SBA 7(a) LOAN
I applied for the SBA(7a) loan and after two months of going back-and-forth with documents, I was told today that I got denied due to high obligation debt. I’m gonna tell you why this does not make sense to me at all. I made $168,000 last year on my tax return. The three debts that I have are as follows: $906 a month for a business loan, only $93 a month for another and the other loan, which I will not have to start paying until September of this year is $293 a month. Their monthly payment on the loan I was approved for was going to be about $798 a month which obviously from the income that I make I can definitely afford to pay this back. This is very disappointing and upsets me because this is not acceptable. I make a sufficient amount of income a year to pay this loan back. I also had to pay them $1500 for the letter of intent which to me seems absurd but that’s besides the point. I need answers because I can afford to pay this loan back and I wanna know why I was denied because this is not right. It was a waste of time for two months going back-and-forth and I could’ve been told all of this prior. I also hope to see my money back. I will also be speaking to a lawyer, if I don’t hear back from anyone. I know that I have a right to fight this case because like I mention I can afford to pay this loan back and I have the proof in my tax returns that I am able to so I’m not sure what is going on. I also reached out to the person five times within the last week and a half who I was working with and all of a sudden he stopped replying to me, but before when he needed documents he needed them in a rush. This person’s name is Ishtiaq. The first persons name is May who I worked with who works with you with the preapproval process. In a way, I feel like I got scammed and I am hoping that this is not a scam because no one seems to reach out to you and all of a sudden there was this silence. Either way I need answers otherwise I’m speaking to a lawyer.
Recommendation: Don’t apply with them. Seems scammish

