I have beautiful LeVian diamond and Tanzanite Ring. 3 months after I got it I had to send it in for repairs on a loose setting. Since that repair I have had to send it in 4 more times because stones have fallen out. (The same ones!) While they cover all of their repairs, they take a long time to repair the ring and get it back to the customer. I am currently waiting on it to be repaired and have been without for about 2 months. They sent it back a month ago - and polished the ring but did not repair it! I had to send it back, the sales people have put a rush on it and even with them nagging at LeVian to speed up the process, it has gone at a snails pace. I am considering asking for a refund for the ring if it looses a stone or needs a repair. It is my engagement ring, and I want to wear it, not a surrogate ring. I have only had this ring for a year and a half!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
The LeVian Company is not a good company to buy from. They do not take care of their jewelry as they say before you buy from them. I have a ring I purchased back in 2003 and have had problems with it since. They have told me they replaced stones in it that were scratched and in time the scratches reappear in the stones the same place. I believe they are just polishing the stones and sending it back to me. I have sent this in 4 times in the last 10 years. They don't seam to know what they are doing and I do not believe they are honest in what they say to their customers. Beware before you spend your money.
While @ a wedding a dog ate a LeVian ring that fell on the floor near some table scraps. We had to wait a while for the dog to "let it go". We finally found it, later in the yard, we kept the dog in a restricted area as we have 40 acres for him run w/ the mule.
As Joe picked it up, the bride's mother saw him and asked if that was a truffle form the dessert table and wanted a piece of it. He put it in a cupcake wrapper. He said yes and held it in his mouth, so she wouldn't get it.
