At the end of return trip at 0600 PM the same evening , the driver asked me to pay ,INR 300/- for is mid-day meals and charges for extra 50 KMs.
I did not pay INR 300/- for meals, as in was already in INCLUSIONS.
But he insisted INR 600.00 for extra mileage with telling initial or final readings.
In all he collected INR 2800 / - IN CAsH , saying he he NO QR screen to scan to pay on line
Desired outcome: 1, MMT SHOULD APOLOGISE. 3, MMT has Caused me to a loss of INR 600.00. This amount should be reimbursed to me.
Unable to contact because I was not allowed to board the flight due to my late arrival.

I made booking through the mmt at 12:30 am or 1:00 am o clock. When I am going for check-in at 1:30 am they will denied my check-in. The hotel name the hotel apple villa by sushant travel.

After above 30 min conversation results zero. Mmt agent raised the ticket for hotel for cancellation and request to receptionist but he said I don't have access speak to the Vijay on WhatsApp call. Receptionist also try to reached but not connected and I am also tried.
I request to receptionist check-in myself with my outsider I'd they Denied tell me jo krna hai kr lo.

In the morning when I share the video of yesterday night incident to the shushant travel they blocked me and didn't pick the call. Also mmt said working on your request.

MakeMyTrip Review: Terrible Customer Service and Hidden Charges
I recently had an experience with MakeMyTrip and let me tell you, it was not a pleasant one. I had heard mixed reviews about this travel booking website, but decided to give it a try anyways. Unfortunately, my experience was not a good one.
I had to cancel my air tickets that I had booked through Indigo and the refund was supposed to be credited to my MakeMyTrip account. However, it had been two days and I was unable to reach their customer support team. The IVR setup was excruciating and even if I managed to get through, the call would disconnect and ask me to log in to their website for customer support. The customer support page was not helpful either, as it would block me with different messages and pop-ups.
I finally resorted to reaching out to them through Facebook and Twitter, and to my surprise, they replied. They asked for my booking details and promised to call me back, but they never did. I kept waiting and asking for updates, but received no response.
Finally, after what seemed like forever, they congratulated me on resolving the issue. However, I was shocked to see that they had deducted Rs 2425 per ticket head, instead of the Rs 1500 that was supposed to be charged for cancellation. The refund email did not explain the deduction and the math did not make sense.
I was so frustrated with the whole experience that I gave up. I am not one to accept poor customer service, but MakeMyTrip did not seem to care at all. Even social media did not help.
In conclusion, I would not recommend using MakeMyTrip unless it is a last resort. My experience was terrible and their customer service was non-existent. It is important for a company that deals with customers to have a process in place to listen to their issues, but MakeMyTrip failed to do so.
Makemytrip's Irresponsible Behavior: Refusal to Provide Invoice/Bill
I recently had a very bad experience with Makemytrip. I had booked a flight ticket on September 18, 2020, from Dubai to Ahmedabad and paid for it via credit card. However, after booking, I requested to get the bill/invoice from Makemytrip.com, but it seems like only a robot is working there.
I was just requesting the bill/invoice for my payment, but they kept replying that I should get in touch with Spicejet to get the bill. I argued that I paid the money to Makemytrip, so why should I get the bill/invoice from Spicejet? But they kept repeating that it's their company procedure. It's like buying a Britania biscuit from a store and asking for a bill, but the executive tells you to contact Britania Company to get the bill. Are they crazy?
When I started taking continuous follow-up, they said that I could only get the bill after my flight as per company policy. I told them that this is not an accounting standard, but they didn't have an answer. According to Makemytrip's logic, if you buy Head & Shoulder Shampoo from a supermarket, you will get the bill only after you use the entire shampoo. Are they kidding me?
They kept saying that all companies follow this procedure, but when I showed proof of another booking on Goibibo and Yatra, they didn't have an answer. According to Makemytrip's logic, if you are taking any IBPS/IPS exam class or any other exam class and paying for these classes, you will get the bill of payment after giving the exam only. Not before that. I was about to go crazy with this logic.
It's impossible to reach a customer care executive. The only robot is replying to any query. It took me 2 hours to get in touch with a customer care executive, but they didn't know anything about the problem and replied with the same answer given by the company SOP. They annoyed me when I started calling again and again, as they didn't have an answer and didn't want to give a solution to the customer. They gave wrong commitments like my manager will call in one hour, we will send the mail, etc. But they didn't reply on time.
It's our right to get the bill/invoice when we pay the amount to any company. When someone denies giving you the bill/invoice, there is something wrong with that person or company. They might not be doing legal business or not paying tax.
This is my personal experience, and I can show proof of Makemytrip's irresponsible reply. I suggest visiting Makemytrip to compare prices, but don't book from their app or website as they are not doing legal business.
MakeMyTrip's Negligence Left My Elderly Parents Stranded at Mumbai Airport - A Disappointing Experience
I recently had an experience with MakeMyTrip that left me feeling extremely disappointed and frustrated. My name is Keshav Chopra, and I had booked a cab for my parents from Mumbai Airport to Silvassa for 1:15 PM on December 16, 2019. However, when my parents arrived at the airport at the scheduled time, they did not receive any call from either MakeMyTrip or the cab driver.
I was in a meeting at the time and was unable to respond to their calls. It wasn't until 1:30 PM that I found out about the situation and realized that MakeMyTrip had cancelled my booking without informing me. When I contacted a MakeMyTrip executive, they simply told me to book another cab as the vendor was not picking up their calls. This was unacceptable to me, as my parents were left stranded outside the airport with no idea what to do.
As a customer, I expect the best service from the brands I choose to do business with. However, MakeMyTrip failed to live up to this expectation. Even when I received a call from one of their team managers, Mr. Hitesh Pradhan or someone with a similar name, it was already 2 PM. This was far too late, and I was left wondering why it took so long for them to reach out to me.
I am paying for a service, and I have already paid for the cab booking as well. It is not my responsibility to check with MakeMyTrip about the whereabouts of my driver. This is why I am extremely disappointed in the lack of responsibility shown by MakeMyTrip's team managers and executives. They seem to be more concerned with their own salaries than the success of the company.
I am working in the service sector myself, and I know that customers pay for the services, not just the product. If MakeMyTrip cannot provide the level of service that customers expect, then they should consider shutting down their business. It has been more than 16 days since this incident occurred, and MakeMyTrip promised to solve the case within 96 hours. However, they have been useless in resolving the issue.
I have all the call recordings and screenshots to prove my case. MakeMyTrip's team never informed me that they would pay the difference in cost if the customer had to pay more at the last moment, which is their policy. I demand strict action against the employee who mishandled my booking, as well as the team manager who failed to manage their team properly. If MakeMyTrip does not take action within the next 24 hours, I will take legal action for harassing senior citizens, wasting my time, and negligence from their employees.
Mr. Pradhan and Mr. Gujral, I am writing this review specifically for both of you. I need a response to this escalation and I want to see action taken to rectify the situation. As a customer, I expect better from MakeMyTrip, and I hope that they will take this feedback seriously and work to improve their services in the future.
Beware of Makemytrip.com: A Costly Mistake

