle is disattached now from the bag (06/04/2022)
I do not have a slip since I didn't think I'll need it.
But I used my bank card to pay for the goods I bhought
Desired outcome: I would like for the handbag to be replaced
Push up skinny jeans
I bought a pair of push up skinny jeans on the 25th of March 2022. When I put them on the next day I noticed the sew lines were unraveling. It’s a Portia Push Up Black Acid serial number [protected] in a size 14.
Desired outcome: A pie of new jeans or voucher.
Poor service/rude attitude and remarks
I went to the Alberton city branch Saturday the 05/02/2022, time was 16: 45, I was about to enter the store but the door was closed, I checked the time, and looked at the walls/doors to see if there is any notification for the store closing early but I didn't see any.
I then approached and before I could ever utter a word, the cashier shouted we are closed then I responded by saying but it says here on the door that the trading hours is 17:00 she let me in but not in the most polite manner but I brushed it off because I desperately needed to buy something.
Then as I was busy shopping some lady by the name of Patricia asked the cashiers about me, they then told her what they told me and my response, then she rudely shouted that we are closed, we want to leave come and pay, like am some nuisance of child, then proceeded to speak about me to the cahiers like I am not there and clearly didn't care if I could hear, I decided not to respond with the same tone or manner, I chose to ignore her and just get the items I wanted. I was uphold by her tone, is that how Legit train people to speak to their customers?
I get that I came late but do I deserve to be treated like that? The least they could have done is assist me in finding the items that I urgently needed but I was never offered any form of customer service whatsoever they just wanted me to be gone and they didn't hide it. When I asked what her name was she loudly shouted its Patricia to show that she isn't afraid of me, but does the store expect the customers to keep coming back if they treat people this way? They were at least supposed to put up a notice that on such a day that the store will close 15 minutes early due to whatever reason I would have respected that
Desired outcome: I deserve an apology from all the cashiers especially the so called Patricia for trolling me, please train your staff on customer service

I went to legit at game city in town today
To purchase a pair of high heels for my girlfriend,
I entered the store looked around, I could not find what I wanted.
So I go to the till points and the manager is there, I show the picture of what I need., cause the other branch said they have one in stock that was the previous day just before 6pm, so I go early in the morning to be the 1st customer, anyway as im talking to the manager on duty asking her question such as were I can get that pair of shoes etc, she just give me attitude saying isn't I told you there's no stock, as im still talking she than turns around, ignores me and talk in zulu to the other employee. This is totally unexceptable, at the end of the day each customer should be treated with respect, because if it wasn't because of customers they won't have a job. Besides that the business will lose lots of good customers. I am a regular cash paying customer at legit and this is the 1st time I came across such bad service. I am truly disappointed with such poor service. Especially it coming from the manager
Poor customer service
I wanted to collect my card on 11/01/2022 at Legit, Modi Mall, Modimolle. Lady was on her cellphone. My daughters and I walked around for about 10 minutes in the store. Not interested to help us at all. On leaving the store, she was still on her phone.

Mens demins special.
I went to ermelo mall today. I saw mens demins for R99 on the store signage. I took three to pay them. But they refused to give me. I then asked for a manager, they showed me Andiswa Zozi who caused a scene and never helped me. I am a regular customer at the store. But after the service and experience I got today, am disappointed. Is there any way to solve this matter?
Laybuy cancellation
I made laybuy at legit at Simmonds street Johannesburg Marshalltown accidental I lost the original receipt for laybuy, so I went to the shop before my laybuy expired to cancel but the new manager called Lerato refused to assist me and she was very rude compared to the previous manager that they had there, she don't even greet the customers nor let the customers know about the specials or laybuy promotion, Legit simmonds street its no longer the same.
kindly advise what I can do to cancel my laybuy and get my deposit back.

I also made a layout and I wanted q refund and I was told I need the original receipt and they won't refund me. I am mad because the item is not even with me I just want my money back. The service is terrible, I even sent an email it has been 3 weeks no one got back to me

Bought crocks yesterday without fitting them

Legit hatfield refuses to sell item (heels) at the price indicated on the tag.
I had such a bad experience at LEGiT today (25/09/2021). After hours of searching for the perfect heels from shop to shop, I finally found them at LEGiT here in Hatfield and at a very reasonable price of R149.99 and in my size which I struggle to find in most shops. The heels were reduced from R349.99 to R149.99 using red stickers (the reduction was done to the entire collection of the heels). The R349.99 was crossed out with a black pen. However, when I proceeded to pay for the heels, I was told that the 'system' says the heels are R249.99. I told the cashier that I was not willing to pay for a price that was not indicated on the item in the first place. She removed the red reduction sticker and said there was nothing she could do. I insisted she called her manager, who came and told me that she is not in fact the manager but the assistant to the manager and thus cannot help me as only the manager can do so. I explained to the assistant manager that I needed the heels for an event I'm attending later on but was not going to pay the new price for the heels. Mind you it is a Saturday and I'm desperate to get the shoes as soon as possible. So I asked her how she as the assistant manager does not have any authority to deal with such matters and was quite rude telling me if I wanted the shoes at that price (R149.99) I must come back on Monday then the manager will be there. This was crazy because I told her I needed the heels for that evening and as I was speaking to her, the cashier went to remove all the red (R149.99) reduction stickers from the entire collection. So how was I supposed to come on Monday and want to buy the shoes at a price that was removed? It didn't make sense and I had wasted too much of my time going back and forth with her. So I ended up having to buy the heels at R249.99, like I said I needed the shoes. But I feel very cheated on this matter and given that it is their store policy to sell at the price indicated on the item.
Desired outcome: I'd like to be reimbursed the R99.99 I was forced to pay extra as a result of the stores mistake.

