Lolli Couture Bad customer service

I made an order about two weeks ago. Wanted the products for a special event, but items did not arrive on time. It took them 10 days to deliver the package. After I opened my order I realized that few items were missing. So I contacted LolliCouture customer service and was told that few things were out of stock and promised to refund me. I asked when will I get my money, but their rep could not answer that question. Well, I hope the rep was no lying. Very unhappy with this website! That was the first time when I ordered something from LolliCouture.

Lolli Couture Terrible

I made an order back in January and it is now February and I received nothing yet! My item is still showing as processing and hasn't shipped. I tried to contact LolliCouture customer service and but there was no response. I sent them many messages and finally received a reply that stated that my order would ship soon. I decided to wait and I have been quite patient but I cannot wait any longer! I contacted them again yesterday and still haven't heard anything back.

Lolli Couture Waste of time and money!

I purchased a pair of boots from LolliCouture. I never used this company before, but I decided to give it a try, because their website looked very professional and the prices were great. When the boots arrived, the only good looking thing was the box! The size of the boots was wrong, even though the box was marked the correct size. I called LolliCouture customer service many times only to get a machine saying they were closed. I checked the return policy on their website and it was completely ridiculous! It stated that if you spent less than $12.99 you are not permitted to return the item. Total waste of money!

Lolli Couture Do not buy from them

I am not new to online shopping, in fact I've been doing it for years on multiple sites. I have never had an experience like this before. I purchased some things and received a confirmation email. But provided tracking number was incorrect. Several weeks later I finally received my package, but only 2 of the 5 items I ordered were included. However I receive a message from LolliCouture stating one of my items was "refunded". But they actually never gave my money back. Completely unprofessional company and I will never order from LolliCouture again.

Lolli Couture Clothing and Shoes

Are you kidding me? This merchandize is Horrible! The quality is ridiculous the shoes are so cheap looking and also is the wrong size. This merchant or company is worser than a shade tree mechanic. I actually spent 79. 91 on total garbage. The clothes don't fit at all everything that I purchased is so depressing. The items are not as described on this website. This must be an online person who is trying to sell hand made items. Totally not with a dime that was spent.

Lolli Couture Clothing

I am not new to online ordering, in fact I've been doing it for years on multiple sites. I have never had an issue like this before. First, I am provided with incorrect tracking information. Then, my order is finally delivered after 2 weeks and only 2 of the 5 items I ordered were included. I did, however, receive an invoice stating 2 of my items were "refunded" and the other was "back-ordered". I have not received any sort of refund yet nor any information about my back-ordered item. Mind you, when I originally placed the order, this was NEVER marked and I was never made aware prior to receiving my order. Completely unprofessional and I will never order from this company again.

Lolli Couture didn't get the item

Ordered a dress on 10/12/15 and paid extra for 2 day air shipping. Didn't get the item and it is already 04/01/16. Then I contacted LolliCouture asking where my item was. I also told them that because I didn't receive my order in the time it was promised, I wanted to return it. They proceeded to tell me that the item had some special code on it, and because of that it was considered "Special Order". I went to their website and noticed the shipping policy says one thing regarding special order items and the return policy says something completely different regarding the same special items. There was something strange about those special items, and I could not understand a thing! They promised my dress will be delivered soon. Well, we'll see.

Lolli Couture Unhappy shopper

I'm very upset about how things went with this LolliCouture. It was my first experience ordering from them, but certainly will be my last. They sent me a completely different things, and nothing from what I ordered. I contacted them immediately. I sent them a message and was asked to send them pictures as a proof. I photographed everything and sent the photos. Then I was asked to send them more photos from different positions. When they finally believed I'm telling the truth, they offered me a refund. I shipped all things back to them and they promised to contact me later. But they never called me back. Several weeks later I contacted them again. They told that they received the items, and also that they never said anything about giving me a refund. They are thieves and scammers! I paid for my order, paid for shipping back and they don't want to return my money. I am one unhappy shopper!

Lolli Couture Bad quality

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with LolliCouture. I ordered a costume and I paid 20$ for 2 day shipping. I received my costume and it was in very bad condition. Material was very cheap and thin. Also there were some missing buttons and two holes. I wanted to return the costume, because it was awfully damaged and it was not my fault. I called them and explained that I want my money. The girl on the phone listened to me to call later. Well, at least I tried before understood that they are hopeless. I called them million times and when I told who I am they dropped my call. Normal companies don't act like that. Then I send them tons of emails, but they told me that I have the wrong email. They are just hiding and ignoring me all the time. Their policy states that customer has only 30 days to return the item. I tried to contact them for 25 days now! They just took my money and think that they can get away with this. I have only 5 days left and don't know what to do. Don't buy anything from them! You will receive bad quality clothes and horrible service. I want everyone to know how bad they are and I want them to lose clients!