I just wanted to give you a heads up about my experience with makemytrip.com. I made the mistake of purchasing a hotel and flight package deal from them, and boy was it a costly mistake. Not only did I not get any good deals like free breakfast, but I also noticed that the price increased during the transaction process. They try to trick you into confirming the higher price, and unfortunately, many people fall for it because they've already made up their minds.
Another thing I noticed is their sneaky refund policy. They don't make it clear during the transaction, and you only find out when you want to cancel or make changes. They have a no refund policy for flight and hotel deals, which is ridiculous. I suggest using expedia or yatra instead, as they are far better than makemytrip.
If you don't believe me, just take a look at the typical reply from their customer support team. They basically tell you that you're out of luck and won't be getting any refunds. It's just plain evil.
I hope this review helps you avoid the same mistake I made. Stay away from makemytrip.com!
MakeMyTrip Review: Disappointing Experience on Bangkok and Pattaya Trip
I recently went on a special trip to Bangkok and Pattaya with MakeMyTrip and I have to say, it was quite an average experience. Before getting the tickets, I had to make numerous calls and send emails to coax them into action. Finally, a customer representative helped me out, but then they went kaput. I had to call them 10 times just to get my receipt, tickets, and itinerary 24 hours before the trip! I paid 78,000 for 2 people for their deluxe trip, which was supposed to be 5n/6d but was actually only 5n/4 days due to the late reaching flight and early morning departing flight. It was a clever move by MMT, but not appreciated by me.
The MMT representative categorically told me that we would have a tour guide with us giving us briefings, historical facts, and other information bits for the places we'll be visiting because that's what a guided group tour for tourists is about. However, when we arrived, there were no tour guides on ANY of the tours. They didn't speak English even remotely for us to understand whatever instructions they gave us viz. Hotel checkout/in timings, reporting time, duration of site visits, etc. The people were extremely rude, and one of the guides, "Oh," would have been the recipient of a hearing from hell from me had it not been for her lack of understanding of the English language.
There were no introductions, explanations, accompanying on the site visits, or anything from the so-called guides. They only dropped us to the gates of the various places, told us to go see for ourselves, told us the coming back and coach departure timings. THAT'S IT. They didn't interact, they didn't describe anything to us, they didn't tell us what or where we are going or doing next. They took us to only one of the 3 Buddha temples, and that too very briefly. They forcefully sent us to this stupid commissioned gem gallery in Bangkok which has nothing but salesmen selling gems.
The only good things were the 2 Indian meals they gave us, one as lunch and one as dinner. Rest except daily breakfast we had to manage for ourselves in a country where good food is a rarity. Romly and Nikki, the guides, were nice to talk to and polite. Other than that, none of the guides was of any help or assistance to us. In Thai garden, the light went off all night on the 3rd day, and we had to sleep in heat without any AC or fan. The AC was also situated on top of the door of a very large room. In Novotel Silom, the pot leaked from flushing every time, and the room was TINY.
They overcharged everything from hotel rooms to site visits charges. No visits were included except gem gallery, Pattaya beach half-day, and one-hour visit to the temple, and we had to pay extra for everything else. It was quite disappointing, and I felt cheated and disappointed with these MMT people. I wouldn't have cared to write a review if I didn't feel so strongly about it.
In conclusion, I would suggest going with another tour operator with your money to get more out of your spending, or otherwise book your flights and hotels individually as cabs in these places go by the meter!
Disastrous Trip to Kashmir with MakeMyTrip: A Warning to Others
Hey, I just wanted to share my experience with MakeMyTrip. I booked a trip to Kashmir and it turned out to be a complete nightmare. I was looking forward to this vacation for over a month, but it turned out to be the worst trip of my life. The first 14 hours were fine, but then things started to go downhill.
At 5 in the morning, we were woken up and told to pack our bags and leave immediately for Gulmarg because of some local political disturbance. When we arrived at the hotel in Gulmarg, our room wasn't ready and we were told we had to pay for breakfast because we arrived earlier than expected. We were so exhausted that we just slept instead of going out for sightseeing.
The next morning, we had to check out early again and travel to the next stop, Pahalgam. This process repeated on day 4 of the trip when we had to check out of the hotel in Pahalgam at 4.18 and wait until 10 AM to check into the next hotel in Srinagar.
I've traveled extensively both nationally and internationally, but I've never come across such disorganized and barbaric customer treatment. The ground/logistics team was unapologetic and unaccommodating. I can't wait to get out of this place.
This was my first time booking a trip through MakeMyTrip and it has taught me a valuable lesson. I won't be using their services again and I'll be warning others to steer clear of them. It's shocking that an online travel portal can be so horribly disorganized with its management. I won't ask for compensation, but I'll be using my professional expertise to ensure that this email finds its way to every form of media to warn others.

