Hi,
I received a phone bill from this company.
I have never been asked, or agreed to be it's costumer.
Also, I have tried to contact the company, but no one is there to answer questions.
I can not pay a bill that does not make any sense, and for a company without anyone to answer questions.
I AM NOT A COSTUMER of this company.
I was a costumer of NECC Telecom. That account has been deleted without any notice.

I had a long distance provider blue tone. I haven't used for quite awhile. I received a call from maple call inc saying they were my new long distance provider. I did not receive any notification from blue tone of changing providers nor do I have a contract with maple call. After being called by a computer voicemail recording. I received a bill in the mail for their services.
I do not want maple call services and I will not pay any fees as there was no agreement nor any service provided. I suggest maple call remove me from their list. Account number [protected]

I never know that bluetone is out of business, I spoke with blue tone back in january to pay the bill, customer service told me that I have a credit on account, and no word that they will be out of business, I think to that we have to sue these companies that did not let us know what is going on, they find a way how to still money. I have a credit with blue tone, which is not recorded on maple call inc bill
I tried to call the maple call at 877-974-7494, and never have a chance to talk to them, an answering voice saying that due to high volume call "please call next time" and they hang up on me.

I was a customer of Pülse Telecom, service that I stoped using 6 monts ago. NMow I just received a bill of 9.18 for a company that I do not know and I do not want to use. The phone nr provided is useless, nobodi answer. How to getr rid of them ?

I have never been customer of maplecall. Apparently blue tone that was my long distance provider went out of business and i've got bill from this company with outrageous charges that I have never agreed on neither on using their service. On my last bill from blue tone I had credit of $33.60 which has no mention on the bill from my new company. Also on their bill it said I called india and france which is nonsense and half of the bill is usage other half their charges I had never paid before. I called but they have just automated response and they hung up at the end probably because everyone is calling to cancel. I am filing complaint with better business biro. This is total scam and I am not paying this.

As everyone else, this company is scamming me. They switched from blue tone, added service fees that were not even there. It's a scam how they operate. Open a business charge people fees and switch names just to do it all again, and by transferring accounts without clients permissions. They dont have an actual address but a po box station. No actual customer service reps and fake messages. They sent me the bill 2 days before the payment was due, just so I wont have time to argue with them.

I have been for a longtime client of bluetone telecom. I was using their long distances services. I received a bill from maplecall a few days ago, in the beginning, I couldn't understand why am I receiving this invoice, then I recognized the account number of bluetone, in the beginning, I thought the company has changed its name, I tried to login to my account with no success, "account cannot found". There are an extra services charges of 11.05$, that I was never charged before by bluetone. I called maple call, unreachable due to a high volume call. I have been trying to call them now for 3 days. Bluetone should have advised their client by letter of the discontinue of their services and maplecall if it really exists, should let the costumers aware of the new rate/charges also by letter. It is my decision as a client to continue or discontinue my services with this company. Not supervise me with a bill that I need to investigate to understand why am I receiving it. My last invoice/payment to bluetone was on november 29, 2018 of 10.80$cad

I was a customer of blue tone and comwave and call select before. The long distance companies have been changing over the years and replacing each other, but never did I experienced such poorly organized takeover. From begining of november 2018 until february 2019 I was away and didn't make any calls but got invoice from maple call for $9.18 for administrative services from december 2018 - january 2019, charges that blue tone never charged. I didn't subscribe to be maple call customer, and until february 6, 2019 I wasn't even aware of any changes.
After series of usucessful attempts to contact maple call by phone, I wrote to with requeste to be removed from their service and thanks to other people's internet poste's I will ask they erase me from their files.

I tried to call the company (1877-974 7494) and never have the chance to talk to them, an answering voice saying that due to high volume call again and then they hang up on me. We got a bill on feb 7/19 for $9.02 due on feb 10/19. No explanation, no breakdown, no nothing. Hst charged no hst number. We have never had any dealings with this company and don't even make third party long distance calls. My mom is a senior... Is this who they're targeting?!?! Unbelievable... Scam... But a almost perfect one! Thank goodness for all the posts on here... Bbb should definitely get involved and charges laid against these crooks!

No one ever informed me of any change... I only got a bill. I think that if similar changes take place, it would be necessary to add an explanation to the bill, what is going on. I never had a agreement with maplecall inc. Looks like the operator of maplecall inc. There is no concept of doing business and respect for the client. I am a Blue Tone customer now Maple Call. I, like a lot of other people, was very concerned when I received an invoice from Maple Call with charges that were not consistent with my agreement I had with Blue Tone. Talked with an agent on two separate occasions (called just at opening hours 9am eastern with very short wait time). I expressed my frustration and concern with my invoice. The second agent I spoke with, named Fevzie), was very patient and helpful. I discussed my agreement I had with Blue Tone and expressed my concern that these condition were changed without me being notified. She reviewed my Blue Tone agreement and said she would make the necessary adjustments to bring my current bill in line with my previous Blue Tone agreement. She removed operational charge $2.99, international discount fee $4.99 and adjusted the carrier recovery fee to reflect the reduction in my long distance charges (changed from 3.9 cents per minute to 2.9 cents per minute). These changes reduced my current bill by a little more than half. Now consistent with my previous Blue Tone charges.
At the beginning I was concerned as to whether or not Maple Call was a legit business. I talked with BBB Ontario and they were aware of Maple Call with a flood of complaints/inquiries they have received. They even hinted of a potential investigation by the anti fraud and crime division.
Today, after speaking with the agent Fevzie, I have a more open mind of the legitimacy of Maple Call. Will I continue with Maple Call, not sure. I told them to cancel my long distance service for now. They said I could come back at any time if could not find another carrier I was comfortable with.
I have checked around and talked with Convergia. They can offer long distance USA for 2.9 cents per minute.

