However, I had some concerns about the delivery, so I decided to email their support team on September 21st to check on the status. Unfortunately, I didn't receive a response to that email. Feeling a bit frustrated, I sent them another email on September 28th, hoping for a reply. To my disappointment, I still haven't heard back from them, and I haven't received any tracking information either. It's also worth mentioning that the phone numbers provided in their emails and on their website all seem to connect to a fax machine. This experience has left me quite dissatisfied, and I won't be purchasing from this company again. I would advise you to consider other options as well.

I placed an order on Jan 12 and was told it would ship in 2 days. It's now been 11 days and I haven't heard anything. No tracking number, no back order info, no email saying there's a delay. I checked the website for status or tracking, but there's nothing there. This is really unsatisfactory. The phones are a joke, why even have them if you can't talk to a live person? At this point, I wouldn't recommend them. If they can't fill the order, they should just tell me and issue a credit so I can move on. The communication is very, very poor.

So, like, on April 15, I ordered these two pairs of Jobst for Men knee highs from Lymphedema Products for my hubby who has lymphedema. I paid $67.26 for each pair, which is kinda pricey, ya know? Anyways, the socks arrived on April 21, which was pretty quick. But then, on May 17, my hubby noticed a big ol' hole in the toe of one of the socks. Bummer, right?
I tried reaching out to Lymphedema Products twice by email, using the address ***. I sent the first email on May 17 and the second one on May 29, just to be sure they got the message. But guess what? I haven't heard a peep from them. No response, no acknowledgement, nothin'. It's like my emails disappeared into thin air.

They said it might take 3 weeks to get a refund after they get the stuff back. I paid extra to send it back in 2 days so they'd refund me faster. It's been 3 weeks and still no refund. I emailed customer support a bunch of times and called 'em too. They never emailed me back and when I called, they said they were working on it. I don't get how they can take your money right away but take 4 weeks to give it back when you return the stuff right away. It's a lot of money to not get back. I messed up and ordered the wrong thing! So, on October 20, I sent them an email asking for a return and refund. No response. I tried again on October 23. After a few back-and-forth emails with their returns manager, Tericia, I finally got some info about returning the items on November 10. I followed their instructions and sent the stuff back on November 12, just like they told me to. I even called them with the tracking info, but they didn't bother calling me back like I asked. They got the return on November 16.
I waited patiently, but on December 7, I emailed the returns manager again because I hadn't heard anything. She said my return was gonna be evaluated the next day. Well, December 18 rolls around and I still haven't heard squat. So, I decided to start a chat with them. The person on the other end said the returns manager told them my refund check was gonna be mailed on December 21.
But guess what? January 12, and still no sign of that check. So, I started another chat and this time I talked to a different person. They said the returns manager was gone and they would check with the president and get back to me real soon. They even gave me an email address and cell number to contact them. But surprise, surprise, they never got back to me. So, I had to bug them again on January 13 through chat. This time, a different representative told me the check was still being processed to be printed.
Honestly, this whole experience has been a real headache. I just want my refund already!