MakeMyTrip Review: A Complete Disaster - Avoid This Travel Agency!
I recently took a holiday package from MakeMyTrip (MMT) and I have to say, it was a complete disaster. I booked my trip 90 days in advance, hoping to avoid the Dussehra rush. The customer care executive, Swetha Ravishankar, was very helpful until I made the payment. She promised to take care of all bookings, including the hotel and taxi. She replied to all my emails within hours, and I thought I had chosen the right travel agency for my holiday trip.
To my surprise, everything turned negative once I made the full payment. One week before my trip, I got a call from MMT customer care, saying that my booking in Bhoomi Residency (Agra) had been cancelled as the government had sealed that hotel! I called Swetha, but she said there was no change in booking. I was not happy with her answer, so I took the hotel number from the internet and checked with them directly. I got the answer that the hotel was not in operation. This time I called MMT customer care, and they told me that I had to check-in at Bhoomi Residency but stay in another hotel (!). I was totally frustrated. I called Swetha again, and this time she said she would check and call me back before 5 PM. I waited until 5, but there was no call from Swetha. Around 5:15, I called her again, and she asked for 30 more minutes. I waited until 6, but there was still no call from Swetha. I called again, but no one picked up the call.
The next day, I tried again, but there was no response. I called customer care, but they were helpless. I raised a complaint on their website, but there was no action. I had to travel with my family, and I would be in deep trouble if something went wrong. But since I had already made the payment (MMT offers only partial refund), I decided to take the risk. During my trip, I went to the first hotel, and then they guided me to another hotel which was around 5 KM away.
Till the day before my trip, I did not have the car details in which I would be travelling all 6 days. I did not contact Swetha as she had already decided not to help. From customer care, I got the car voucher, but the pickup time was mentioned as 12 AM. I asked the customer care executive to change it to match my flight arrival time, and he put me on hold and tried to contact the car vendor. After a few minutes, he said the vendor was not picking his call and asked me to contact them directly (!). Hell, is this for what I paid MMT? Later, I called the car vendor and fixed the time on my own.
The hotel MMT booked for me in Delhi (The Pearl - A Royal Residency) was supposed to be 3-star, but in actuality, it was 1-star. It was a dirty, smelly place in a congested area. Read my review about this hotel on TripAdvisor http://bit.ly/HnQj9c.
So my advice to the readers is: never book holiday trips from MakeMyTrip. It's better to plan your own holiday, which will help you save money and also award memorable holidays. First, prepare an itinerary with the help of wikitravel (or use the one in MMT). Second, book hotels via popular hotel booking sites (you will get cheaper rates there). Third, book a local taxi via the hotel (MMT is also doing the same) or Google for local tour operators.
We choose package tours to avoid all these headaches, but if we are not getting what we have paid for, there's no point in going with these kinds of lazy, irresponsible operators.
Disappointing Experience with makemytrip.com: Hidden Costs, Broken Commitments, and Poor Service
I recently booked a 7-day, 6-night trip to Pattaya and Bangkok, Thailand through makemytrip.com. Unfortunately, my overall experience was quite disappointing due to several issues such as hidden costs, broken commitments, and poor service. I would only give this website a 0.5-star rating.
Firstly, the flight ticket recommendation from MMT was not ideal. I found cheaper flights with better timings on my own rather than relying on their suggestions. MMT tends to recommend more expensive flights at odd timings.
Secondly, the food voucher provided by MMT was not worth the money. They recommended a restaurant called Great Punjab in SOI 13, Bangkok, which was not the only Indian restaurant in the area. The restaurant was crowded, and the AC hardly worked. The food was also poor quality, and the service was slow. We paid 9101 INR for 5 days of lunch and dinner, which amounted to 1800 INR per day for dinner. I am confident that we could have found much better food and service for a similar or lesser amount.
Thirdly, the booking experience with MMT was not satisfactory. They were quick to take our money but became elusive once the payment was made. They did not respond to emails or messages, and their leadership did not address any reported issues. MMT hires ITC in Thailand, and it is possible that MMT may mention a specific location to visit on a particular day, but ITC may hand over a different itinerary. This happened to us when MMT mentioned Nong Nooch on the 23rd, but ITC mentioned it on the 24th. The ITC staff was not helpful and would only say that they were just workers and not the owners. If we had made our own bookings, we would have had trouble handling ITC. We had booked SIAM Niramit on the 24th because MMT had not organized anything for that day. However, we had trouble because ITC had arranged something on the same day. We had to go to Nong Nooch village on the 23rd, even though we were wet from Coral Island, because ITC said they would not be able to make arrangements otherwise.
Lastly, MMT did not include the best places to visit, such as the Royal Bangkok Palace and Ancient City, but included travel to the Gems factory. They also promised that all sightseeing was included, but later gave us tickets and asked us to make our own travel arrangements. This happened with Safari World, where we were given an email that stated Safari World & Marine Park with lunch, transfer, and tickets for a certain amount. Later, we were told that the transfer was not included.
In conclusion, I would not recommend makemytrip.com for booking trips. The service was poor, and the hidden costs and broken commitments made the experience unpleasant.