Lolli Couture Shoes/why can't I create an online account/wouldn't give me free gift as promised

I just ordered from this company, and I am really worried about my order after reading everything from other people. I tried calling them (it is a holiday weekend-Thanksgiving) but they say they aren't open again until Monday, and even then they are only open on 10-5 PST? I have never heard of a company only open a few hours a week like that...Anyway, has anyone out there had any success with them? Will I ever get my stuff? Thankfully, I ordered using PayPal, so I should be protected...I just hope they don't scam Paypal when I go to file a dispute and try to use a fake tracking # saying they delivered them...I can't believe I trusted them!

Lolli Couture Horrible customer service!

Do NOT order from this site. Awful customer service. I ordered my package on the 22nd with 2 day shipping. it's the 26th and it is still "processing". Once i was finally able to get in touch with customer service, the guy told me it is a "special" order which takes longer to process and I should have read their shipping policy to find that out. Why would it not say this on the order when I placed it? I never would have placed it int he first place. You should inform your customers of this on the page with the item to not mislead them into thinking they will get a package on time! I was also told I cannot cancel my order even though I won't get it in time! What a scam.

Lolli Couture Cheap Material

No wonder their return policy is so crappy- their products are crap and they don't even want them back. I ordered a few swimsuits from lollicouture.com - i paid $17 for "Basic Shipping" which took over a week to get to me. We are in the same state and about 6 hours apart- how does it take 7 days to send me my items?

The swimsuits are CHEAP and smell like dog pee- I am not kidding. The padding inside the top portion of the swimsuits is hard and tiny- I have large boobs and ordered a large swimsuit; why on earth would you sew tiny padding into the top? It doesn't even fit the shape of the top. I ordered 4 swimsuits and they are all crap- such a waste of money.

I ordered 7 items from lollicouture. When I received them I was in shock. Clothes are not the sizes said on the tags. One of them obviously someone changed the tag because the sewing and the string they used Easily can tell that has been changed. And the size look like L, not S. One Shoe even has large peel off on it! Other shoe has spots on it. When I called they claimed these are on sales therefore I couldny return them. What a sham! Business like this should not be around. Because they posted nice quality photos doesn't mean you can get the same stuff when you Order them. The worst part is not over yet. I waited almost 20minites to get someone who said she was the supervisor answer the phone. After I insist to return them. She pretended she couldn't hear me and hang up.

Lolli Couture online order

HORRIBLE seller. I have never left feedback before but felt the need to warn others. Purchased boots from them online and they lied saying they were damaged to try to get me to take a different color, then said they were refund me but never did. I contacted them via email and phone and they continue to lie. They are a unprofessional business, avoid at all costs!

Lolli Couture No refund issued as promised

This is by far the worst website. . . I order from many websites like forever 21 and amiclubwear constantly as i am always shopping online. This website was by far the absolute worst customer service i have ever dealt with. They lie constantly. I ordered a bunch of clothing for over 140$ (17 for shipping and handling in addition) and when i received my items, one item was damaged. The area by the zipper had loose stitching to the point it was noticeable. I called the company the day i received my order and let the representative know what happened. She asked me to take some pictures, sent them by e - mail, they would be reviewed and approved for a return or exchange. I was told it was approved for a return or exchange, up to me which i wanted. I returned the item. Weeks after i was e - mailed that i was issued a store credit, i called and e - mailed many times letting them know i wanted a refund or exchange for the same item just not damaged. They went on to tell me i must have damaged the item, which was really insulting to me. This item was only 11$ and if i would damage it, i would not give myself the headache of contacting them. I received it damaged and therefore contacted them as i feel it is unfair to charge me for an item that is damaged. After spending over 20 e - mails with customer service (Who is clearly incompetent and kept providing excuses as to why it's taking so long) and calling on the phone for over 4 hours of my time, i spoke with karly who is the worst representative and rude and provides information that is not accurate. Finally i was transferred to karen (After being told she is not there many time, but she was and karly kept saying she was not) , karen said "upper management" reviewed the case and after speaking with them i was approved for a refund and would see it by the "next day 12pm the latest. " i waited 5 days, and no refund. I called back and karly let me know it was already approved and refunded and to give it 2 - 3 days for my credit card to post it, as this was up to my credit card now and the refund was issued form their end. I waited 1 week. I never got a refund. I called back and karly let me know "i was misinformed" and that i was only approved for a store credit (Back to square 1) . I told her to transfer me to karen who said i was approved, and she attempted to tell me karen wasn't there and after asking a few times she transferred me (Which means karen was there and she was lying as she has been many times in previous conversations) , karen put me on hold to come back and tell me that it was approved and now 2 weeks later it was denied now that "upper management changed their mind and don't want to refund me. " she said there is nothing she can do. I never spent so much time trying to get a refund from any company on a damaged item they sent, only to be constantly lied to and chase them down to be told lies. This company should be closed down and fined for fraud and poor customer service. Worst website, do not order. I have lost so much time and energy for 11$ they should have simply refunded me. Now they lost a customer, gained poor reviews, and will hopefully loose more customers and people are warned about them.