For the most part a very positive experience
For the most part a very positive experience. I would probably give 4.5 stars.I worked with Lendistry on *** Small *** process. The online application process was simple and made application much easier that I had expected. I received notices (from either Lendistry or the state) letting me know that my application was still in consideration. The only opportunity for improvement was at the end when I received the *** I was contacted while out of town with work and received several calls to submit final information. I had a question about what needed to be submitted but I could never talk to the person who called and felt like I would have to start over with the conversation. The calls made it sound urgent so I didn't want to lose the *** due to unclear directions. Finally, I didn't receive any notification that I would be receiving the *** It just showed *** in my account. I imagine they were overwhelmed with trying to help a lot of people so I understand. Just sharing this as it is an opportunity for improvement in the future.
Lendistry obtained a *** Relief I have forgotten I applied in *** I would see the companys name but I would *** thinking nothing of it until one day they got my attention in 2022.. I am so grateful and appreciate it they never gave up on me ..very professional and very caring I finished my process I find them very loyal they never gave up on my application. Thank you LENDISTRY!
AMAZINGLY helpful and patient. Could not recommend more! They led me through the process step by step.
Very professional, very thorough. A real pleasure to work with Lendistry!
Wonderful customer service, they explained the process, it took a few months to get all the paperwork done but it was finally done. They where nice enough to call me every time I was missing some paperwork to have the application done. Overall great experience and grateful for having the extra income to help me with some expenses. Thank you
I applied for the *** for small businesses
I applied for the *** for small businesses. The website was easy to use to upload documents and keep track of the status of my ***.There was an *** that everything was moving along like it should. They also provided a 714 # which was available to me directly when I logged in to view my account..I would be giving them a five star rating-however throughout this stressful process of waiting for the *** funds I called that 714 # several times and left messages for a woman and never received even courtesy response. I began using their 800 number and I felt better knowing that there was someone there actually working on my file.It was smooth and easy to work with Lendistry. I did have to upload documents more than once which was a bit frustrating but they got it right in the end. Im glad I received my funds and we can continue to work and service the community. Thank you Lendistry for not leaving my application in the dust or delaying it. I now have my *** funds!
Excellent customers service, professional teamwork, they were great I had amazing experience with Lendistry
I applied at first and couldn't finish everything. After that, Lendistry contacted me and kindly helped me to complete the application. They contacted me by phone and took responsibility for completing the application process until the end. As a result, we were able to receive the *** I am very grateful to Lendistry.
was superb, to say the least! The customer service agents were very knowledgeable of the process and protocol, and were always friendly and available to assist me throughout the process. Without their expertise, it would've been too overwhelming to navigate through it on my own. Thank you for your guidance!
YOU ARE THE BEST AND LIFE SAVER. THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT.
I applied for my second *** through Lendistry on May 1st
I applied for my second *** through Lendistry on May 1st. I was in contact with my lender for a week and then she stopped returning my emails. I have been calling and or emailing once a week since then. I have not received an email back. When I get someone on the phone they tell me they can see all of my uploaded documents and everything is correct. They also mention that they can see all of my emails I have been sending to my lender and to keep reaching out. Fast forward to today. I got a hold of someone from lendistry. This person stated that my loan application has been moved over to *** back in May and all of my emails have been marked as spam. Wait, What!?! Lendistry NEVER reached out to me with this information. EVERYONE I spoke to never mentioned this to me until today. How can this be possible? The phone number the person gave me for *** is a recording stating I need to email them to get a hold of someone. Now, I am back at square one while my business is suffering. I am so disappointed and heartbroken. I have emailed them and I am hoping they contact me back.
They hung in there with me to the end. I had major trouble uploading the files needed and they worked out a way for me to forward the files to them and they uploaded it for me.Greatly appreciated!
I used Lendistry to obtain a CA Covid relief *** They were very good about follow up even if you could not reach someone directly a lot of the time. The whole process was convenient and efficient. Nice job.
Excellent and professional in the process, great work. Top level.
Our small business had an excellent experience using lendistry as the *** lending partner assigned to finance our *** We originally applied so long ago and had been through so many windows without approval that I had actually forgotten about the *** entirely until Lendistry reached out. At first I was concerned this was actually a loan disguised as a *** since I only recognized lendistry as a traditional lender, but at least as an authorized CDSS partner, they were able to process the *** for us efficiently with easy to follow instructions and great communication overall. Highly recommended for ***s, never used for a loan or line of credit
I have been trying to get funding loan for my business for over 2 years now
I have been trying to get funding loan for my business for over 2 years now. The first year because my service business was mandatory closed for 6 months because of Covid restrictions. They told me that I didn't generate enough revenue to qualify and that I should try again the following year. I have been in the Beauty and Health industry for over 40 years, and because of Covid pandemic my business hit the dumps. I contacted them about 5 months ago to let them know that my revenue was up and back on track. I spent quite a while compiling all the requested information they wanted. I uploaded everything and the lady contacted me back to say they received all the documentation after I CONTACTED them to see if they received all of my sensitive information. Since then I have heard nothing. I have called and left messages 5 times, and numerous emails. NO RESPONSE! over and over again. I'm disgusted and very upset...I'm requesting a LOAN, which will be paid back, NOT a free *** I'm upset that all of my personal and business information is just floating out there, and who knows who can get a hold of it. This company is ridiculous!
Lendistry helped our company to obtain a *** They were awesome and helped us and kept in touch with us all the way. Excellent company to work with. God bless you
Excellent *** with professional agents who took the time to see me through completion of application. I was dumbfounded at onset of pandemic as to my qualifying and ability to get through all the "paperwork", but staff was diligent to help. Great experience and highly recommended!
My application for the $5K *** started in May and it stayed dormant for a while. During that time, I reached out to Lendistry call center several occasions and the agents told me to wait and be patient. Consequently, my application was rejected in early 2022 for reason unknown. But somehow, I keep receiving email to resubmit my application for consideration. After the third call in April, agent *** walked me through the process. As it turned out, my passport has expired and needed to connect my business banking info to the site. He was patiently helping me to complete the requirements. Within two weeks, I got an email that my application was accepted and got funding a little over a week later.
was great.I am Unhappy with the amount I received. I applied for $25,000.00. Lendistry only gave me 1/5 of the amount. I felt really disappointed as it really did Not help me to attend my needs and my compensation I lost during this difficult period. I wish Lendistry would have tried harder instead of what I recieved. Also took too much time a wait.felt like a beggar,I wish I could say all affirmation but it is nust Not the case.