Disastrous Holiday Experience with MakeMyTrip: A Warning to All Travelers
I wanna tell you about my experience with MakeMyTrip. I booked a holiday package to Uttarakhand for 8 days and 7 nights with my wife and 2.5-year-old kid. I gotta say, it was a nightmare from the start. When I talked to the MakeMyTrip representative, Kanika Sharma, I made it clear that I was traveling with a small kid. But they still messed up big time.
First, I wanted to go to Nainital, but they arranged for us to stay in Bhimtal, which is 22-25 kms away from Nainital. We had to go up and down along the Ghats, and there was nothing to do in Bhimtal. The approach road to the property (Aamod Resort) in Bhimtal was horrible, and there was no road at all. We couldn't even step out of the property for a walk. I don't understand why they would give us a stay in Bhimtal when we asked for Nainital. When I asked Kanika about it, she said that Nainital hotels don't give good service, which is a total lie. We talked to some tourists in Nainital, and they were happy with the property and the service.
Next, we went to Jim Corbett, and they gave us a hotel called The Den, which was 28 kms away from the starting point of the jungle safari. The safari starts at 6.30 am, so we had to leave the hotel by 5.30 am, which meant that my family had to be awake by 4.30 am. There were a lot of good properties near the starting point of the safari, but since our hotel was too far, we had to come on the cab that was used for the trip. Why would MakeMyTrip book hotels so far away? I think they're getting these hotels at cheaper rates and charging customers a very high rate.
Finally, we went to Mussoorie, and they arranged for us to stay at The Pearl- A Royal Ressidency. This place was a joke. It's winter time, and people expect a heater in hotel rooms. This hotel was charging Rs 200 per night for the heater, which MakeMyTrip should have arranged. The hotel didn't have a coffee maker, the rooms were not good, there were stains on the window glass, and the approach road was very poor. I was so disappointed with MakeMyTrip that I shared the hotel room pics with them. It was so bad that I had to stay for 2 nights at this hotel, and I checked out after 1 night.
Overall, I am very unhappy and disappointed with MakeMyTrip. It was the first and last time that I booked my holiday through them. I relied and trusted them to give me a pleasant holiday, but it turned out to be a nightmare. The properties were far off from the main place, or the hotels were pathetic in condition. It's obvious that they made a lot of money through this, as the hotel rooms would have been cheaper rate due to their distance from the main attraction. Even though I informed them that I would be traveling with a small kid, the hotel stays were very far off, and the package was a total disaster.
My advice would be to stay away from MakeMyTrip and plan your own holidays. It would be much better and cheaper.
MakeMyTrip Review: Terrible Customer Service and Money Transfer Drama
I've traveled to India from the USA multiple times and I usually book my airline tickets through the airline website or Orbitz. However, on one occasion, I had to use MakeMyTrip (MMT) because I couldn't find a good deal anywhere else. My trip to India went smoothly, but when I had to postpone my return flight by a week due to personal reasons, I informed MMT promptly and paid a $175 fee for the date change. That's when the trouble began!
I took a Jet Airways flight from Kochi to Dubai, but since my carrier from Dubai to the US was United, the Jet Airways staff couldn't issue a boarding pass for the entire trip. I believed them and arrived at Dubai airport only to find out that MMT staff had "forgotten" to change the date for my segment from Dubai to Washington! The Jet Airways staff couldn't do anything about it, and the United staff was willing to issue me a new ticket for an extra $250. I was not ready to pay that much for MMT's mistake, so I tried to negotiate with the airline staff, but it was useless. I was almost on the verge of breaking down when I decided to call MMT, but they told me that their system was down for maintenance and they couldn't reissue the ticket. All they wanted me to do was to pay the additional $250, and they promised to refund the money once I reached the US. I trusted them, but it was a big mistake.
After reaching the US, I called MMT and requested a refund. I sent them the receipt and provided them with my bank account details, requesting that they refund the entire $250 to my account in the US instead of sending it to my dad's credit card, which I had used to pay the initial $175. After waiting for two weeks, I received a "friendly" email from MMT saying that they had "split" the amount the way they liked it and transferred $175 to my dad's credit card, which I had no access to in the US, and the rest $75 to my bank account, which I still haven't received to date (1.5 weeks have passed since this incident). When I called them to get an explanation and request them to redirect the amount to my account in the US, I got different explanations from various MMT staff, such as "This is your problem, not ours to deal with," "This is the way we have done it, and we CAN NOT change it," "I don't know what you are saying, what you are saying does not make sense to me," and "You can do or say whatever you want, but unfortunately we can not change what we have done now."
I paid MMT thousands of dollars for an airline ticket, and they got a huge commission from it. They also got extra money from me when I postponed my ticket, which they "forgot" to change completely. And now they are torturing me with the money transfer drama. I am never going to book with these guys again, and I would recommend my fellow travelers to stay away from them because of their terrible customer service. I hope they will at least refund my $75 to my bank account, but I am pretty sure that I will have to make another 10-15 calls to get it done.

