Product ordered on system, processed paid and then told no stock.
I enquired before placing the order, no response received. the order went through for 3 *1.5*3m artifical cane. Paid. I was total 2 days later no stock, forcing me to take 2m*3 *2 @ 1600.00 as that was all that was left. Far more expensive but I was depsprate and excepted and just live with the waste of cutting it to size. I am still short of 1.5 x 3m nothing in stock. The project this was used for was to cover a balcony...now done in the plastic wood purchased as you no longer stock that and other half in the cane grey...what should I cover the last 3 meters with...any suggestion. I dont see a credit on my account as I paid more for the original order than the 2 rolls sent... really sad you treat your client's this way as your products are awesome.

Gentech inverters
Good morning
I bought 8 Gentech inverters total 100k less than 2 months ago for my stores
their main purpose is to keep our internet on, the load on them is 25% yet they last no longer than 30 minutes first month they would last 4 hours
Last week I returned one unit and you booked it for repairs and said it can take up to 3 weeks.
Now I have another 3 units I need to return, what do you suggest I do in the meantime? the cpa says if a product or item can or doesn't serve the intended purpose it was manufactured for I am entitled to a refund, so either you exchange them or repair them within 48hours or refund me my money please

Money not returned after asking for cash

I would like to raise a formal complaint as your Italian i component team should be fired.
I brought lamps to return. The return was accepted and I was given a piece of paper as a voucher to purchase something in store. After about an hour I decided to ask for cash. They refused to give it to me saying the item is broken. This is beyond redicolous. Why would you give me the refund in the first place. It was your responsibility to confirm that the item is accurate before issuing the voucher. Within that hour how am I to know if you didn’t break the item in the process. I demand the refund of 92,90. In the end she didn’t even correct the recept. I have a broken item that I can never return and I have no updated recept while she has my voucher that she will probably use for personal use
Desired outcome: Refund the full price! If I don’t speak Italian don’t treat me like an idiot
ARYA GRAY OUTDOOR TABLE 77X90X54-239CM
After being a customer for 9 years and furnishing 3 houses, this is the first complaint about blatant misrepresentation. This table is supposed to seat 8 people. It is heavy, uncomfortable, and wobbly, and does not perform as the ad indicates. I paid 75 Euros for installation and believed it would accommodate my holiday guests without being an intrusive piece of furniture, and had no reason to doubt that it would. I took it for granted that Leroy Merlin would stand by its products and had no doubts until recently when I extended it with one leaf, exactly as it is represented in your ad. I could easily use a folding card table and have more space. It should not honestly matter if it has exceeded 100 days. It is a matter of honest representation.
Desired outcome: Return the table and receive a refund, please.
Order placed & paid - not completed
I placed an order for40 boxes of Floor tile Ceramic OTTAWA grey tiles on 29/11 and made the full payment. Firstly I never received an email confirming this order was placed successfully, secondly – it never showed on my app.
So I called on Sunday to enquire and was told that there was a system issue and the order never went through. About an hour later Kamogela called me back and advised that there is no longer enough stock of the tiles I ordered and they will need to refund me. Now these tiles were supposed to have been delivered on 02/12. Now I cant find a similar tile for the same price and it means my client will need to pay in more money due to the incompetence of leroy merlin staff. No communication was sent to me whatsoever...so they took my money and now no one is willing to assist me.
I asked that he send me some kind of confirmation that of our discussion and the refund yet nothing was received.
He opened a ticket but no further correcpondence.
Desired outcome: I preferalbly want my 40 boxes of tiles delivered ASAP second option - Refund ASAP (not within 14 days)
Kitchen units ordered
On the 22/11/2022 I ordered a three piece kitchen unit then on Sunday the 27/11/ 2022 a delivery guy called to say he's coming to deliver but never came.
Then on the 29/11/2022 they delivered only one item. I immediately call the online department and spoke Khensani, after been placed me on hold she promised to but never did, same with Nosipho today 05/12/2022 and a gentlemen on Friday.
Last week a lady called waiting my address but since then it's been a dead end.
What more do I still need to do for my items to be delivered.
Service is very poor, you need to get staff that are:

No puedo decirles lo decepcionado que estoy con su servicio, pagué mucho dinero para instalar aire acondicionado en mi propiedad y después de muchos meses todavía no funciona.
No solo fue muy difícil organizarlo para instalarlo y luego descubrir que no podía cerrar nuestras puertas de seguridad y ahora, cuando lo necesitamos, la instalación del dormitorio no funciona y, a pesar de las solicitudes anteriores, los errores aún no se han corregido.

