Logo and logo Stationary files
Contacted them to create my logo and Stationary 1 year ago. They created my logo but did not send me the Stationary files or the right logo files agreed upon. They called a year later and lied saying the patent office communicated to them that my company is at risk of being suspended and someone else files for a trademark name. I called the US trademark office and they don't do third party communications. They will try to offer a fix for $700 including filing a trademark for the company. They are frauds.
Desired outcome: Law suite, refund my moneys, and end the company.
Scammers please do not use them - thieves
Do not use this company PLEASE! They are thieves. All they do is get you to pay them the money for services and never give you the service. I paid $400 for a simple website and it's been since March 2022. We are now in November 2022 and still nothing. They act like they want to help but they stop returning phone calls and they stop returning WhatsApp, messages and emails. I have been trying to complain and I have been trying to get my money back and I get no reply. No customer service calling me back or anyone trying to help me please do not use this company.
Desired outcome: I want my $400 refund!
No reply from my email request
I have not heard from Aaron Taylor or Mellissa regarding the filing of my LLC. It is difficult to reach anyone for help. This project has been going on for 2 years+.
I have had multiple contacts at your company. Aaron is asking for banking information for a company I can't get an account for until I have the papers.
Desired outcome: Get my company filed
Is Logo Infinix Legit?
Logo Infinix earns a trustworthiness rating of 91%
Highly recommended, but caution will not hurt.
We found clear and detailed contact information for Logo Infinix. The company provides a physical address, 2 phone numbers, and 2 emails, as well as 5 social media accounts. This demonstrates a commitment to customer service and transparency, which is a positive sign for building trust with customers.
The age of Logo Infinix's domain suggests that they have had sufficient time to establish a reputation as a reliable source of information and services. This can provide reassurance to potential customers seeking quality products or services.
Logoinfinix.com has a valid SSL certificate, which indicates that the website is secure and trustworthy. Look for the padlock icon in the browser and the "https" prefix in the URL to confirm that the website is using SSL.
Logoinfinix.com has been deemed safe to visit, as it is protected by a cloud-based cybersecurity solution that uses the Domain Name System (DNS) to help protect networks from online threats.

The payment procedure on the website is also relatively simple and straightforward, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience for buyers.
However ComplaintsBoard has detected that:
- While Logo Infinix has a high level of trust, our investigation has revealed that the company's complaint resolution process is inadequate and ineffective. As a result, only 0% of 13 complaints are resolved. The support team may have poor customer service skills, lack of training, or not be well-equipped to handle customer complaints.
- Logoinfinix.com has relatively low traffic compared to other websites, it could be due to a niche focus, but could also indicate a potential lack of traffic and popularity. The logoinfinix.com may offer a niche product or service that is only of interest to a smaller audience.
- Logo Infinix protects their ownership data, a common and legal practice. However, from our perspective, this lack of transparency can impede trust and accountability, which are essential for establishing a credible and respected business entity.
Website Development
Do not trust this company with your business. We paid this company $740 for a website. They did a horrible job. Then they asked for more money to provide the job that we already paid for. A year later they scammed me as I no longer have access to the website. I reached out to them and they asked for more money. Then they stopped responding as if we hadn't already purchased the site. They have completely embarrassed my company brand and image.. Waste of money, time, and more.
Trademarking
I paid 600 dollars American for trademarking through logo infinix. It has been 12 months of lies and false promises to deliver. They never return phone calls or answer emails. The one time they called me to try and sell me web design and I said no and also asked for a refund for the services the failed to provide. And yet again no refund or resolution.
Desired outcome: Refund
Logo & trademark
In mid 2020 I needed a logo and instead of going to Fiverr as usual to get a logo I made the mistake of clicking on the *LogoInfinix $29 Logo Special* Google Ad. They were the most aggressive sales people I had ever encountered and tried incessantly to get me to trademark the logo through them. My gut instincts told me not to because what they were saying didn't sound right but eventually, somehow, they got around my defenses and I regrettably paid the $671.
