Mattamy Homes review: Home buying

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction and anger with the recent experience my family and I have had with Mattamy Homes. We were in the final stages of purchasing what was promised to be our dream home, only to have our hopes and plans completely shattered by your company's inexplicable and unprofessional actions.

After carefully selecting and finalizing all the details, we were ready to sign the contract for our new home. This was a significant and emotional decision for my family, and we trusted Mattamy Homes to deliver on their promises. However, just when everything seemed to be in place, we were informed that the terrain we had chosen was being transformed into model houses. This decision was made without any prior notice or consideration for the commitments made to us.

The fact that everything sold to us has now become "water under the bridge" is not only infuriating but also unacceptable. We invested considerable time, energy, and emotion into this process, only to be met with disregard and disrespect. Your company's actions have caused immense stress and disappointment, and have left my family feeling betrayed and angry.

This is not how a reputable company should treat its customers. We demand an immediate explanation for this decision and a resolution that rectifies this situation. We expect Mattamy Homes to take full responsibility for the promises made to us and to provide an appropriate and satisfactory solution.

I hope this letter makes it clear how deeply upset and angry we are with Mattamy Homes. We trusted your company with one of the most important decisions of our lives, and you have utterly failed us. We expect swift and decisive action to address this matter.
