~~I know if you break it down w/the amount of points needed for an item? Everything's marked up 500% &more like the packs you/we buy that have the points. But I digress onto the current&recent experience...

~~Pleased w/what I have gotten so far. The only thing left that appealed to me was the TCL Sound Bar&plenty of points. Talking to one of their reps here 9/22/2023 where learned the only record/thing they could see regarding my account is it being delivered 7/15/2023. No mention of my informing them 7/17 of it being defective out of the box&that they would replace it? But,would have to wait 10 days before I could do so,why? Am told they're locked out of my profile/account at the moment due to something like a pending delivery status&did so w/straight face which is amazing considering they had delivery confirmation even before I called? While in those 10 days I was made to wait they ran out of stock as well or know when they're going to have more in stock?

"Try back in a couple weeks..."

~~By weeks end upon seeing it no longer listed I called trying to be reasonable suggesting that since they're apparently not going stock anymore to restore my points used&lost then but claim they can't. TCL was really cool I must say&would replace it ,no problem,even called me back couple days later to see what happened? Marlboro also refuse to show/provide any proof their acquiring it within the last year. Mind you,both incidents when I found their answers unacceptable I was asked if I wanted to talk to an Administrator? YES! Both times they're supposed to call came&went w/o single word.

~~Last week,seeing they decided to stock a different brand sound bar now. Still trying to be reasonable,since they owe me sound bar then send me the Phillips they're stocking now having plenty points to cover the difference too? With "NO" being unacceptable asked if I want to talk to an Administrator to which I say I could say YES all day&won't matter. Assures me they will this time scheduling it for last Monday 7 PM, doubt I even need to say what happened or didn't happen&here.

P.S. The Rep I talked to last Fri being the one exception the rest basically had a demeanor of "Oh, well..." With me being stuck that doesn't work&can't use.

Desired outcome: ~~At this point,an apology should be a given being completely dismissed by Administrator 3 different times w/o one word. And either the sound bar or my points used restored. Is it too much to ask to simply get something earned?