They send me a 100$ for 2 months (instead of 26$ I agree with necc). I called consumers protection office in quebec. All is illegal about this procedure from maple call:
-by the law they need to advise the customers 30 days in advance for all the changes
-they don't have a physical adresse so u can not send them a letter of formal notice
-they don't have the code taxes on their bill.

The consumers protection office advise to call also crtc canada.
I will not waste my time with them, I canceled my creditcard so they can not charge it.
The rest will see it probably on the news soon!

My previous long distance provider was pulse telecom canada
I have never been a customer of maple call inc. I never had an agreement with maple call inc.
In january, I received a phone call from maple asking to call them to be informed concerning my long distance plan. What plan? Who is maple? Where this provider paid taxes? Is this legal corporation?
No one informed me that pulse telecom does not exist anymore. No web site anymore.
No one asked me if I want to continue to use the service from another provider.
I do not know this company and never have agreement with maple call inc.
For the second time pulse telecom sell the customers list to another provider, (it was the case to necc telecom in 2015) but at that time we received a letter from pulse asking not pay necc, as this is a hacking)
My personal information being revealed to maple call inc without my consent despite that I have asked pulse, to be always asked my opinion to be or not customer.
I request maple call inc to cancel the request and restrict to use my personal information without my consent.
I request maple to send a letter with business address and legal registration accounts in canada or usa.
I request a letter from pulse telecom canada who must inform that they not doing business and have sold the customers list to another provider
If maple is a hack immediately informed the telecommunication authority's in canada and usa.
This dubious practice must be stopped.

I just received an statement saying that I owe the company $9.02 that says other fees. I am not aware of this charges as we don't use longdistance call anymore because there is a free facebook calling where you can even see each other so I don't know what is this charges about. I called their number but I was in 20 caller which I was willing to wait so when it reach to 11 caller my phone just went dead. I was a necc telecom communication customer and looked at acct. I had a credit of 30 dollars. Then a week later I received a bill from maple call which I have never heard of and don't know if this company is legitimate. When I went to my account for necc it no longer exists. I didn't agree to have any company take over account. Now maple call says I owe them money which should be credited. I don't know if this is a legitimate business especially wants my credit card number to pay which I refuse. I tried to pay through bank but can't find company. What do I do.

Used to be with necc telecom. Just got a bill from maple call with fees that I never paid before.
Every time I call customer service I slowly make it through the queue and then they eventually hang up on me before I get to speak with anyone! I've called 5 times and the same thing happened 5 times! If anyone gets to actually speak to someone in customer service please let me know.

Just received an invoice of $117. I am not a customer of this company nor signed any contract with them. Actually it is the first time I ever hear of them. I will contact my lawyer for further steps. I will also submit a complaint to the Ontario Telecom board.

I never heard of maple call inc. I've been an NECC telecom customer for quite a few years. All of a sudden i receive an
invoice in the amount of $38.53. For several days I have been trying to call Customer Service at + [protected]
but unfortunately so far no luck. I am not satisfied with this service at all. I also wish to mention that this invoice
shows some phone calls, for instance Jamaica (mobile) also, USA and Poland.
I NEVER BEEN A MAPLE CALL COMPANY UNTIL I RECEIVED A BILL FRIDAY THE 15TH OF FEBRUARY . THE DUE DATE ON THE BILL WAS FEB. 14TH, TRY TO CALL SEVERAL TIMES BUT NO ANSWER . I DO NOT HAVE AGREEMENT WITH THEM . THEY DO NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONE AND NO WAY TO CONTACT THEM .
This company took over the Blue Tone business and sent to their client ridiculous invoices. I had a plan where I paid only if I made long distance calls. Maple Call Inc. Sent me an invoice with a monthly fee regardless if any calls have been made. I do not have an agreement with Maple Call Inc. In my opinion they have to renew customer agreement or at least leave customers on the same plan as they had.

No one informed me that necc doesn't exist anymore. No one asked me if I want to continue to use the service. Trying to call and waiting for over 20 min, started as number 81 in the queue. This is the worst service. The charges on the invoice are ridiculous, they don't pick up phone and don't have a website, no hst number listed and taxes are charged...
1. I do not know this company and never have agreement with maple call inc.
2. I do not know what kind of products or services from maple call inc and no international call for long time via my phone.
3. My personal information being revealed to maple call inc without my consent.

My parents and i, previously with necc, receive an invoice from maple call inc. For calls we never made. I am no longer a customer of necc and have no idea why i'm being charge by maple call inc. My parents want nothing to do with mapke call inc and we were never advised why the switch was made. We don't know what to do with these invoices but we are not paying them. When I call the number it on the maple invoice it says due to long waiting times please call back another time. Can't call necc at all. We want our accounts and information erased from this company.