Refund for products advertised on website, but no stock
I ordered 3 toilets on the Leroy Merlin website for some renovations we are completing at our home. Only after I have ordered and paid for the toilets, did I receive a call saying the toilets weren't in stock and would only be available end November.
To avoid delays on our build, I requested a refund as needed to get toilets delivered immediately. Which another supplier, PlumbIt did within ONE day!
I have sent numerous emails asking for a refund due to me for toilets that were advertised but they did not have, yet, to date, I have either being dismissed saying it's been processed, or no replies to my emails at all.
All intents and purposes, this is theft - taking money for an order they can't fulfil.
Desired outcome: An immediate refund and an APOLOGY!!!
Air conditioning machine
I bought a wind air split and compressor from Leroy merlin in Gandia also everything to fit it. My electrician who has years of experience fitted the machine and it showed aE7 on the split saying there was a problem I got a second engineer in and he said the same thing and told me to take it back
To the shop so that is what I did. So at the customer services I explained that two engineers had said that there was something wrong with the circuit board that the compressor wouldn’t work. They told me to take it back home and reinstall it and the technical team would come and check it. They said it was the company HAIER that was at fault. So I received an email from HAIER saying that they needed all details of the machines receipts my electricians qualifications serial numbers etc which I sent. Within days I had an email back saying that the two machines were incompatable and will not ever work together. I then told LM gandia this they sent a new split the same as the other one. The engineer came and said that they were the same so we are now back in the same situation. Leroy merlin are now saying that the split is wired wrong even though it comes on. But won’t cool because the compressor won’t start. They are saying that I broke the motor? And now nothing else will be done. All it needs is to swap the compressor not the split. But they will not do anything. So after paying three engineers over 600 euros two sets of pipes at a 100 euros and the price of the machine I’m left with nothing.
Desired outcome: New compressor so the air con will work and to put an end to this nightmare
Delivery - A complete shambles
We drove the forty-five journey to Leroy Merlin in Larissa. Great staff, very pleasant, but we could not understand why or how it had taken five individuals to deal with our simple purchase - a sun lounger. That wasn’t a problem in itself, but what was a problem was the contradictory information during the sales process. We agreed to purchase a large two person lounger that was ex-display at a discounted price and were told that it would be delivered on Sat 1st October. It was Wednesday 28th September. By the time assistant number four had intervened the Saturday delivery had changed to Wednesday 5th October. We received no call from the delivery company prior to or on the 5th October and so in the evening we telephoned Leroy Merlin. They stated that there was a problem and they would call us back. They didn’t. The next day we drove to the store and they established that the delivery company had our sun lounger on their premises but could offer no explanation as to why it had not been delivered. We were offered a delivery for Saturday 8th October (11 days! from date of order). We had plans for Saturday and requested a delivery for Friday 7th October, but this we were told was not possible and so because we had zero trust nor faith In the delivery company, we cancelled and requested a full refund. Now here’s the thing, we were on holiday, at our holiday home and we accepted that on this occasion we were unable to lounge on our newly purchased loungers. When we return, we won’t be wasting our time with Leroy Merlin, which is a shame because their staff were great and it wasn’t there fault but if you sub contract to incompetence then you don’t deserve our business. We still have a 240 square meter patio to pave, a new kitchen and bathroom to install and so much more. But guess what? Not from Leroy Merlin and they can thank their incompetent delivery people for that. If they can’t deliver a simple lounger within 11- ELEVEN DAYS! how could we possibly trust them with anything else? No anger or frustration, the sun will still rise in the morning, but our business will be going elsewhere and that makes me smile. Goodbye.

I ordered a table and chairs just before lockdown from the Marbella store- as I was back in the UK during lockdown the furniture arrived Between lockdown and it is already falling apart - I’ve sent receipts and documents and photos of the faulty goods and you are not replying . The furniture was over €1000 so it should be reasonable quality and I do not expect it to fall apart after around a year - never have I had such poor quality goods

I ordered wood floors, padding and tools to put in wood floors three weeks ago from Leroy Merlin Matosinhos (Portugal) on the website. The order number reference is: 482352 They gave an estimated delivery of August 1. Each day I would not be notified and they would cancel the delivery for some reason it’s saying it “failed.” I called repeatedly each day and even visited the store where they order came from and no one can give me any information on the phone or in person. I’ve spent over €980 on floors that have no indication that they will ever be sent to me and no one can tell me where they are and they pass it off to the next person. Leroy Merlin says it’s the shipping company’s fault the shipping company says it’s Leroy merlin’s fault. Yet… One person on the phone did indicate that Leroy Merlin store still needs to reschedule the order which would indicates they do still have the products. I really am disappointed in the fact that I can’t get any help with my order and people telling me something that they know is not going to help like I need to “wait for the store to call me.” Set the time considered project that I need to work on and I can’t get any support From the store, or the phone line, Oregon zoo, or W transporte,

25x76x3000 planks
Hi there, I ordered online 25x76x3000 planks for an order I have for another company. I am really disappointed in the wood that I received. There is bent pieces, 22,25,28,30mm thicknesses in the lot I got. I am a designer and need to build things I designed for the other company.
I did not have any work for the last 13 months and now that I got an order I can't proceed till the wood has been changed.
Desired outcome: I need urgent assistance with this as I have to deliver my order to my customer by Monday and I still need to build all the things in my design.
Non delivery of order
I ordered some boards on the 21 July 22 with an ETA of 26 July 22. On the 28 July 22 I was told one of the items was not available so I requested them to cancel that item and delver the rest.
After numerous whatapp and an Hellopeter complaint, it is now 5pm on the 2 Aug 2022 that I have not received my ordered items,

It is now time for me to report this to the National Consumer Council as it has become absolutely ridiculous how this branch i "milking: the man on the street ensuring that you rather look elsewhere than purchasing items from Leroy Merlin Little Falls.
Furthermore, how can one attendant service Customers at the Builders Yard Till point.
Leroy Merlin balcony awning
on 9.7.2022 we have bought two balcony awnings from Thessaloniki shop. First was OK .But the second one miss the crucial part (seal holde on picture attached). I can suggest to Leroy Merlin send to us in Nikiti the missing part together with shipment planning to deliver on Tuesday 12.7. 22 in Nikiti. will send the payed order confirmation.

Ceiling fan - France order
On 17 June I ordered a ceiling fan from Leroy Merlin. I received an email detailing an order number, item and date of delivery.
The date of delivery was meant to be 22 or 23 June. However these days passed and I had not received the delivery, even though the money had left my bank account.
So I followed this up with a phone call to Lille, spoke to someone who said it had been delayed but would arrive 27 or 28 June.
We are now the first day of July and after many emails to LM I still do not know when the item will be delivered.
