We ordered a magazine subscription (***) in December
We ordered a magazine subscription (***) in December . We have not received the magazine, have not gotten a confirmation email( not in junk mail) but our credit card has been charged. There is no phone number for customer service. The online contact us section requires a reference number in order to be submitted. No reference number was provided as no email was delivered with a reference number. This, we cannot contact Magsconnect.

I purchased two subscriptions from Magsconnect for *** and ***. The total price for the two subscriptions was $71.94. This amount was posted on my Visa card on April 8. I have not received an email confirmation of my order and I subsquently wrote an email to the company on their website asking for confirmation of my order. Will I actually be receiving these subscriptions and why does the company not provide an email confirming your order.

I placed an order on February 9th/20 for a 6 issue digital magazine subscription (***). This was a birthday gift for my daughter. My credit card was charged. My daughter has NOT received any digital issues to date. I included my daughter's email address in the order. She, nor I, received any confirmation email of the order. As such, we have no order # we can reference. My phone calls to Mag's Connect have NOT been returned. The attempts to view the status of the order on-line claim the email address and password we provide do not exist. When we request a new password (which we never had to begin with anyways) the message says the email address given does not exist. They took my money, but we have NOT received our order.

Having not received any issue of magazine, I left a message on phone, and got answer saying (quote)We have made a formal request to the publisher requesting the delivery date for your first issue. It may take a few days to receive their response, but we will follow-up with you the moment we have more information (unquote) on April 10. On May 10, I got this answer (quote) As per publisher they processed the order and the most recent print issue will be delivered to the customer this week (unquote). They added (quote) Please note all publishers have their own shipping schedules and some are slower than others (unquote) I replied the same day with (quote)Thank you so much for your help. It's very appreciated(unquote) After seven months of exchange of emails and telephoe conversation, I do not think that MagsConnect Team can meet my expectations, i.e. provide me with 6 issues of the Forein Policy magazine.

I purchased a 1 year subscription to the magazine *** on June 11. It is October 9 and we have not received the subscription. I contacted the Magsconnect multiple times from the date of purchase asking for status updates- I received one response on Aug 14. Their email response was as follows: "Thank you for your order with MagsConnect. We have received your order for the following magazines, and they have been processed by the publisher: Reference # Magazine Delivered To *** We have made a formal request to the publisher requesting the delivery date for your first issue. It may take a few days to receive their response, but we will follow-up with you the moment we have more information." That is the last time i have heard back. I reached out multiple times for follow up and I have not received ANY Communications from them. As a final resort I emailed on Oct 5, 2020 asking for an update and if I did not hear a response by Oct 6, 2020 I wanted a FULL refund. I did not hear back from them. I sent an email on Oct 6, 2020 asking for a full refund and letting them know if I did not hear back that I would submit my complaint to ComplaintsBoard.com. Magsconnect has received full payment for the 1 year magazine subscription; I have NOT received one magazine. I would like a FULL refund.
