I was a resident for 2 yrs mostly furnace and AC issues over 2 winters and 1 summer. My lease ended in Aug22. The AC became a fire hazmats unit ran non stop would not shut off only by turning up to 80deg on thermostat. They sent vendor said need complete overhaul out dated Freon will contact ms renewal this was April. Never fixed lease was going up to $1830 from $1650 if I renewed and electric bills over normal amounts by $100-$200 depending on outside temp. So as I looked elsewhere to live still no repair of AC then I contact resident don’t care division and they said AC shows fixed I was still living there knowing to was not. I found place moved out by July 31 had to pay two places rent because of conditions and availability of rental homes in area. So I contacted customer care said if I was out by AUG1 and house was clean move in ready they would put request in to cancel lease 22 days early. They did not allow me a move out walk thru and after cutting grass july 31 they sent me letter saying they took possession Aug 2nd and so I get a final statement they took my deposit of $1520 gave me $148. Said remaining lease oven light bulb and grass needed cut to security deposit. They are scam artist stay away from. MAIN STREET AND MS RENWAL SAME COMPANY
Desired outcome: They reconsider policy since they refused me a move out walk thru and are unable to fell me when pics of yard were taken. Refund some money back
