On december 7th about 4:30 i requested a ride and went outside for the time he was to arrive. i waited 15 min and then tried to call and text. He answered the phone once and hung up. I continued to try calling and texting and finally received a message from the driver that he was 4 min away so i waited another 20 min and no message or call from the driver so i had to call another one. it wasn't until i got home that i saw the driver cancelled but i did not get a call or text saying that. i then complained to customer service and i was going to get a $6.00 refund out of $20. I use you guys all the time and I am appauled at how
unprofessional this has been and unethical. I should recive a full refund because it was the driver who didn't show up even though he said he was still coming, with no explanation at all. That treatment is unacceptable and I do not see why I will not receive a full refund. I am extremely angry and upset and think I should receive a full refund for the run around I received.