The core ploys they used to try to get around my defenses were:
1) First they asked me questions about my business and super inflated my ego by telling me how smart and savvy I was. Next, while I'm on an ego high, they intentionally insult my intelligence because I wasn't planning on trademarking my logo. Instead of trying to justify my intelligence, I ended up arguing with their logic so this didn't really work in this instance.
2) They claimed it was illegal for them to give me the logo with the TM symbol on it and hence they had to trademark it on my behalf.
3) They'd call at all times of the day to keep harassing me to trademark with them. I think there are times of the day when we are tired and more susceptible and agreeable. This is the ploy that got me.
They also kept saying that because they bulk submit logos to IP Australia through a special process, it will take 9 months or so until they get an answer and that they couldn't provide a case number which was the most suspect thing in the world and to which I argued a lot with them about. Now it makes sense that by the time 9 months is up, they've emptied their bank accounts with no hope for consumers of getting the money back.
Months went past and neither the logo source files nor trademark were delivered and then I received a call from Logoinfinix to claim that they never received the $671 AUD and that I would have to pay it again to complete the trademark process. My bank confirmed that the payment certainly went through. Logoinfinix refused to put any of this in writing. All I have is the original receipts I automatically received for the original transactions. Even though they had an online work management system (https://projectsmanagementpro.teamwork.com/), they only used it to communicate with me about the designs, not the trademark application nor that they had received my payments. Zero paper trail other than receipts. They had gutted all correspondence from my account so I couldn't even show conversations from there. The only way they communicated with me was by calling and trying to sleaze more money out of me.
I've since found evidence that this was a scam that affected other Australians. Refer to the first two posts: https://au.trustpilot.com/review/www.logoinfinix.com.au
They've now changed their Australian website from logoinfinix.com.au to logoinfiniix.com.au (2 i's).
They had the audacity to call me again today and I gave them an earfull!
NOTE: This is the first time I've fallen for a scam so at the very least I've learnt a lot from this experience and will certainly trust my gut instincts from now on. I won't hestitate to slam the phone down next time I suspect a dodgy sales person. The way I see it, I lost $671 AUD last year but that education could have saved me many times that amount later.
Desired outcome: Please bring Infinix to justice and jail them.
Trademark Registration
I worked with this company to create a business logo. They did make my logo. They kept nickle and diming me for addtional work, i.e. website, advertising, trademark registration. I kept turning down their alternate services. I finally agreed to let them do my trademark registration and paid them hundreds of dollars to do so. Not even a year passed by and they sent me a message stating I had to renew my trademark and wanted a hefty amount of money to do so. Thinking about it not even being a year I decided to research the trademark myself and found no registration nor classification was ever filed to being with. My logo was not trademarked. Also researching I found you do not pay a yearly fee to keep your registered Trademark. They were trying to get more money out of me for a service I already paid for that they never performed in the first place. It was my bad for not understanding the entire trademark process and not checking this company out to begin with but being I paid for my logo and received it I thought they were legit. Paying for the logo was cheap compared to the Trademark fees. Now I am screwed. Now they won't return emails, phonecalls or texts and its too late to get my cc charge back. DO NOT use this company. They are scammers!
Desired outcome: Money Back!
Registration of logo
Ok this is an odd scenario here.
First of all, these guys made me a beautiful logo for a low price but unfortunately I got sucked into their little scam as they told me that they would register my logos with WIPO and then I would have complete ownership to my logos and no one can take them from me or use them.
I paid them $275 us and two weeks latter I discovered that I still had not received any notification from WIPO so I tried emailing and calling them and the phone rang out and no one replied to my emails.
I then tried to communicate with them via their messaging system and they said they will call me back and they didn't.
By this stage I got very suspicious so I went to the WIPO website and it stated that they DONT provide any registration service.
I have since discovered this website and now I am amount the many victims who's leaving a negative review.
Stay away from these guys as they are very clever scammers!
Logo design
Ben Cooper was very quick to respond to our recent online purchase for a business logo in Australia.
