I went to Lowe’s to purchased a French door, I ask if they would I stall it for me, the said yes, they sent a sales Representatives that manipulates the measurements of the door for it to be retro fit. my door is a standard door. I found this out after. When the door came it was a cheaper door than I paid for and it was smaller. My door is 72x80, his measurements is 69x81. It’s like he was a ghost. The number he gave me to call just goes to voice mail. I called customer service I go to the store and spoke to the manager. Everyone will get back to me they have to get in touch with me. I need my refund for $2817.00. The standard door 72/80 is in the store for $700. That’s my door size. I cannot get in touch with no one that will help me. I have so much more to say but I want to be short. He did not even provide the lock. He have to know that this door would not fit.
No one at Lowe’s will not help me. They are giving me the run a round. They all keep saying they have to spoke with him. The door came to install on 11/28. The installater took it back he did not take it off his truck, because as he saw my door he news it was not a retro fit. And the door is smaller and lots cheaper than the style I chose.
