Beginning approximately June 15 2023, my Solar Edge invertor quit working. Your company did telephone me about the invertor problem and scheduled the repair for the next day.. I was not able to be at my home that day, due to a doctors appointment that was scheduled a year in advance. I asked your agent to reschedule for the next day. The repair appointment was not scheduled ; so I began calling weekly, then daily to schedule a repair appoinment.
Eventually I was told that Lumio was not going to repair any solar panels in Southern Oregon any longer; however your agent, after hearing that I had started trying to make an appoinment in June, talked to her manager, and he called me directly and had a repair appoinment set up. Finally, on September 18, the electrician and repair team showed up, and completed installing the new invertor; which Solar Edge has mailed me.
So, from approximately June 15 to September 18, the solar panels were out of commission; costing me large Pacific Power bills. I am enclosing the power bills from this time period, and my loan payments from Sala Credit Union, hoping for reimbusment, or credits towards my electric bill during that time period.
Please review my statements for reimbursement or applied credits.
Thank you for your prompt response and email confirmation.
Thank you,