Overall the process for me was long and they kept asking for different information each time
Overall the process for me was long and they kept asking for different information each time. I worked with several different reps and it seemed they have a high turnover. It took over 2 months back and forth to finalize my application. The main challenge I have is if you read the privacy terms, it says they can 'sell' your private information or share it. I tried over and over and over again to try to 'opt' out of them selling my personal information such as SS#, address, income, tax returns, etc. etc. and I was told I had to agree to the terms before I could get my loan (which is a state CA loan from CA) Lendistry is an agent representing them and helping them to distribute the funds to small businesses. No one could answer why they had this in their privacy terms nor could I opt out of my personal information sold or shared. They finally agreed to note my account. Once my application was completed, I also asked to have my information deleted due to all the personal sensitive information and was denied. This is my main complaint. Other than that, I'm sure they helped to distribute lots of much needed grants to small businesses.
I do understand why all the low ratings and frustrations
I do understand why all the low ratings and frustrations. This relief *** was to be awarded to small businesses struggling through the financial woes placed on us by crazy people and ruthless politics. I initially thought the *** was a hoax, but researched it and checked out Lendistry and was OK with it. The initial setup was easy, but once applied found myself on the loooooong waiting list (many months). Over the months I was contacted by Lendistry, they explained they had thousands of applications so I understood being in a hurry or over anxious was not going to help, in fact I figured the money would all be spent before my name came up! Then one day out of the blue I got a call they needed more personal ID info and we had been approved. I dont think any company could have been a perfect administrator of this SB COVID *** considering all the CA. state politicians, scammers and crooks trying to get their greedy fingers on the cash. I will say the requested information was a little much and I thought the ***s definition of small business that included million dollar companies was a little over reach, but probably not Lendistrys call.Over all good job.
I was one of the applicant through this *** called Lendistry for Cal relief *** and i was knowing that All *** hoe transfer to this ***
I was one of the applicant through this *** called Lendistry for Cal relief *** and i was knowing that All *** hoe transfer to this *** to support and help business and people Support But unfortunately when i Apply i was from Round 1 and after waiting for more than 5 Month more what should be and calling the front desk between back and forward I was *** that there is error in my 2019 Tax need to be fixed and i fixed through the Round 3 and before end but still not fair and not approve me and i saw many many people receive through this what it called Lendistry they just have 1099 tax return for 2018 and move in with else they just Put the sick in the wheel with my application and i told myself le me trying for round 6 the final one and Again i applied all document i have and they this time excuse with business license and i don't have it i was proved by *** licenses and attached to them, So i received from one agent belong to them that if don't have business license through state i can use 1099 So i upload my 1099 in tax 2018 with different business as solo And AS many received money like that BUT unfortunately *** approved me So i thing they do it with me purposely so i want to file claim compliment against them. "
Lendistry was great
Lendistry was great...resolved a "dual application" issue when some other business had been confused with mine. They got us the loan as they got to our "turn" based on the filing date as stated. They kept us informed as to what stage it was in. Finally they funded immediately from notification into our account. They were terrific. I am very pleased with the service. We started making payments, as soon as we could to help reduce the accruing interest and it is going very well. After reading the poor *** it's clear many are confusing the *** the *** (as in *** and the *** (L as in loan). The *** process was BAD with 3 different rounds of completing the "almost same" forms which the Govt had revised. Then they needed a "wet signature" instead of the Electronic one which had been acceptable originally, so we re-signed and mailed. Our Bank who was handling our two ***'s changed people working them and that caused confusion as to if they had or who had the "wet signatures". Same was true for receiving and confirming Letters of Forgiveness which took us 3 tries. That was not Lendistry...but our incompetent government who could not decide, so made repeated changes during the process causing chaos which was inefficient and wasteful of time and resources for everyone.
Very unhappy with my experience with Lendistry
Very unhappy with my experience with Lendistry. Not excited if I have to go through them again for a *** They made it extremely difficult to contact my rep. I had to communicate with them via email only. There was no way to speak with them directly over the phone. I was told they didn't have the ability to transfer my call to my rep. *** felt shady, unprofessional, and that they didn't have adequate staffing. When I dialed the phone number, I would get a random rep who could not speak to certain things and many did not have knowledge regarding the situation. I was asked to upload documentation for a specific tax year. I did it correctly initially, and then I had to rescan twice more over because the rep said the documentation wasn't correct. I applied for a $15,000 CA Relief *** as my total gross put me in the category to receive this, but they only awarded $5,000. Because they make it difficult to speak to someone and the process was stressful, I felt I had no choice but to accept what they approved. Very disappointed in my experience. Happy they expedited, but after sending all of my tax paperwork to show proof of income that put me in this eligibility category, it felt meaningless as it felt like they didn't know what they were doing. There was no explanation as to why they were awarding less than what I applied for. No personal touch. Don't recommend.
The process of applying for a grant through Lendistry is terrible
The process of applying for a grant through Lendistry is terrible. My username and password have been lost twice and I had to start my loan process over again! I just recently received an email that my loan was received and my application was complete but they suggest double checking it on their website. I tried to logon with my "new" username and password and once again it states they are incorrect. I go to "forgot my password" and now my email is not even recognizable to their system! They are sending me emails and then stating on their logon page that my email is not valid! So now I can't even go into my account to check on my application. Very frustrating. So I go to the contact page and it turns out they have no email listed! There is a toll free # so I go to use that (I had a feeling what this would be like) and sure enough automated answer states that my wait time is 64 minutes. So I grin and bear it, now 30 minutes later my wait time dropped to 57 minutes and then it went back UP to 61 minutes! How is my wait time increasing? Unbelievable. So now my email address doesn't work, I don't know for sure if my loan application is really done and they are impossible to reach. This is unacceptable and should be known so I'm sharing! State of CA., wake up! What is Sacramento up to? Is this how they help out small business? Very sad and frustrating. This company should lose their privilege to service borrowers. Clean up your act Lendistry!
Lendistry is the worst *** company and bullies small businesses
