I purchased a $250 dress for my daughter’s wedding. Two days later it still hasn’t shipped I contacted them asking when it would ship I was informed that it would ship within 3-4 business days and then it would take between 7-9 days to receive. I emailed asking if I could change shipping as I didn’t think I would receive it in time I was told that it couldn’t be changed so I asked if I could cancel and rebuy and change shipping to expedite I was told no it couldn’t. I explained that I wouldn’t receive it in time for the wedding and that I would be gone out of town and wouldn’t be able to return it. I tried repurchase the dress again online it went through to only be canceled the next day. I ended up having to purchase a dress from a different company. Upon returning I reached out the next day to explain that I wanted to return but that the return label was missing on the packing slip. I was emailed back stating that unfortunately my return window closed and I wasn’t able to return it. At this point I’m absolutely disappointed in the customer service I have received. I have sent three more emails asking to be escalated to management or someone that could help resolve this issue I have not received one email back. All I want is to return the dress for a refund.
