Maxair Heating & A/C I got a new HVAC thingy from MaxAir 2 years ago

I got a new HVAC thingy from MaxAir 2 years ago. I paid $249.00 for the yearly service thingy at the end of January, 2022. A tech dude came and serviced it less than a month ago. It's been hot as heck lately so we've been using it a lot. This morning I saw a little puddle on the floor in the basement when I was leaving for work. The unit was leaking the condensation out onto the floor for no reason. I called MaxAir right away. They said someone would come between 3pm and 6pm. It's 7:11pm now and no one has come or called me. This is not cool! I want my $249.00 back for the service thingy that didn't do anything and I want my $7000 unit serviced right now!

Maxair Heating & A/C Maxair did a checkup on my HVA/C but left me without A/C

Maxair did a checkup on my HVA/C but left me without A/C. I've been with them for 5 years. On June 12, a Maxair tech came to my house in Severn to do a checkup on my central air unit. Before the checkup, the A/C was working fine. After the tech started working outside, he came in and said the disconnect switch caught fire and I wouldn't have A/C until it was replaced. I reminded him that the A/C was working fine before he started. He said it wasn't his fault and it would cost $260 to replace. He said a tech in 2016 said the switch was bad and needed to be replaced. But it was replaced that same month. The tech left without fixing it. I called Maxair but they said they weren't responsible. I asked to speak to the boss but haven't heard back.

Maxair Heating & A/C I got a bill for stuff I didn't say okay to, just a few weeks after I already paid MaxAir for the same problem

I got a bill for stuff I didn't say okay to, just a few weeks after I already paid MaxAir for the same problem. They came to my rental on January 30 when my tenant said the unit was totally frozen. I called them back because my unit kept freezing up in the cold weather, and the technician said it was all good after he fixed it last month. He didn't say anything was wrong with the wires then, but Billy said the frozen unit was because of a bad defrost board and sensors. Drew called me later and said he had to defrost the unit and fix some wires for $513. I never said they could do any more repairs, and they said they would call me after they checked it out. Drew just did it without telling me, and I can't pay for something that wasn't fixed right the first time. Drew said the first guy didn't do it right, and he could give me 20% off. I told him I was gonna call the office, but he didn't say anything about fixing it without asking me. I emailed them on January 31 and left a voicemail, but they didn't answer. Today, February 8th, I got a bill for $189 less, but it still had stuff I didn't say okay to. They want me to pay $235 for de-icing, but the first guy did that for free. They didn't talk to me about any of this, and they didn't answer my email.