Lendistry is the worst *** company and bullies small businesses. They were the selected to be the *** administrator for *** Small Business *** Their system to apply and submit the application was wonky and had frustrating buttons that didn't work. Calling and contacting their customer service was a terrible experience. While their front line call folks were friendly, there is zero escalation process. Our *** was in review for months. I called to follow up to get help and the staff could not help me. I asked to speak to a supervisor but was told they weren't allowed to escalate a call. Told me to wait for my email. Waited and followed up weekly for 3 months. Ended up having to contact *** Office of the Small Business Advocate (CalOSBA) for help, even though they didn't have any relationship or management of the *** When our issue was "escalated" they gave me a person to work with who kept asking for our 2019 tax return. She kept tellling me it was wrong because of the date of the tax return form. Couldn't understand Fiscal Years and the proper forms. Kept telling me to change the form's date for an IRS accepted tax filing. Sent her the following year's tax filings that only covered 3 months of business operations and that was accepted because the form year in the corner was what she was looking for and not the date of operation. I will be filing this review with other agencies as well. I have worked with countless *** agencies and this one is the absolute worst.
After reading this I am truly dismayed
After reading this I am truly dismayed. We have prisoners in CA that got unemployment which triggered EDD to think all of us that got it for a few months were fraudulent. They then hire a third party that completely failed. You could not upload your documents so I called and emailed them in with a follow up to confirm EDD would be in receipt and I could move and and NO, I'm now waiting for an appeal even though I've sent them all documents, plus the email correspondence. Then we go to Lendistry. I filed for this the second day it became available the first of the year. I've now been waitlisted 5 times! I am a 23 year old company that was doing over 1.3 million for years and have dropped by 72%. I am in the promotional products world and very trade show centric; we will be a year behind most other industries in coming back up to speed. I am a native Californian that has never lived out of the State, fund over $90k on average in sales taxes into the State and am women owned. I hit all of the boxes and then some and I cannot get anywhere on this loan. As I write, I've had to close my office and will more than likely be closing over the summer if moving home doesn't help. I'm 67 years old and had an offer to buy last year a month before Covid hit and I'm dead in the water; my entire retirement is in this place and I can't get $25k in relief; but boy oh boy, they sure want my $800 in corporate taxes in two days. I'm at the point I've given up completely and will probably for the first time in my life move out of the State. How our State keeps hiring these 3rd party vendors to deal with situations like these needs some serious review. Lendistry has a 2.9 rating in the industry; how was that missed!
I had a horrible experience communicating with Lendistry regarding my Covid-19 relief *** in ***
I had a horrible experience communicating with Lendistry regarding my Covid-19 relief *** in ***. I can understand why there was months of delay in reviewing my application, given that many people were applying and we've been living through a pandemic. However, what I cannot understand is why it took 10 emails back and forth between me and the Lendistry representative to get my paperwork approved. I followed their directions to the *** even making sure my uploaded files had no hyphens in the filenames. I provided every document that they asked for. The representative kept sending me the same automatically generated emails and texts saying that my document was incomplete. Finally, after I wrote a strongly worded email requesting clear, specific, detailed instructions as to what he was looking for - only then did he state that he needed a copy of my business license showing that I was in business prior to June . All of their previous instructions to me stated that they needed a "Government-Issued Business License," so I uploaded the current one and also attached it to my email. Then I sent him a previous business license that showed I was in business prior to June , and he responded saying that he needed a current business license - which I had uploaded and attached to multiple previous emails! This process was absolutely horrific. I wrote one email that included multiple business licenses spanning many years, multiple Schedule C and complete federal tax returns, far above and beyond what they were asking for in the instructions given, and my application was FINALLY marked approved. This was a crazy-making process, so much so that I almost quit. I'm glad that I kept going with the back-and-forth with 10 emails.
We need to add ZERO stars as an option!
We need to add ZERO stars as an option! ANYONE and EVERYONE who had had a problem with this company, please reach out to me immediately! Don't let them get away with the extreme level of incompetency! I am a minority, woman owned business as well so this is all incredibly disappointing. They should not have been awarded the business from our government! I wish I would've known more about this business prior to allowing my application to go through to them and seeing a lot of the harm they've inflicted upon other small businesses in need makes me extremely sad.My situation is similar to others as the government earmarked money for me for the *** which was exciting initially as we all know how challenging the past year and a half has been. I have the approval to move to the next step in writing from Lendistry, who then today told me my application had problems for all kinds of reasons after telling me I was approved. However, I quickly sent them everything they asked for. They then called back to say they could deny my application for a form they actually requested I pay for! They could have simply denied the application at any point (hell the FIRST point) if I was not eligible (I am), but instead, continued to waste my time and even go so far as to approve me... and then not approve me and then try a few other things I'll keep close to the vest (for now). At some point I'd love to make all my email correspondence (one of which was not even in complete sentences) public. For now, please file a complaint (not just poor review) with the Complaintsboard.com today and put the same review on yelp as they are falsely saying they have a great rating. And make sure the government knows how they are misappropriating funds. Don't let them get away with extreme level of incompetency. I think they count on people in need not being astute enough to make them accountable. Let's show them that's not the case. :-)
***For many months I have watched Stories on the News, both Local and National, on how many States have an abundance of Covid-19 Relief
For many months I have watched Stories on the News, both Local and National, on how many States have an abundance of Covid-19 Relief Money that has gone unused by the Lenders set in place to issue them. I can now personally see reasons as to why that *** be true. As a Landlord I applied for Covid-19 Relief earlier this year due to having several of my Tenants affected financially by the Pandemic and not paying their Rent for many months. On August 27 I received an email from a ''Lendistry Agent'' requesting a few items be emailed to him. Oddly enough the items that he requested, proof of a *** and my IRS Tax Returns, had already been sent when I initially applied to the Program several months before. In a phone call to the Lendistry Agent I questioned why he/they needed a *** from 2019 rather then accepting the *** that expires in February 2022? But the real issue for me revolved around my Tax Returns and my Reported Income. I was told that my Income was not included on my Tax Returns. I told the Lendistry Agent that I was pretty sure that my Proof of Income was included on my Tax Returns. The Lendistry Agent then said that he didn't see a ''Schedule C'' showing my Income for my Rental Property. I let him know that my Income for my Property was on my 'Schedule E''. He then told me that in order to proceed forward in the Covid-19 Relief process I would need to have my Income shown on a ''Schedule C'' because they do not recognize a ''Schedule E'' for people like myself who are applying for assistance. To be clear, Lendistry had my Taxes and Income in their presence, in fact the Lendistry Agent looked right at, but said that it was not in the proper format by not being on a "Schedule C". So by me not choosing to redo my 2019 Taxes on and show my Income on a ''Schedule C'', I was disqualified. A lot of us Landlords and Small Business Owners are on the verge of loosing everything that we worked hard for because situations like this. Next week it will that they do not lend money to people who owned a ''Blue Cars'' in 2018...

