I have booked the ticket from them but due to the sudden death of my dad I had to request change of date unfortunately they are not able to assist. Here this third party company shows only 40 online but there are hidden charges of overall 600 and on top of it they don't have direct number to be called from Dubai. The agent is calling me on the first day informing me the international number to call for changes and even they don't have chat option to help. I have to book another ticket to travel from dxb to my home country there I thought of changing the date this app or website abroad didn't even gave me access for any changes saying access denied unfortunately I have to book a return flight again. Upon reaching dxb I had requested refund it's almost 3 days no resolution on top of it Manager is not accessible the agent mentions the penalty charges and on top no refund. A pathetic experience never want to book the ticket from the third party and never thought this would have been happened if needed. No customer support at all

MakeMyTrip really seems to have taken "customer service" to a whole new low. Between hidden charges, blocked access, and no way to contact them, it’s no wonder you're fed up. Having to book another ticket because they can’t handle a simple date change? That’s a whole different level of frustration. Hopefully, you find a way to get your refund, but it’s clear this third-party booking service isn’t winning any awards for support.