No seats provided after payment
Booked tickets on MMT and paid for seats 15F & 15D to have some privacy while feeding infant, Airline confirmed that seats are not booked and due to some technical error from MMT side, web check-in cannot be done. I was forced to do physical check-in at Airport and got seats 21B & 21C which are non reclinable and non window seats. 21B & 21C is supposed to be free seats. It was really uncomfortable for us with the infant baby and when I informed the issue to MMT over email with the boarding pass as evidence (jpg & pdf), they are saying they are not able to open it and calling me again and again and harassing me to provide the boarding pass in different formats. I have already said I can't do anything more but they are calling me again and again and harassing me. I am attaching the same documents here for your perusal.
Desired outcome: Please refund the seat amount and don't harass the customer for MMT's IT issues if any. Customer is not a service provider to MMT and don't ask him/her to fix MMT's issues

We had booked 16 days holiday package for Sri Lanka for 2 pax from 13 May to 28 May 2023 through MMT. The land package included booking all hotels by MMT. You had booked 3 star Hotel Lake Bliss at Dambulla(Sigiriya) from 17 May to 19 May 2023. On reaching the accommodation, we were utterly shocked to find that it was ONLY a two room accommodation constructed in the jungle, one Km away from even a kacha road, with NO staff, NO facilities, NO Amenities at all for stay, eating or comfort but only one caretaker was available to open the room. Since the accommodation was highly unsafe and devoid of any comfort, we immediately contacted Ms Anita Sharma, package coordinator MMT and shared the photos of the site. She too was shocked at this totally unliveable accommodation. Photos attached. Accordingly, we proceeded to make own arrangements at Hotel Ceyloni at Dambulla (Sigiriya) from 17 May to 19 May 2023.
Firstly, please check how a fake 3 star hotel accommodation when your hotel booking team is supposed to carry out verification before booking. And why this process was not followed in this case.
Secondly, since I had prepaid the cost of the accommodation at Dambulla (Sigiriya) from 17 May to 19 May 2023, as part of the overall package, the additional amount paid by me at 3 star Hotel Ceyloni at Dambulla (Sigiriya ) of Sri Lanka Rupees 25,000/- plus taxes, needs to be reimbursed to me. Hotel invoice is attached for reference.
Kindly resolve and revert soonest as I had raised the concern ticket on 17 May 2023 itself, no response or process on my request has been communicated.
Then on 26 May to 28 May 2023, I had asked for the hotel in Bentota whereas the hotel was in Kalutara a place far away from Bentota and isolated. This was totally not acceptable.
Even after raising complaint tickets many times and MMT designating Mr Surjeet as the relationship person to attend to the issues, he has not spoken even once. He called once late at night which I could not attend, thereafter he very conveniently did not bother to call. This is the efficiency, professionalism, commitment of MMT towards its customers. This is actual for all to see and assess.
My experience with MMT has been very bad and developed a poor impression. I will NOT recommend MMT or myself ever to book again with MMT.
I expect the extra amount paid by me at Dambulla ( Sigiriya) of Sri Lanka Rs 25,000/- to be reimbursed and hotel vouchers be given in lieu of the bad selection and wrong city booking done at Kalatura instead of Bentota.
Let me see the damage control and mistake rectification done by MMT in this situation.