SBA 7(a) Loan
I applied for the SBA(7a) loan and after two months of going back-and-forth with documents, I was told today that I got denied due to high obligation debt. I'm gonna tell you why this does not make sense to me at all. I made $168,000 last year on my tax return. The three debts that I have are as follows: $906 a month for a business loan, only $93 a month...

I filled a 2nd PPP Loan with Lendistry. From the start I would receive a different email from different agents of theirs and always with conflicting information. I complaint several times in emails and phone calls. I was contacted by an agent and told my loan was finally submitted to SBA and was flagged with a felony code. The agent told me that all I needed to do was submit as statement addressing it asking with proof. According to the SBA a company is ONLY ineligible if the felony was within 5 yrs. The lender is capable of verifying that information and satisfying it. My incident was an old felony record 20yrs old. I provided my statement and proof. I saw that my loan was approved on my SBA Portal a few days later. Then several more days I received an email from an ENTIRELY DIFFERENT AGENT that I was ineligible and gave NO explanation! Through several phone calls from other agents I discovered that THIS NEW AGENT made the decision. This is against the SBA policy and isn't right!

In January I filed for a *** Relief *** due to Covid restrictions. Lendistry was hired by the state to process the ***s. On February 13 I was notified in an email by Lendistry that my business qualified for the maximum *** of $25000. A Docusign was then emailed to me and I signed it and sent it in. I have a copy of this. No money was ever sent and no email was ever sent to me explaining why. On one phone call I was told the new owner of my business had rejected the ***. I explained that there was no new owner and never has been. After hours of getting nowhere with calls and emails I finally gave up.I can't help but feel there is some kind of fraud going on and I had my *** was the absolute worst in trying to help me and totally no communication from there end after the Docusign
I was told multiple time that I was approved for a *** that lendistry was in charge of. Then they tell me I did not qualify but in reality I did which I pointed out and the representative agreed and told me that it was getting approved and the funds would be in my bank account. I look up my account and they tell me I was not chosen. Every time I try to call their help center it rings once and then hangs up. I have no where to turn to for help and that is why I am reaching out to the Complaintsboard.com.