I bought 2 tops and only had one on on spring day.. I am too scared to was this top or to put on the order black top as the one I had on once is full of fluff not even washed yet. I am very unhappy with this purchase.

Costume jewelry rings
Hi there
We were in the mall saw rings at legit bought it while my daughter was in another store when I walked out i showed my daughter the rings and she told me it is a large it is too big we went back into the store to exchange it for the smaller size we did not removed it or wore it or anything she saw the size at the back. But they refused since it is store policy not to exchange jewlery even though it was bought 4 minutes ago and unopened I think it is ridiculous!
Desired outcome: A smaller size!!!!!

Receive my humble greetings as a loyal customer of legit. I bought a trouser at hazyview it was on sale. And when i got home the size was so small so i went to ilanga mall to do and exchange as it was the only one left in hazyview . When i arrived at illanga mall the were two ladies working a short one (a bit fat) and a slender one dark and tall named ncobile. So i found the trouser with the correct size and i wanted to fit but they put a lather infront of the fitting room saying theyre shot of stuff so thats why they closed the fitting room. I then bought two jeans the one's for 2 for R300. I then went to mr price luckily i got some jackets that were on sale i then requested to fit them...apparently i then fitted the jeans i found out that theyre also small .as it was getting late so i took the jeans with me as i got to Nelspruit plaza i got in to legit i greeted the girls working there i explained my problem they first laughed at me like i was a lunatic then they requested my proof of receipt i showed to them " they were like we dont do exchange or refunds on promotions and now its late we wanna go home and mind you they were addressing me in zulu meanwhile am a tsonga" please may they try and improve their customer service as it was not the first time.

I bought a handbag from legit at kwadukuza mall 4 months ago. The locking pin is spoiled it just came out, unfortunately I no longer have a proof of purchase. I'm a disappointed customer. I still love my bag but I can't lock it. It's better you ensure quality control take place at every level to avoid such costs. Such things create negative image of your business

On the 15th of June 2021 I have purchased a pair of grey boots at the legit store in Canal walk.I have fitted the boots on and the boots were completely fine.When I got home I realized that the boots does not look the same anymore and then I went back on the 26th to exchange the boots.The supervisor then told me that she cannot take the boots back because it was worn, Firstly I purchased the boots for that particular store and secondly she didn't look at the boots properly before saying that the boots were worn.On the 25th June I have purchased another pair of different boots from the branch in Guguletu legit and the boots I got from them was exactly the same as the ones I got from legit in Canal walk.
Your staff are extremely disrespectful the awful manager didn't give me my slip back of the boots I wanted to exchange neither did they give me back my slip of the coat I purchased on the 26June 2021.
There is a photo of the boots on the left from the store in Canal & right the one from Guguletu.When I purchased those boots not one of the staff examend the boots they just swipe & sell the goods to get rid of the stock.
This is my last time that I am purchasing anything from any legit store in SA.

Yesterday around 4 pm if Im not mistaken went to purchase earings and the person was moping as I got closer she told me rudely that she is moping and I just stand to weight for that area to be dry she them told me rudely to go purchase she will mop againd and I just left.Today around 13.38 I went to purchase jeans on my way to the fitting room I noticed there was no one there to give me the number before I enter the fitting room and I proceeded to the fitting room and the cashier shouted you dont just go to the fitting room you first report.I understand there was no one she could have came to me and check the number of items I have.

Good Day I just left Legit Cape Gate Mall and am so disgusted by the way I was treated by the Manager and sales lady on 20 May 2021 @17:50 when wanted to make a purchase. Firstly I took a pair of boots due to the facr that it had a label in the boot showing is is 50% off, when I got to the till the sales lady without any comment or communication took the label with the sal price and threw it away. When I askedcwhats going on she told me that is not the price it is full price. When I told her but thats not right acoording to the Consumer Act she called the Manager. They mumbled and she proceeded to ut on the full price, when I asked the Manager what now. She said thatdls not the right price and I must pay full price. Then I told her I know my rights and the price you see is the price you pay and kept dabating with me. When O asked yhe Manager her name ofr someone else higher to speak to she tols me I must check the website. I asked her name and she told me go to the website if you want to complain. And this all happened infront of other customers. When I told her I wantvto speak to her she threatened me to call security. I am disgusted and was never treated like this in a shop before. Clearly at Legit the customer is always wrong. I demand an aoplogy from that rude Manager who clearly needs a refresher on customer service or I will take this to Consumer complaints. To threaten a customer with security who will forcefully remove you is pathetic. She does not beling in that line of work or to be placed where she works with customers

I went to the Pavillion branch yesterday wanting a leather wrap over tie up dress but there was no size.. The sales ladies told me that only galleria have a medium.. She then tryed calling the store numerous times but there was no answer.. I took galleria number and I tryed for the rest of the day but still no answer.. I live in Chatsworth and don't have transportation to go all the way to galleria not knowing if they have the dress or not.. Today I also contacted galleria mall for legit contact number but still no answer... Really disappointed because I really loved that dress.

I bought 4 jeans from Legit same sizes, but one jean doesn't fit me and I was not advice that black jeans you must at least take a bigger size .The Store manager refuse to assist me by exchanging the sizes, I wear all the jean but only one black cant fit me and I even lost the slip cause I thought if one fit all will fit me .I was told that I made it dirty when I was trying to fit the jean .I'm so disappointed cause if i was advise by the store that black jean cut are smaller than normal sizes we would have prevent all this .
