Suspending an account with no valid reason
Last march of this year my account on grab philippines was suspended due to unknown reason. So i contacted their customer service and asked why my account was suspended, unfortunately they didnt know the reason. They lifted the suspension after a week! Then this is happening again now in june. Trying to contact them now and they'll get back to me for god knows when...again!
Desired outcome: Fix their system and lift the suspension

I accidentally made a transferred from my bank to my grab wallet account. It so happend that my account in grab was already suspended before I made the transaction. My bank says that they cxant file the dispute since the transferred was successfully transferred and they told me to complain to grab. I contacted grab though this platform has the hardest ways of communicating to a custom, er because they dont have a hotline to call and the only way is to log in to account and from there you can call them but how can I log in to make some call to complain my issues if my accounty is suspended and not able to log in? please help me with my struggle. Php 18000 is not easy to let go, though it ios my fault but I did not intend to transferred the funds to my suspended account. below are my details and the transaction details:

My sister tried to call the grab yesterday in kl, was told to take selfie, with she did.. but the driver rejected her request. Refused for the ride. Twice! She is a senior, it's because she is not young enough to call the grab? Or because the race? Very disturbing and really hope the company look into such matter. I will say he/she is not fit to drive the grab. 😡
mcdonald's delivery
Hi, I placed an order on 12 June 2019 for McDonald's delivery. Once of the orders was Mcnuggets 6 pieces but I received the 4 pieces instead.
I am not happy as the rider should have chkeced my order properly before being delivered to me. Especially McDonald's staff always make mistakes.
I hope to receive compensation on this order as I have paid more than the value of the food.

At or around 11 Jan 19, 12 jan 19 I was driving my SLX6232P on my way home. I was reaching a traffic light in the centre lane when carpark number SGK9828D suddenly dash into my lane. Merely less that 50m from traffic light. Im the 3rd car at that point.
This reckless suddenly engage a sudden Jam break that resulted in a collision. Both alighted to disnose the damage but luckily no physical damage was seen.
However, what I was pissed was his choice-of-words was beyond acceptable. He alighted harshly and shouted at me questioning:"you drink alcohol right!" Which I just return from workplace.
I maintain my cool seen he is a senior to me. (In terms of age)
Im working in a government sector therefore I do not want to escalate any un-neccessary commotion. Instead, I told him lets call in the police. Upon hearing that, he 'blow up'. Claiming he got no time for all this. He got 2 passagers inside the car and say I must pay their grab fee. Without delay, I approached the 2 passagers and apologise for the delay in their time. I even pass $20 to the passagers for that. Understanding that they are ignorant in this incident.
What disturbed me was, upon see me given the fee to the passagers, he demanded me to pay him some money too! This dishonest was beyond acceptable. I refused and concluded he is making us of this incident to ask for money!
I refused and he started to be abussive and aggressive.
Tons of foul language was throw at me as he know he couldnt get any incentive. He storm his way back to his seat and continue shouted at me.
He claimed he got cctv to show that im wrong and I demanded him to show the video.. afterwhich, I believe he could do so and thereafter, I know he is threathening me with it to ask for compensation. I decide to hold him until I call police down. He refused to wait and storm back into his car while his foul language was still throwing at me..
I started to blow my top after he said this "You Mother and father go and die la!"
I was furious! Would u not?
I walk back to his car door and demanded him to alight with my hands on his window. He pointer middle finger at me and speed off! Not considering my hands was there.. this resulted me in spraining my 3 fingers on my left hand.
Immediately, I when to hougang police station to file a report.
Conclusion.
1. MR LEONG was reckless cutting into my lane.
2. His action have breach the safety for road user and worse the passagers inside his car.
3.in a collision, he refused to wait for police to arrange. Irresponsible act.
4. He tried to extort me for money for dishonesty
5. He use abusive language.
6. He act like a road bully confronting me in a aggressive way.
7. His hooligan was of cursing my parent was untolerant to me.
8. He ignored my safety when he knew my hand was on his car, yet speed off causing my 3x fingers to be injuried.
Kindly look into this matter and I hope you can revert soonest.
If nothing is done, I should engage my lawyer to pursure this matter.

over price taxi fare
Hi grab, I booked on grab taxi last night dec. 18, 2018 at around 9:15pm, from sm north edsa to congressional avenue extension and the estimated fare stated was php182 - 213. The grab taxi accepted my booking then I checked the location of the taxi driver was not clear so I texted him and asked where was his exact location so that we can moved there and wait. But apparently the driver replied to me and said "gawin mo na lang 300 mam kc trapik" and then I replied to him and said "wag na lang po".. Right then he cancelled our booking. The name of the grab driver is cirelo avenido rosales with plate number ala 1150. Hoping your attention regarding this issue so that it will avoided and will not be happened again. Thank you

Your driver hit my car parked in front of our house in amaia series novaliches, it has broken signal light and deep scratches, I need it fixed. it happened around 9:30pm today in amaia series novaliches. The driver is Gilmark Adelantar Martinez with plate no UF5358, at first I thought it was only a small scratch so I let him go, it was also dark. Then later I noticed the signal light was broken and the scratches are deep.