RE: Application #DIR30258694 I (The Business Owner) was selected through Lendistry's Grant *** 07/02 and was contacted by *** via email and phone call that that day and was told by ***, all I needed to do was Revive the business so that it shows "Active" on the Secretary of State's website. I was able to accomplish this over the 4th of July weekend and uploaded the receipts and and proof the business' "Active" status, by putting over $2,500 on my credit card assuming it wouldn't take longer than 30 days to be funded. On one call I was told my file was no longer with *** and she no longer worked there so the person on the phone "Pinged" the new person that has my file "***". Still nothing! Now here we are 08/24 and I have been following up every 3 business days as they told me to and I get a different answer every time. I am now paying interest on the credit card I used and am being told by Lendistry "Sorry I shouldn't take this long", "Sorry call us back"

We applied for the Lendistry CA Grant as soon as it opened and have been passed over in 6 different rounds
We applied for the Lendistry CA Grant as soon as it opened and have been passed over in 6 different rounds. We are a childcare provider (for average and low income students) which was suppose to be served in the 1st round. We've heard nothing back except that we are the "waitlist". Our office is located in a CoWorking space where 5 out of 5 other businesses have received their grants. Two of those grants went to highly profitable Silicon Valley tech companies (which saw no reduction in revenue for the year) and the other 3 went to sole proprietors business dealing with marketing and graphic design. All while our company who has 20 employees (we hire from disadvantaged areas) and offers scholarships to 30% of our students is on the waitlist! This was not the intention of the grant. At this point, if we don't hear back in 48 hours we are going to the SF Bay Area media outlets to tell out story on how Lendistry is giving grants to multi-million dollar tech companies while bypassing us.

I applied for the *** loan on 5/27. On 6/9 the funds were attempted and then returned by my bank. I spoke with my banks customer service and was told that it was a system error and that I needed to contact lender to have them deposit funds again. On the promissory note that both the lender and I signed, there is only an email address listed. I have sent correspondence on several different occasions with no response. I have reached out to the *** department and was told to file complaint with Complaintsboard.com to start investigation. My concern is that I will be responsible for paying back something that I did not receive. It has been almost 4 months that I have been trying to contact this company and I have been unsuccessful. Please help me.
has engaged Lendistry to handle applications for Small Business Pandemic Relief Grants. I submitted my application on July 23 and have supplemented the original submission several times. Lendistry is not processing my application claiming that I have not provided documentation demonstrating my "business organization". I have provided them with documentation issued by *** which clearly establishes that I am a licensed business in good standing to operate in ***. However, Lendistry is ignoring these documents and has failed to process my application. My business is experiencing a substantial economic hardship due to Covid-19 yet Lendistry through it's own negligence is not processing my grant *** have sent several emails to Lendistry which have been actually received yet I have not received a response. They simply refuse to respond, very unprofessional. I don't understand how a business like Lendistry could be engaged by ***.
I applied for the New York State Recovery Grant Program with Lendistry back on 06/18 when it first opened. I have not been contacted by an individual at Lendistry once, it's been nearly 4 months now. I was emailed and told that I couldn't show a 25% or more reduction in business from 2019 to 2020, even though they have my Schedule C and it clearly shows a much much higher reduction in earnings. I recently logged on to their portal and saw it says "your application was not selected". I have been calling weekly since then to speak with someone to resolve this and they just keep telling me to wait. This has been going on for so long. This grant is specifically for a business like mine, I'm an individual Sole-Proprietor, working solely in NYS. I have been hugely affected by COVID and really could use the funds to pay business expenses and my salary. Application #

Lendistry denied my *** bc I accidentally used my mother's address is TX on my tax return
Lendistry denied my *** bc I accidentally used my mother's address is TX on my tax return. I explained I've been in CA since 2018. I even filed a state tax return for CA. I was a student at SDCC & have proof that it was an error. My business IS located in CA. They re-sent the criteria which only says tax returns. It doesn't specify federal, state or both & also we are still in the midst of a pandemic. Whoever they have making the decisions doesn't understand that the *** does not do amendments 4 incorrect addresses. They told me 2 correct *** tried to explain the situation w/ no understanding. I talked to 3 diff. ppl at the irs & was told that. Therefore, my *** was denied after I'd been selected & after waiting for 6 months. Everything was being verified until they looked at my return. It seems that they are looking 4 any reason 2 deny someone. I spoke 2 someone @ the black chamber of *** agreed. However, they told me they couldn't get involved. I'm aware of fraud.

