I returned a dress I purchased they received it on September 8th, today is October 13 and I still have not gotten a refund. Here is the response:
"Thank you for reaching out! We're sorry to hear that you have not received your refund on your return.
Upon reviewing your Order [protected], it shows here that it was already received/returned on September 08, 2023. However, the Long Beaded Dress is currently in the return process, and we're still working on your refund. Please be advised that the returned item is still under inspection, the inspection process may be delayed due to a large volume of incoming transactions from our warehouse. Once the inspection is done, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method you used, minus the $9.95 return fee.
We're sorry to inform you that at this time we are not able to give you an estimated date when your return will be processed because of the unprecedented number of returned orders we are currently working on. Rest assured that we will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.
