i purchased the ebay magic program which is a how to program to setting up a home business on ebay sold on mass by Matt and Amanda Clarkson, I got their VERY EXPENSIVE program expecting something amazing, and boy what rubbish... common sense would have served me. and went through it and I feel like i just throw my money down the toilet. very, very dissapointed.
what pisses me off is that their marketing is really pushy and they really push you to buy, only the product is not up to it when you consider what you pay. disgusted!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
hi there, is there anyone willing to share the infomation provided, i was excited watching the seminar and i had decided to do the course, but luckily there were so many honest people willing to save people like me trying to get the cash together to buy this course to change my situation at home, thank so much to all of you who have saved me $4000.
Now Matt & Amanda Clarkeson & Bidding Buzz are called www.easyhomebusiness.com.au EASY HOME BUSINESS as they has so many complaints with Bidding Buzz. They should call it SLEAZY HOME BUSINESS but it doesn't matter what they call it they rip people off, bully them and then offer NO REFUNDS. Watch out for these eBay GET RICH scamming criminals.
Andrew Minalto wont tell you anything new, information he sells is freely available everywhere on the internet
Hi guys,
I too have viewed free their online seminar and was about to fork out the 5k with the hope that it would be great value for money.. It seems that it may be of 'some' value to the online unititiated but not worth the big price tag. for that i thank you!
If someone has a copy they would like to part with I would be grateful to receive a copy and will do the same to the next interested party. You can email me at: steve.kocaj@gmail.com.
Thanks.
Hi Everyone :).
Thank you so much for all your brutal honesty :). I have been saving and after multiple phone calls with this pushy mob, decided I was ready to buy TODAY! But something in my gut told me to do a bit more research, I tried looking under "Easy Home Business" reviews, but found nothing, then I remembered they had another site, Bidding Buzz and up popped this review. Fantastic, you have saved me from what seems to be a nightmare and money we really couldn't afford to part with.
I too am financially struggling and thought this may help, but it looks like I was wrong.
I would be very interested to see the course material for myself if anyone is going to 'bin' their copy I would be happy to take it off your hands and pass on to someone else in my position when I'm done. As I'm sure most of the people on this site couldn't, I cannot afford to hand over $4k if their promises are empty and information is useless. If someone has a copy they're getting rid of please let me know :) - dragonmoon77@bigpond.com
I want justice and so do you.We all need to stand together and name and shame them, take them on and get our money back. The public need to be aware of this scam.We need to take them to court and display them to Australia by means of the media. It is now time we contact the media, ABC Four Corners, Scam watch and whomever you may think have the ability to help us.Let us stop the Bidding Buzz scam before end of 2014 and find means to get together and correspond. Please post you suggestions before 8/10/2014.
I agree with allforjustice. Has anyone looked into the legalities and whether or not the ACCC can take any action? What about a class action if everyone on this forum wants to do that? I too have been ripped off and asked for a refund as soon as I received the shoddy material, but they refused. The fact that they refuse refunds has to be illegal and in any event and confirms their shonkiness if they are not willing to guarantee their product.
All the comments are very interesting as i was interested in doing this course and the amount of negative feedback has put a different
perspective on pursuing the course. I did find some interesting things after listening to their Video which i would probably say is
outdated at the start of their so called Ebay business when Matt gave up his so called carpenter job and sold his tools they had bills
to pay mortage's to service let alone living expenses yet they were able to fly to America for seminars which they would have to pay
air fares, seminar tickets and living expenses and remember they done all of this when they said they were broke and on top of that
they spent 10 months at there own expense learning the Sale strategies and all this while there broke. i have been in tight situations
and when money is tight I can not jump on a plane and just go, It appears if all of the people who have experienced this Ebay course
and come back with these negative responses can not all be wrong. What is crystal clear to me that doing a Ebay business can be
successful but doing it yourself with your own research will achieve a greater result, check out and talk to suppliers, importers there are many avenues without forking out $4K
As rightly commented by Kegstar I too was interested to do this course and was about to spend my husband's hard earned money. I am unemployed and looking for something to supplement the income and help my family get rid of mortgages and ongoing commitments. And it is true when you are at that stage, spending a dollar really matters and it needs proper justification to do it. The reality is that when we are tight with money we would focus more on needs than wants. Reading most of the comments makes me even feel not all could be wrong. I agree that Ebay business can be successful because we have millions of Ebay users all over the world but the million dollar question is how to source out right suppliers and importers and what niche products can help us earn money, not expecting $50000 per month, but at least $[protected] per month can be practical, which would eventually replace the 9 to 5 job.
I am thinking of signing up with them and with this definitely I am not going to deal with them any more, thanks for the info guys
I was looking into this business, replied to a pop up with my details, called within 24 hours.Bit of a chat with the 'client advisor', wanted to know my situation.Anyway long story short after researching via google I found this site and what a treasure trove of good advice from people who have signed up.Thanks you saved me 4k, now inspired to do my own ebay business from a lot of links on these posts.Good luck to all.
Has anyone looked into the legalities yet ? I too have been ripped off by these mongrels.I am interested in joining everyone in a class action. Please contact me at brendon2602@yahoo.com.au .

I was sceptical as if it sounds too good it usually is!
I am a disability pensioner and was encouraged to go to my bank and apply for a $5000 credit card, a thing I have never done before in my life except in Harvey Normans to buy a computer and other equipment. ( that worked well)
But to buy a course, well thank goodness my bank wanted more information from me ..and I landed here!
Looks like it is too good to be true.
And I was so surprised and curious that millionaires would ask $4500 to teach me how to be rich..It just doesn't happen obviously.
I also had follow up calls from EASYHomeBusiness to ask if I borrowed the money yet.
SAD! I wonder if there anyone who tells the truth anymore ..I just want to make a $100 a week to help with the bills.
I spent a whole day yesterday waching the dvd sent to me by an on-line enquiry I made, reading all the booklets and all the past students lovely comments. I was soooo tempted but i thought, wait, cool off and rethink it tomorrow. Then this morn I thought google it and see if anyone else has bought it, get an independant opinion, and thank God I did. So sorry to hear of all you who got ripped offand THANKYOU for saving me. I too am looking for another income flow, willing to work hard, study hard or whatever it takes, just wasted a day, better than $5000. Sharon
I am involved in their platinum program right now. It cost me $25, 000 and is the biggest rip off I have ever had the misfortune falling for. I am extremely embarrassed that I fell for this ridiculous scam. I don't think there is any way I can get my money back either.
NOT WORTH 25 CENTS LET ALONE 25 THOUSAND DOLLARS
Hi Anon. My parents have also spent about 20k recently with these people have you looked into their being anyway to get your money back?
I haven't looked into it, we just wrote it off as a very expensive lesson, I think it would be a long fight. But if enough people complained to Consumer Affairs maybe it might help stop them ripping off others.
A few days before i read these horrifying reviews, I called their office in QLD to enquire about the program of which I was told that someone would give me a call back. I had no response, so called back a few days later and left another msg...this happened 3 x... this prompted me then to check out the reviews on this company which displayed appalling service ...(Matt and Amanda will not be impressed with the missed opportunities that their staff are creating)...So thank the Lord for small mercies...If that call ever comes through, my answer will be very clear and loud.
Heads up everyone, it appears the Clarksons have changed their name again. Instead of 'Sleazy home Business' they are now calling themselves 'Live Now Education' Hold on to your money people, the Clarksons will be trying their best to pry it from you
