Desired outcome: I want to send this back and get a refund. I asked 3 times to cancel on the same day.
Eddie Capra Mysteries (Partial DVD of Series)
It took several weeks, but I got them. My issue with them was that I already had seen nine of the episodes and really only needed the last four I didn’t already have. It didn’t say which episodes were on the disc. I e-mailed, but got no response. I was so desperate to get the last four episodes that I just ordered it anyways. (It says that if you have to text them. I really don’t text and I don’t know why I should have to contact them anyways to find out which episodes are being offered-why that isn’t just listed on the website?!)
This will go right into the trash! They weren’t even the first seven episodes and none of the four that I still wanted!
Desired outcome: The other missing episodes would have been nice and certainly total transparency about which episodes they actually have.

I ordered a DVD on August 14th.
It is November 17th and I still haven't received my purchase.
The "company" said they shipped the DVD in September, but provided no tracking number.
Last week I received a email asking if I have received my item.
I have filed with my credit card company to get my money back.
This is a TOTAL scam business. Do NOT waste your money!

I ordered several DVDs after CHristmas in 2021, After about 2 months some arrived, but 7 were absent (even though they had been listed as in stock). I continually complained and have been promised a refund of the $46 but none has been forthcoming. They did send one eventually - but it was a counterfeit of a DVD from Alpha Video (and did not play) — They keep promising — but again it is a bait and switch.

DVDs of The Devil's Crown TV Series
I ordered the DVD set of the above 1978 TV series for which I paid almost £40 (UK). The DVDs duly arrived and I was excited to watch them.
However, my excitement soon turned to utter disappointment and disbelief when I attempted to watch the first disc. The picture quality was appalling and the sound not much better. The titles and captions were all in French, although the sound was in English. About 10 minutes in, a notice appeared across the screen (in English) saying that this was a free sample and should not be sold.
It is obviously what we, in the UK, call a pirate disc and is illegal. I am unable to watch this junk and there is no way of contacting the vendor to complain and request a refund.
£40 down the drain.
Desired outcome: I would like a refund and an apology.
Rip-off artist company!
I ordered a 2 DVD set of a cartoon I loved as a kid (Jay Ward's Super Chicken), and Loving The Classics took almost 2 weeks to tell me that my card I used to pay was declined. Almost 2 weeks to let me know! And when I checked my card account to see what was going on, guess what? It was not declined! So these rip-off artists took my money, and are giving me nothing! I even contacted Loving The Classics about this, but no reply. I wish there was a way to put Loving The Classics out of business. Ripping off your customers is a bad business practice!

I ordered 3 movies on july 11, 2020 and was charged $47.62 on september 2. 2020 but no movies received. I was then charged $47.62 again on december 21.2020 for the same movies but received no movies. I was charged twice but never received anything. I emailed them but no response. I want both of my money back which is $95.24.

The last time I ordered from this company was in 2016. I was immediately charged but only received one of five DVDs. It took over a year to be reimbursed. Then I was recharged for the same products using the same order number in 2019 and had not reordered! When I called my credit card company to report this fraudulent charge, they investigated twice; but Loving the Classics would not admit this was a double charge, so I had to pay for products I never reordered! Please don't buy from this company or give them your credit card details!

This company is a ripoff. Turns out it is a clearing house for people to sell DVD that they make in house. They do not stock products and have nothing to ship.
I ordered a DVD set for an old TV show that was not available. This order was placed in June and so far, nothing has been shipped. I have also been unable to contact the company, which is when I found out it was a scam.
I ordered from the about 3 weeks ago and I never did receive my order cant reach them by phone.
I Paid 21.75 for a movie that didnt work. i was told they would replace.Sent a dvd for them to put it on. never sent the movie . the Lucky stiff. Never answer the phone. and dont get back to you when you email them, Dont by anything from these crooks.

I placed an order for a DVD back in December and they immediately charged me. It is now mid January and still no sign of my order. One more thing - two days after I purchased the DVD I got two charges on my card! These charges came from Loving The Classics and I have no idea why did they take my money! And the worst part was that they did that without my permission, they simply stole my money. I can't reach anyone and have no idea what to do. Terrible!

I truly believed the company www.lovingtheclassics.com. I ordered one DVD and hoped to get the second as a gift, but it was blah-blah. The seller sent me only one DVD disc. I sent emails, where I asked about the second. He replied quickly and felt sorry about that. He told me that he would send it today, and he did, but he has charged me for the DVD as well. Don’t believe these people.
