May 5, 2012 I met with a M Models and Talent rep by the name of Sonia (no last name provided on business card). She signed me up for a photo shoot and charged me over $750.00 which I paid via AMEX. The document I signed for the shoot said I had to give 48 hours notice to cancel the shoot. My shoot was scheduled on 13may2012. From 6may2012 to 12May12 I tried to speak with someone at M Models about cancelling the shoot as I saw many negative things about this company online. I called and left messages and sent an email on 11may2012 to cancel the photo shoot and to request a full refund. I got no response to my calls or my 6 emails set. I then contacted the BBB. Shawn from M Models then called me after being contacted by the BBB and left me a message to call him. I called him and left him a message and to date, he has not called me back and no one has responded my emails and I am still without a refund. I have kept all my emails and am prepared to take legal action next but would just prefer a full refund.

I am sorry for what happened to you Michelle, I also worked for M Models and your story is not the only one that we were told to ignore from Sean/AKA Shaza Z the one and only owner of M Models. I have now left my job because i also was not payed for the last 2 months and I am now ready to come out and tell everyone the truth behind M Models and Talent. Yes they are a scam low life losers that only think about them/his self Shahza Z is a cone artiest. Stay away from M models on 4 robert Speck parkway 15th floor. Trust me I was one of their agents and the same pitch is used to cone everyone, Pay 650.00 plus tax for your comp-cards and we will take care of everything leis.

Hi Mark Wright,
I am bookings agent from M Models and Talent Agency. If you are real person contact me at [protected] if you have not been paid for project. You sound more like a competitor. Ever since we have done the time magazine cover all compeitiors have been writing all sorts of stuff
We recently took out news letter that mentions about cyber bullies:
M Models Cyber Bullies:
The film and television industry can be very competitive; this plays a prominent role in business and in cyber bullying. The Internet can be the easiest way to spread rumors and false data that can potentially wreck a business. We see many false statements about clients, agencies, talents and models and it is a constant battle between both parties. It is one way to be or try to be on top; constantly putting them down. It is very childish and wrong; if an agency can provide proof of work and has been running for several years, why believe someone else that could possibly be starting a conflict.
We can proudly say that our models had the pleasure of working with some of the most well known and respected companies across Canada such as, MTV, Blackberry, SPC, Virgin Mobile, Scotia Bank, Much Music, Roots, Subaru, Visa Coca Cola just to name a few . We invite everyone to visit our blog to find proof behind this statement and see more projects we were involved with: http://mmodels.typepad.com/ .
As well M Models And Talent Agency has contacted the Competition Bureau of Canada and have been told how to handle these competitors in legal a manner.
