HORRIBLE... HORRIBLE... HORRIBLE!
SO mad and sad! I placed a few orders and they were impossible to work with to make returns. They try to send you a UK label mailing from the US so you can put your own postage on it, in my case it would've been $50+ to return. They make you jump thru sooo many hoops to get the right label and without assistance. If you do order be warned, and you need to get the $12 return label that is offered thru E-Global. Long Tall Sally has definitely changed ownership or something becuz it used to be reputable so sadly disappointing! Best of all they charged me for 2 necklaces I never received and charged me another $12 to return those of which I never received!
Long Tall Sally customer service is horrible
My sister who is a vulnerable adult, order a pair of pants and a dress from Long Tall Sally. They did not fit and so I had to help her with the return which was in two packages. We had the proper paperwork that we put in the packages and I took them to the USPS service to return them on June 15, 2022. Checking the status of the package still indicates it's "in transit." For a month? Plus they charge either $40 for the return or $40 per package. It's ridiculous. My sister doesn't have much money and this is a big deal to her. When my sister calls the customer service phone number the message says that the number is "not set up yet." Why would they offer it then? I'm trying to resolve this issue for her. Can you help?

LongTall Sally computer does not have my information so I can return my items.
I ordered a pair of pants, item #: [protected] April 24th or so from Long Tall Sally. I got a confirmation number: GE 2216625959GB. Then the company said that I ordered the same thing again on their order number: GE2216606947GB. That should have been a red flag because why would someone order two of the same thing? Through Facebook someone told me that I had to wait until the articles arrived. So I did. Articles arrived and they were the wrong color. I tried to return them but when I did, Long Tall Sally's computer could not find my name, order numbers, or anything, so I am stuck with not being able to return those two items. What a way to run a business!
Desired outcome: I want to return items and get refund on VISA card for each order. I can't do that if I can't contact the company because I am not in their records.
Size Guide is incorrect and does not match - returns not free or granted
I have been a loyal long tall sally customer for over 10 years. Being a tall woman, I have been very pleased previously with their items.
Then they were bought out by Yours Clothing. And this is where all the issues begin.
Returns are not free - you must pay to return items, despite the sizing guide being inaccurate. I measured myself per their size guide and the items I got are 3 to 4x larger than my size.
Customer service does not respond and just keeps sending me the same non-paid shipping label.
Desired outcome: Pre-paid shipping label to return all items will a full refund.
I sent boots purchased from long tall sally and have not received a refund
I sent boots purchased from Long Tall Sally and have not recieved a refund after many attempts. I initially asked that the purchase price be kept with LTS as a credit for me. I already some credit money on account with them from a return prior to sending the boot back. The credit amount increased with the boots returned. I was in the hospital and was not allowed by my doctors to use computers or cellphones for over two months due to several complicated surgeries while there.
I did not know that LTS was closing until got out the hospital and was back at home. When I was able to utilize my computer and checked my e-mail I noticed announcements that they were closing. I contacted them immediately and have at least 10 more times and someone named Pablo of LTS customer services keeps responding that they don't have any way to refund my money/cash on account. The fact that there is staff to respond to my inquiries as well as they will refund/exchange other orders still means they have options to resolve this issue with me, a long time LTS customer. They have told me they could refund/exchange or resolve another order besides this one, so that further means that they have options with this order. There is some funding available if they pay staff to answer inquiries still. I need my money refunded.
Everything about them is bad
This is the first time I encounter a store like this. Long Tall Sally is horrible in everything.
* quality. I had to throw away the shoes I got. They were absolutely unwearable.
* price. Too much for garbage-made shoes
* delivery. before I got my terrible order I waited for 2 months
* service was useless and unhelpful.
I hope these reasons are enough to warn you not to shop there.
Totally agree. Have bought items in the past because of lack of tall clothing suppliers but received shapeless, poor quality and well overpriced garments.. Thought improvements would have been made over the years as LTS still trading and stupidly ordered some swimwear over a year ago for holidays which had to be cancelled.. On wearing for the first time in July a button fell off straight away from the lilac tankini and on attempting to wear the black & white swimsuit last week, the back strap was found to be detached which I had to secure with a safety pin. Avoid this company at all costs unless you’re happy just to purchase a garment that is just long/big enough.
maxi dress
I purchased a maxi dress from Long Tall Sally and it arrived with no tags, wrinkled and a musty perfume smell. My guess is that it was a return from another customer. I immediately returned the dress and asked for a full refund, but they deducted $8 from my refund. Basically i had to pay to give them back their musty, wrinkled and used dressed. Good customer service would have issued a full refund being as though the dress was sent in an awful condition.
Non-receipt of shoes ordered and company refused to refund money.
I was searching online for a new site to purchase large size women's shoes and came across Barefoot Tess. I placed an order and never received it. I was a little skeptical, but they did refund my money after research showed my order had been either lost or stolen. A month or so later, I saw Batrefoot Tess shoes on the Macy's website so I felt Barefoot Tess was a reputable. I re-ordered two of the pairs of shoes I initially ordered. Again, I received my order, but the tracking info showed my order delivered. I went throught so much to try and find out what happened to my shoes. Fortunately, at the last moment, before finalizing payment for my order, I decided to go through Paypal. Barefoot Tess blatantly told me since the tracking info showed my shoes as delivered they would not be able to refund my money this time. As a last resort, I lodged a dispute with Paypal against Barefoot Tess.com. Paypal discovered my shoes had been delivered to Japan with an international tracking number and customs number. I won my claim and Paypal saw to my money being refunded to me. Thing is this, how did the tracking number provided to Paypal by Barefoot Tess be an international tracking number and the tracking information they had on the site for my shoes was not? Very weird! Anyway, I just got my refund back and I'm never shopping on the Barefoot Tess website again! Thank you, Paypal!

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes on April 10th. They were supposed to be here in a week and I have not gotten them. It says the order is still being processed! I have to have them by April 25th!
Order number GE3595235452GB is said to have been delivered. I have not received the package. When I contacted DHL, the carrier, they claim it was delivered to my home address. No such package has arrived.
The item did, in fact arrive. It was late, but I have the merchandise. Please disregard this form.
The parcel should be delivered by DPD on November 3 rd… but I never got the parcel….got an injunction of Klarna today… but until now I am waiting for delivery. Can you clear the delivery terms please… this parcel never reached me.