He also made a compelling upsell to a bigger package from $29 US to an extra $158 US letterhead and business cards during our short business call.
When our emails failed to receive the correct information, he promptly informed me to switch to What's App to finish our business call as he appeared concerned our call was taking so much time to receive our information.
Red Flag
When I was hung up mid way through asking when to expect our design my gut told me this was a mistake.
I sent him two messages via what's app and email within 5 business days to ask for a Tax Invoice and date for the logo to be ready by.
After receiving nothing I contacted him a further two times within 4 weeks and have received nothing.
This is a SCAM. No business in their right mind would leave a client high and dry if they valued their reputation as a Digital Marketing Company who takes business seriously
Desired outcome: Money Back
Products and services
Logo infinex are a bunch of cons and scammers. It has been almost 3 weeks and I still do not have a logo. 1/12/21 I spoke with Robby Peterson and told him I could not get through and left a message in logoinfinex chat. Robby told me he didn't get a message and said I could email my pictures. I requested for him to text me hos email instead I was given Mac Jones email. They are working on the project together so I sent what I wanted to the email Mac Jones gave me. Mac Jones sent a reply email telling me he got my email and I would hear back in 24-48 hours. Today is 1/19/21 no responce from Mac Jones or Robby Peterson so I called. When I told Robby I wanted a refund I was hung up on. I called back and demanded to speak with his boss. Robby placed me on hold, when he returned to the phone he said his boss was not there and he would leave a message. My responce was no give me his bosses boss. Robby told me they do not come into work.
Robby wanted to know whers they went wrong so I explained for the 5 time what I put hers in this review.
The email was sent on 1/12/21. I should have heard from them by the 14, maybe the 15th at the latest. Robby says he was now at Mac Jones station amd could not find an email from me and Mac Jones did not tell him I sent the email.
Robby insists he wants to make things right and work on my project today. I told him no I want a refund you owe me $125. How can Robby work on my logo if he doesn't have my email of how I want the logo to look?
Robby told me he would put a request in for my refund and it would take 12-14 business days. I told him no ot wont, it did not take you 12-14 business days to get my money it better not take that to return it to me. I told him you guys are a bunch of cons and scammers.
Robby tolde he would ask that my refund be processed as soon as possible, then told me at least 3-5 business days. I will accept 3-5 business days, however not 12-14.
Robby said he still is going to work on my logo. I told him no, it will be rejected.
Desired outcome: Total refund of $125.
Yes they are CON ARTIST! ⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️
Customer service
Intially I was excited to work with logo infinix to complete my logo and webisite. However, once they were paid they stopped responding. I emailed them numerous times. When I finally was able to speak with someone they had no idea which project I was referring too. I even provided the reference number. Once, I let them know I had filed a dispute with my bank they were very responsive once again and tried to persuade me to change my mind. I receive a logo after they refunded me. I assume they thought i was going to use it. The logo goes against their policy it is clearly a stock photo as i was able to do a google image search and find similar photos. My military bank made me aware of the better business complaints shown below that existed and provided a conditional refund along with citi bank. It has been almost 2 month and Logo Infinix still has not provided a full refund to my bank they are planning to dispute the charge for services I never received. My phone number receives numerous spam text each day since the incident. I confronted Ben Cooper and emailed the team assigned with no response. If this can be a warning to anyone please stay far far away. A lot of people with positive reviews listed for them are employees. Logo Infinix provided me and example of a website that was created with a phone number. I actually looked the business up on the BBB website and the actual company had never heard of logo infinix. I made this known as well and their response was we have a lot of people competing with us and spreading lies. Please do you research. This is the best advice that I can give. Do not give this company any of your hard earned money and run any risk of loss.

negative review
At the start Logo Infinix seem fine but once you pay them they simple no longer care. Simple instructions such as following my instructions and color guide they could not do and always made up excuses. This company require you to leave a message with an answering service with the promise someone from the company will call sadly this is not true. They...