I ordered 6 pairs of shoes in size 7 from same website.
2 pairs came in the wrong size.
3 pairs came without boxes just thrown in bags and squished.
Lip gloss missing from order.

They don't reply to emails, and it's nearly impossible to get a representative on the phone. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. They never said some of the shoes would be missing boxes. They will only let me return the two pairs of incorrect shoes if I pay for the return shipping! Ridiculous. I think I’m most upset about all the time I wasted trying to get in touch with them to let them know I didn’t receive what I paid for. I had to email pictures 3 times because they kept claiming they didn’t receive them. I don't trust I would even receive a refund if I spent my time and money shipping these shoes back to them. Total scam. I never write negative reviews, but I hope my story will help protect others from getting scammed by this "company."

Lolli Couture My order was still in process after 2 weeks

I placed order before 2 p.m on the website www.lollicouture.com. I got the reply that they would send my order today. After that I checked the info and it showed that the order was in process. I sent couple of emails to the seller, but he only told to wait. I haven’t received order yet, as well as it was shown that it was in process after 2 weeks. Stay away from them and post comments about your things with them.

Lolli Couture Scamming company and problems with the orders

Don’t order from the website www.lollicouture.com. I twice ordered from them, and each time I had some problems with the order. For the first time, my order didn’t contain two items. After that the seller promised to provide the discount for my next purchase. After the second time, I understood that the company was scam. All my items arrived without tags and the seller refused to take them back. I wonder if there are people, who have the same problems and what have you done in such situation, please post comments.

Lolli Couture Scam/Fake/Worst Company EVER

I can't even give this company one star, that's how bad they are! Don't EVER order ANYTHING from this site or you will regret it! Their phone number is fake or it just doesn't work. You can never get a hold of anyone, ever. Your products will NEVER be delivered. So please, don't waste your money shopping here. You will have much better luck ANYWHERE ELSE!

Lolli Couture Scammers

Ordered 11 bathing suit, got 1 a week later. I was promised every week for the following 4 weeks that it would be shipped. Order never came, opened a dispute with them via PayPal, "item not received". Guess what these snakes did? They gave PayPal the tracking # for the 1 bathing suit saying they sent all 11! I had to appeal and they agreed to send the rest. Next order arrives, it's only 7 of the 10 owed. These idiots cut the tags out of three of the bathing suits to pass them off as different sizes in order to "fill" my order! I ordered various sizes from small-xl in 3 styles, I own a retail store, I have ordered from countless companies and this by far was the worst company ever. I am so happy that I had Paypal to help me, my money was refunded on the final 3 bathing suits. Although the company would not respond to Paypal asking about the cut tags, I am sure they knew that they were exposed.

Issues with order...even though it was their mistake by sending wrong item..no refund was given since they were charging a restocking fee. Customer service is really bad. Phones are actually never working either.

Lolli Couture Horrible services and clothes as well

I ordered jacket and shoes from the website www.lollicouture.com, but I was really upset with my received items. The quality was poor and the things didn’t look the same as on the website. Also I waited for a month, and when I tried to return them, the seller started to goof off and told a lot of promising things. The worst seller I ever met. Please leave comments and share your views about this website. Thanks.

I ordered a bathing suit from this company and everything was fine. They emailed me a comfirmation with my order number, receipt, and an email/phone number to call with questions or concerns. In this email it also says that they'll email me again when my order ships with a tracking number so that I can track my bathing suit. Funny thing is a never got that email. It's been 2 weeks and still no email. I called that phone number they gave me and it's conveniently busy ALL DAY LONG. Not even like an automated voice message system...it's the old school beeps you hear when your friend from elementary school was on the line with their grandma when you tried to call. I then tried to email them about my issue. Again to no surprise, I didn't get a response (at least not yet). I've been waiting for this bathing suit and I'm pissed because the summer is mostly over. I can't even try and get a refund because I can't get ahold of them. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I dont understand how after all these bad reviews, no one has done nothing to put these scam artists out of business! I ordered from them about 5 days ago before reading the reviews & i am already pissed! Wait til monday morning & watch how i cut up!

I ordered a pair of boots. I sent them back, an unopened
package. This was Dec. 16 2015. I received an e-mail today.
Lolli Couture says I wore the boots, which I did not. Furthermore
They said I sent them back 8 days after receiving them. I sent
them back the same day. Now they are telling me, I cannot
get my money back! I waited 2 and a half months for them
to receive them. I plan on fighting this all the way. Customer
Service is rude and the same guy keeps answering the phone!