Failed to process our relief *** Provides no support. Refuses to fix problem. Has cost us $15,000 we were due from the state through no fault of our own.
On Saturday, September 4, I applied to the NY State COVID 19 Pandemic Small Business Recovery Grant Program. I submitted the most of the application; it is administered through Lendistry. As part of the application items required, I gave them pictures of my NY State ID, my tax ID, my income tax reports from 2020 and 2019, among other things. When I checked my business checking account this morning it had been cleaned out. There were two ACH payments( withdrawals ) for two credit card payment for two random individuals-*** and ***; these people are not known to me. I am quite certain that there has been identity theft and it stems directly from Lendistry. They must be stopped!
I applied for a small business *** thru the *** Small Business *** and I was wrongly declined. I have all of the proof I need yet when I try to get this resolved, they dont answer their phones and do not respond to emails in a timely fashion. They play dumb as if they have idea what the problem could be. This *** was created to help female minority owned businesses yet they have failed me.

Lendistry's a fraudulent company robbing business owners for their payment protection funding
Lendistry's a fraudulent company robbing business owners for their payment protection funding. I applied for fast lane with Lendistry dba Womply on May 15th, Lendistry has all of my personal & financial information now they are refusing to release my funds. I signed my promissory note initiated by the *** on 05/27. Womply's website states that after signing funding from the *** will be sent to the business account on file. It's been 21-days since the sba approved funding for the economic disaster loan. Lendistry is refusing to release my funds. I contacted womply each day by e-mail to confirm the status of my funding. Each day womply's status says something different, we are going on 21-days Womply won't release my funds. Womply is committing fraud. Lendistry has confirmed my financial information. There's no communication from Womply they stopped responding to my e-mails.The company says they tried to send the funds to my bank, this company is telling lies. I need my money.

I have spent 6 hours of my time trying to complete the application
I have spent 6 hours of my time trying to complete the application. This company has been extremely careless and negligent the entire process. They are supposed to be advocates and partners in assisting with the application. This has most definitly not been my experience. I called them and spent about an hour and a half on the phone the first time trying to confirm my application was submitted because i was concerned it wasnt. I was rudely told by the rep at lendistry that it was submitted when i questioned this she hung up on me saying she had to help other customers . Then one day before the deadline they email 10,000 customers that there was a glitch and to simply start from scratch. This company holds all the data that was originally entered and doesnt even have the decency to send that back to the customer so they can simply input and do a data entry task. they are asking 10,000 people to re submit their application and all their documents from scratch with only 24 hours to do so! I am out of town and this is not feasible. I am on hold with them now for 2 hours !
I applied for a business relief grant through Lendistry
I applied for a business relief grant through Lendistry. I was assigned to *** for my application review. During the review I was told that I needed to supply certain tax information in order to be approved. I supplied that information and was later sent an email from *** claiming that the business information that I supplied did not match. I replied with a valid explanation since my company is a Franchise. I took over this company on Jan 1st 2020 so my taxes for 2020 had no gross income to show. *** said if I could supply 2018 taxes that I could continue with the approval process. I uploaded a copy of the previous owners taxes as proof and I was then told by *** that I was disqualified. If *** simply looked at the tax document that I supplied properly, then we would be another step closer to getting our company back on it's feet with the grant. It's already been a hard enough year, and this does not help one bit. It really shouldn't be this complicated to. Ask and you shall receive. *** asked and received everything that was asked so why was our company disqualified?

I applied for the second round of PPP protection programs under the carereliefgrant.com program
I applied for the second round of PPP protection programs under the carereliefgrant.com program . It came up asking me for my financial information appliacation certification and gov issued photo ID. They told me later I was approved for this grant of $15,000. through lendistry.com on behalf of California hispanic chamber of commerce. Said I was approved and to send in ALL of my company documentation articles of incorporation, tax forms contractors licence financial statement . I needed the money so bad I thought they were on the up and up. My infor had that little lock on it. Well that was Feb 14, 2021 . No money I called said they had many people that had applied for it. It was taking time and then they sent an update saying the president had not approved the second round yet so when he president Biden sign the bill we will get our money. I BELIEVED I WAS SCAMMED I DO NOT KNOW IF I NEED TO CONTACT AN ATTORNEY OR SBC BUT THEY CERTAINLY NEED TO BE REPORTED. I read their reviews and NO ONE has received their money. I am afraid I was a victim of Identity theft . They have all of my corporations information.
Good morning, I am a daycare provider
Good morning, I am a daycare provider. Due to cover-19 i had to closed my childcare temporately, due to this I applied for a CA relief grant through Lendistry. I provided them with all the required documentation. As per Lendistry, one of their many eligibility requirements is that the annual gross revenue should be between $1,000 - $2,500,000. In my business, my 2019 annual revenue was $35000.00. which falls in their requirement although per Lendistry employee the person that review my application denied me the grant on the basis that i made less than $1000.00 which makes no sense. I emailed *** from Lendistry on 03/08/2021asking to review my case because I believe a mistake was made in my application, I didn't get a response back. I called Lendistry at [protected] and spoked to *** who couldn't help with my case since he was not assigned to my case, he was not very helpful and didn't want to provide me with his supervisors phone number or email and hanged up the phone on me. I called back and spoked to *** who also didn't help and refuse to provide me with her supervisors phone number or email, she suggested me to email *** again, which I did again on 03/18 and I still haven't heard back from anyone. I am filling this complaint because I believed Lendistry is not doing their job at providing services to customers in distress.

