This wasn't the first time speaking with this employee. From the beginning to current date. The take over was in 2021. The promotion for new customers, was one free month. I have never received a free month. My bank statements shows I have always paid my bill. I asked about the promotion for new customer's. I was told since you took over the business, I wasn't entitled to the promotion. Now you have increased my bill twice. The employee ANGELA was very upset and didn't want to hear anything. I suppose she feels that everything is her way. I will be filling a complaint with the BBB and Niagara Falls Mayor Office.
Claimed loss: The one free month $237.00. THAT I NEVER RECEIVED FROM YOUR COMPANY!!!!
