I formed a business relationship with Maxsip Telecom Company in early 2023. I was introduced to I., CTO/Owner of the company by someone very close to me, and I had all intentions of delivering my best efforts and services.

We established an agreement where I would sell their product in exchange for commission. Maxsip had me personally come to pick up merchandise that was hand-delivered to me by the company. This merchandise included tablets to sell to customers, as well as various marketing materials produced by Maxsip. (Maxsip sells telecommunication and internet connectivity services to customers).

I represented Maxsip at several large-scale marketing conventions and business shows in a short period of time.

I began selling their product as soon as they requested in full good faith effort. After several weeks I had been not been compensated as promised, nor reimbursed for expenses I covered after explicitly being told I would be reimbursed for them. I tried to call and email I., R. (his secretary), as well as several other staff members to discuss my progress, sales, and follow up, but they were very evasive and rarely returned contact. The one time I. actually followed through and met with me in his office, I showed him a laminated sign with all Maxsip's information I had prepared and paid for myself, to optimize sales. Mr. Max asked me for a copy of my sign and I gave him one, because I still believed we were both acting as a team in good faith to make sales.

Shortly after this meeting where Mr. Max requested his own copy of my sign, while I was in the field in spaces I had worked hard to secure to sell product, I began noticing other Maxsip tables within a few feet of mine. At the tables were other Maxsip contractors that I had never known of, selling the same product as mine, targeting the same consumers in the same small vicinity, except that their authorized price by Maxsip was much more favorable to the consumer than mine.

I spoke to Maxsip and told them I had seen other Maxsip agents selling at a better price than mine. Despite that I was essentially ousted from the market by Maxsip due to their backhanded placing of other agents to undermine my sales, I was still trying to make this business relationship work. I simply requested authorization to sell at the same price as the other Maxsip agents (since my authorized price by Maxsip was less favorable to consumers).

At this point, it was very clear Maxsip was not trustworthy, but I still wanted to finish selling my lot of merchandise promised, so I continued to sell. At this point, Maxsip became even less communicative. I was still selling, but concerned about the company's reliability. On July 21st, 2023, I was selling Maxsip product in New York, New York and I was robbed while working. I filed a Police Report quickly after, and notified Maxsip immediately of the incident and police report. I was still completely ignored, they would not answer my calls or emails-forget about them even showing mild concern, they wouldn't even communicate with me about it.

At this juncture, I had still not received any compensation or reimbursement for my sales, effort, and product investments as promised. Additionally I now realized this job was also a safety threat, particularly because Maxsip did not even address what had happened to me. despite a police report. I called the company and reached R., who I knew was in charge of administrative coordination and operations, and told her I will be turning in the remaining product I had not yet sold. She told me that I have to turn all items in myself physically at the warehouse, so I made these arrangements and dropped off all product immediately. I have a receipt from the warehouse from when I returned all the product.

In sum, Maxsip was extremely dishonest and lacked transparency, as well as completely deceptive-not only did they never pay me a penny, reimburse me for any expenses I had laid out since I was promised reimbursement, but they placed other Maxsip agents with more competitive prices around me to sabotage my success. The complete lack of communication and refusal to speak with me over and over made this all even worse.

This dispute has been fully resolved. I want to thank Israel Max, as well as the entire Maxsip Telecom Corporation for working this out with me amicably.