I have applied for an SBA loan through the lender mentioned above and initially I was give a 5-7 business time frame for the decision, but it took approximately one month and after many communications, they have denied my loan request when my business was absolutely eligible for the requested amount, even upon conversation with the loan officer, they failed to provide a single reason why my business is being denied for a loan when all the guidelines provide by SBA and even the lender itself and they have failed to provide a denial reason. Even based on the information provided by the representative, the calculation I have requested over the phone and requested about how they determined my business is not eligible, I was definitely met the eligibility and the number matched up , but representative ignored to provide any additional detail about why still the loan is being denied! Lendistry refuse my request for a detailed denial letter explaining the reason for my business being denied. I extremely believe My business was profiled by this lender for an unknown reason and would like to submit a complaint and request the lender to provide detailed and reasonable explanation about why my loan was denied and I am being prevented to access the capital that government is guaranteeing to help US small businesses like me and been making revenue for almost 7 years and a credit score of over 700!

The organization was completely misleading through the grant process
The organization was completely misleading through the grant process. They directed us to change our designation on our application, then they changed it for us, and sent us notification that we would receive the grant that our small school was very reliant on with limited student enrollment due to COVID restrictions. Upon never receiving funding, we contacted the organization on several occasions. We were first told it was still pending and they had "no idea" when a deadline would be. The next contact (after 65 minute wait times that only increased upon waiting), we finally spoke to someone who said they were very sorry that they thought they sent us a new notification, but they realized then that it never sent. We were told because of our business designation (not for profit vs. for profit, they cancelled our funding) and we were never notified, by accident. This was a designation that this organization advised us we needed to switch and then switched for us. The rep told me this was not possible, but then I sent them email verification of their employee changing our designation. The rep adamantly told me she was so sorry, the funding was gone, it was not our fault, and there was nothing they could do. I asked on several occasions for an administrator's contact to address the issues with their employees and she would NOT give me contact information. She also said for profit businesses would not have qualified for this grant anyway, which was completely false because the literature is still posted on the Luzerne County COVID Grant website which states the exact opposite. This was an awful experience with an organization that is supposed to assist in issuing grants and instead directly cost our small school a grant we so badly needed.

I applied for the CA Small Business Relief *** It has been over a year from start to now. I finally heard back in Jan, 2022, after many months of waiting or being waitlisted for the grant *** My business should've earned me a $15k *** Lendistry never replied back to my initial emails, to move forward. I was kept waiting and waiting longer, with no clue of what my status is. Their website is glitchy, sometimes not accurate or updated -- it is flat out unreliable. By late February, 2022, I started reaching out to their general customer service team, that was the only way to get to a live person. Once I finally heard back from their team, I was basically told that my business was unqualified due to not having met income requirement (less than $1k or greater than $2.5m), which is NOT true. I explained reasons why several times, even to their upper management, that they had all the data and additional info from the *** transcript and 2019 tax refund they needed to verify income. They are relying on something ridiculous to disqualify, by saying that my Schedule C, line 3 which says "subtract line 2 from line" should show income -- where does it say income or gross income in that line? Do they not read? Gross income is on line 7, per by CalOSBA guidebook. Clearly, business owners without W2's have to obey by *** forms, but not Lendistry. They even had the audacity to keep repeating that myself, along with other businesses, were unqualified and dismissed from getting their grant *** because they have to go by line 3, when clearly this did NOT apply to us at all. I wonder how many are honestly disqualified, left begging for grant *** or being defrauded or discriminated by these absurd and unethical practices? The grant *** was supposed to prioritize minority as well as underrepresented business owners as well. What a joke!