I would suggest filing a complaint with the Consumer Protection Agency. They will provide more traction than other agencies.

They are writing fake reviews and voting 5 stars on sitejabber so that they don't look completely horrible. It is very obvious. I have been going back and forth with them for 2 months already just to receive a refund I so rightfully deserve. Their return policy states that they take full responsibility for merchandise that is damaged or defected. I received two pairs of boots both with glue exposed around the soles of the shoe. They looked tacking and cheap. Nothing at all like the site. They also tell you that if you use the discount code to purchase your items, that you are in no way eligible for a refund.
When I contact them, they are very vague, very rude, ignore my questions and comments and just refuse to come to a mutual agreement. Not only did I spend 75 on their crappy merchandise, but I had to spend an extra 30 for shipping and handling once I received a return mailing address label. Then check this out. They accused me of sending the shoes back with a bunch of animal hair on them. I don't even own a pet! They're such a joke. I am trying to get the word out there to everyone and doing anything I can to expose their scam. I have filed complaints with the BBB and the FTC. I am contacting Paypal and filing another complaint with Fraud.org. I suggest everyone does the same.
I am very active on social media so I can use that platform to my advantage as well. If anyone needs help please let me know. I will gladly put up the fight with you.

I placed a order from Lollicouture.com two Saturdays ago, needing a dress for a Halloween party that I was attending. I selected ONE DRESS and figured the shipping process should not be so bad... I paid MORE FOR SHIPPING TWO DAY, than I did the dress... almost two weeks later I have still not received my purchase.

Along with the horrible decision to make a purchase from this "company"... along their information in the FAQ section of their website, it states that payments will not be processed until the item is shipped out... My bank was charged the day I made the purchase for something that I have yet to receive. Returning the dress when I receive it, when ever that will be, will be pointless, because I will not receive the shipping costs back, which was $26. Lollicouture.com IS A JOKE. I would not recommend anyone to purchase from their so called "company".

PAYPAL SIDED WITH THEM! I KNEW IT!

Seller promised me a refund and instead of giving me my money back, sent PP a fake usps tracking number, my items of course will never arrive as there is no package to be sent, and I still don't have a refund.

Their tracking number shows that the items were delivered by usps on Sept 22nd at 12:22, but I was home on the same day that I got an entirely different package from another company (unrelated), and the package from lollicouture.com never was given to me. If they really had sent the item then the postal worker would have dropped it off as I was sitting by my gate when they arrived at 2:25pm. The seller only produced this tracking number on request of paypal in order to keep my funds and never intended on returning my money for items that they never planned on delivering.

I want a refund as was promised by this company.

to quote the email they sent me on Sept 18th: "You will be refunded via your chargeback and the order will be cancelled.".

Instead, they sent a fake tracking number (quite easily generated by a program) after I escalated it to a claim at Paypal; and lollicouture.com has since been allowed to keep my money for a product that was never delivered.

To top it off, they posted yesterday on their website under my shopping account that my order was refunded, which of course, is a lie. - because they sent paypal a fake tracking number to close the case and to keep my money too.

I need assistance as I am not the only one to have been ripped off by this company; one only has to look online for reviews of their service and see how poorly they manage their business and how they have been able to swindle people out of their money by sending fake tracking numbers for packages that do not exist.

If I can not get assistance through paypal for my refund, I will certainly contact my bank and see what I can do about reversing the charges.

Any help that you can give is greatly appreciated, Thank you -

Update.I went to their site today to ask them for shipping info. They replied with a worthless "credit memo" on my order.
At this point, i went to PP and filed a claim of non reciept of items. Lollicouture replied in a personal email that.."Your form of payment had not been verified and you apparently filed a chargeback via PayPal. The eCheck you paid with had yet to clear on our end.".

This is untrue as i had sent them a screenshot showing when (and how) payment was sent, and when it cleared.
I have been a verified Business member on PP since 2009, and my bank institute has been verified since 2012.

Their attempt to store credit me shows that they know they have my money and arent willing to part with it, or my merchandise. They better not send me a fake tracking no either

Placed an order on 9/04, through PP. By the 10th it had not shipped, even though i had been charged. Contacted them twice on the 17th, and they said my "payment was in review", and "Echeck hasnt cleared on their end". I sent them a screenshot of my cleared payment through PP plainly showing the cleared funds, and still havent had a reply. I have ordered from two other different companies in the meantime and had prompt service. If they dont reply to my email today, I will be in contact with PP to get a full refund by Monday. Stupid me for not reading reviews before i ordered. Will update later this week