I'd like to report an issue with the driver named : michael tiozon simbrio with license number no6634. Although I already gave him a rating of one out of five, i'd still like to voice out my concern regarding this driver's attitude. I booked grab share today and I understand that I have to share the ride but from what I know, the driver only needs to wait for at least 3 minutes for another passenger to book, if no one booked then we go straight to the destination. My driver picked up a passenger at bf homes at around 1:15 pm. He picked me up at 1pm and at 1:45 pm we were still in novaliches... When I asked the driver why we were going around circles he himself told me that we took a u-turn at kingspoint in search of another passenger and did the same at mindanao avenue because according to him he was allowed to have at least 3 bookings... Not to wait for 3 minutes but 3 bookings! Please do something about this driver.. I booked a grab because I didn't want to be late for work but I still arrived late because of his beahviour.

Driver was rude, when he refused and wanted to cancel my booking. It's okay since we do understand the policy regarding how many passengers they can accomodate since we consist of three adults and two kids. However, he was unable to deliver it in a good way possible, he was rude as [censored] and was talking too much. Please take note of the attitude of your drivers. I have been trying to get a code for long and it was not sent.
Please upgrade your service because you have done nothing but disappoint your customers. There's always a problem with your service and system. I didn't mind the fare hike or the hike on other grab-related prices but if the service is bad, how do you expect people to pay for the hike in price?
Also, why isn't there a "pay at door" in your payment options? The single option is nothing but a hassle; there should be options.
Yours is by far the worst service I have encountered, even the slow service in the government offices isn't as bad as this.

I told to the drivers, pick us at main entrance Batu Pahat mall, but he wait us at the side entrance and ask us go to the side entrance meet him. After that he said us late two mins more and he want us to cancel the booking. Omg !
When I enter the car, the drivers irony me.

I felt very confused, then I asked why ?
He said my friends close the door very hard

I booked a grab a car on Sept 11, 2018. Pick up location is at Movenpick Hotel, Mactan Island, Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu, Phils. While waiting for my driver for 7mins, my stomach suddenly got upset and I cancelled my booking. Unexpectedly the driver was angry and texted me some cursing words and I cannot tolerate it. Last Sept. 1, 2018 at 1:50 am with booking ID reference NO. [protected]-5-089, Taxi plate no: UWH 751, Driver: Roberto Cano Quinzon, Justin Lope my son accidentally left his celpfone at the back seat of the taxi due sleepiness and tiredness, upon realizing he forget his celphone inside the Grab taxi after alighting, he woke up his tita and used its celpone minutes after and called his own cp number to be noticed by the taxi driver, but it can't be reached anymore. They tried it several times but still the same. He emailed asap re this. Upon knowing it we tried calling the Grab hotline lodged our request to trace the number of the driver but for 2nd and 3rd times, the Grab call center agents tried the driver can't be reached, My son emailed Grab re this but on Wed am, we called again only to be told there was an email per checking it, the driver claimed he did not see any celphone. We'll report this to LTO for his license and number be apprehended, We want to get his number so we can talk to him. We're requesting Grab to discredit the driver accreditation and we'll report this to LTO (for his license) and NTC so the phone could be blocked and can't be used anymore by anybody. Inspector also asked me complaint to Tribunal Pengguna and
seek for women protected department help, Ronnie Tneoh cheated my body.
I too kind to Ronnie Tneoh still give him chance asked him sincere apologies to me, then i not complaint, but he too much never take initiative to apologies to me, is enough i must complaint to Grab ban him to be grab driver, or follow Grab rules and regulation only give warning to offender Mr Ronnie Tneoh ?
If Grab ignore my complaint and insists protect Ronnie Tneoh, i will complaint to SPAD Suruhanjaya Pengangkutan Awam Darat

On my grab apps showing driver arrived, but I wait more than 5 mins still never see driver car. I call driver, no pick up, msg driver, starting never reply me. When reply me, he say pick wrong person. I ask him to cancel cos I still need grab again, he say OK, but he never do cancel. Really poor service.

-INCIDENT: Grab car driver changed lane suddenly without turn signal indicator // without checking the mirror
Scooter behind needed to brake urgently and fell down... body and scooter damaged.
Grab Driver did stop the car to check on the scooter and the victim very shortly - then self stated: "only scratch.." then try to run away pretexting its customers.
Once arriving in Icon residence - after dropping its customer with security guard witnessing 2nd talk: Grab Driver gave name card / refuses to provide IC advising he "was from UK" and got no cash to damage / did not feel guilty " i saw a hole so I just turned". Then left me, just drove away.
Untill today no answer from the grab driver after several texts.
Luckily, me, the scooter driver got support form the Icon residence as they witness the fact.
