I was going through a an issue with my kids father in which he kept trying to take my kids to another state. I reached out to Marble Law. I agreed to making payments of $177.08 for 24 months. I enrolled on July 24. After enrolling, I was promised a representative from my legal team would call me soon. That call did not happen. I called several times and the representatives would say someone would call me back in 1-3 business days. I was calling for two reasons: 1) I did not receive a call and 2) my children's father and family had turned violent and threatening. I called to request assistance with a Domestic Violence Order. I finally received a call back on August 4. After finding out the extra amount they wanted to charge I declined the DVRO. Moving forward, I still had not spoken to my actual attorney. I called several more times. Every time, i called I would tell the client support team this was urgent matter. I still had trouble receiving a call back. I finally received a call back, from my paralegal, on September 7. She gave me my attorney's information and stated someone would be from my attorney's office would be calling within 72 business hours to discuss the details of my case. At this point, I had been paying monthly and nothing had been done to my case. I called again on September 12, because I still had not spoken with my attorney. My paralegal stated to keep an eye out because my attorney should be sending a draft copy of my RFO by the end of the next day. On September 15, I requested to disengage with Marble Law as I still had not heard from my attorney. My paralegal apologized and said the draft will be sent over to me by my attorney and she would move forward with disengaging. When I received my draft, alot of information was incorrect. I was confused on how she could send me a draft and had not spoken to me once. My draft stated I had 4 kids and I only have 1 involved in the case. There were several misspelled words. There were several inaccurate pieces of information. I brought this to paralegal's attention. She pleaded for me to let her get this fixed. At this point, I inform my paralegal the dad had lied and turnt in paperwork in another state for child custody in another state. I never received a court date. My attorney moved so slow that Nevada ended up winning jurisdiction over the case on October 12. At this point, I once again asked to be disengaged from Marble Law on October 13. Client support stated someone would be calling me soon. Instead, I received an email stating that Marble Law decided to terminate their representation on October 23. No one ever called me back. Once again, I called several times and never received a call back. I also requested that I do not have to make any more payments considering the poor level of communication and client support. I requested to speak to someone from finances. Instead. I would receive a general email saying I still owe over $2000. However, Marble Law keeps trying to take payments out of my account. Yet, Marble Law refuses to call me back. Moving forward to today, November 21,
I finally tried to call again. I asked to speak to a supervisor. The representative asked what was my issue. I explained everything from above. The representative stated my case was closed out and the finance team only works through email. I asked to a supervisor again. Now this time the same representative tells me he is the supervisor. The representative continues to tell me Marble Law is a digital law firm and no one would be calling me. I informed the representative that I needed to speak to someone because I do not understand why Marble Law is trying to take payments from me and nothing was done in my case. I told the representative that I was being treated unfairly and I am going to make a complaint. The representative told me since I am threatening to make a complaint there is nothing else to talk about and hung up in my face. Working with Marble Law had been a complete nightmare.
Desired outcome: Cancel all future payments