Bus Broke Down and No Alternate Bus Provided

Our bus from Mahabaleshwar to Mumbai broken down mid-way and we were not provided alternate bus as promised. We waited for more than 3 hours until it was dark and we had to make our own arrangement to home by booking private taxi for rupees 3,750/-.
Our entire family was stranded on the busy highway for more than 3 hours. The Neeta bus operators were not at all supportive and later stopped answering our calls. The bus driver and helper were clueless.
We demand full refund of the fare for such a negligent service and all the sufferings we had to go through during such a heat of the summer.

Refund of amount for airline cancellation
This complaint is regarding the refund amount of our cancelled flight. The flight belonged to Go first airlines and was cancelled on 3rd May 2023. The flight was scheduled from Srinagar to Bangalore, PNR NO:HB14QT, and flight number:G8 189. The total refund amount due is rs.25288. Unable to reschedule flight ticket

NN2DRJF9EK18RPC15222 I had booked this flight from Delhi to Istanbul which was refundable as well as reschedule was possible. I was trying to reschedule this flight since yesterday evening.
It was throwing me error and I was unable to reschedule..I had tried till night 1am or so and even went to the airport to check with the executives. They refused saying reservation is possible only throw agents.
Finally, I had to cancel the flight at night 2am around for which I got only 1000 odd as refund. My flight cost was 31k and rescheduling cost was 5k odd.
Please look into this. I just had to reschedule my flight to other date.
