We cancelled escrow March 19. It is currently 2 months and we still have not received the deposit back. Our lennar consultant will not tell us the name of escrow and we are on a loop of "oh they sent it out" then "oh we will have to send again". Our consultant is Jasmine Lopez.

Buyers names: Sand and Elicia Hopkins
Address that we were in contract on: 11198 E Candle Tree Lane

Claimed loss: 500.00

Desired outcome: I want an apology and my $500 check overnighted to me

I’m very sorry to hear, I’m in the same boat but 850.00. They said I don’t qualify for my deposit refund because of buyers remorse. It’s been 90 days for me.
