Medium A Review of Medium: Diverse and Interesting Articles, but with Some Annoyances

Medium is a website that I've been using for a while now, and I gotta say, it's pretty cool. The articles on there are usually pretty interesting, and they cover a wide range of topics. What I like about it is that the articles aren't just the same old boring stuff that you see on other sites. They're more diverse and they don't have that "centrist" bias that you see on a lot of mainstream sites.

But, there are some things that bug me about Medium. For one thing, the commenting system is a mess. When you try to comment on an article, you get this annoying pop-up page that covers up the article you're trying to comment on. And if you want to go back and check something in the article before you finish your comment, you're out of luck. You have to start all over again.

Another thing that bothers me is that Medium limits the number of free views you get per month. I get that they need to make money, but it's kind of annoying when you're trying to read an article and you hit your limit. And to make matters worse, they sometimes recommend articles that are months or even years old. It's like, come on, Medium, if you're going to limit our views, at least give us something new to read.

Overall, though, I like Medium. It's a good source of interesting articles, and I like that it's not as biased as some other sites. The commenting system could use some work, and the view limit is annoying, but those are minor issues. If you're looking for something new to read, give Medium a try.

Medium Medium.com's Shady Business Practices: My Account Cancelled and Earnings Seized

I used to be a paying customer of Medium.com, and I gotta say, it was a pretty sweet deal. I paid a monthly fee and in return, I could publish my articles and earn some cash money from them. But let me tell you, things took a turn for the worse real quick.

Out of nowhere, Medium cancelled my account and snatched up my earnings of around $1,300. And get this, they didn't even have the decency to tell me why! I mean, come on, what kind of shady business is that? They didn't even bother to cite any specific rules that I may have violated. And to top it all off, they're ignoring my emails like they're some kind of big shot.

Now, I'm a full-time writer in the Big Apple, and let me tell you, I've published more than 7,000 articles on business, finance, politics, and religion. And in all my years, I have NEVER seen editors do what Medium editors are doing. It's downright unprofessional, and it might even be illegal! I mean, consumer watchdog agencies should really be investigating Medium's secretive editorial practices and their seizure of earnings.

All I want is the money I earned as a Medium writer. Is that too much to ask? Their treatment of paying customers is just plain shocking. I mean, what kind of world are we living in where a company can just take your hard-earned cash without even telling you why? It's just not right.

Medium Medium's Decline: Why Quora Spaces Are the Future for Writers

I gotta say, Medium has been on the decline lately. I mean, what were they thinking with that paywall? It's like they don't even care about their writers. And don't even get me started on the limited payment options - Stripe is the only one? Come on, Medium, get it together.

But the real problem with Medium is the editors. They act like they're the hottest thing since sliced bread, but they're just a bunch of divas. I mean, I submitted an article to one of the "most popular" publications on Medium and it got rejected. So I deleted it and posted it on Quora instead. And you know what? It got 120K views in just two months. That's more than I ever got on Medium.

So here's my advice: don't waste your time with Medium publications. They're not worth it. Instead, focus on Quora Spaces. I launched one as an experiment and now I have over 30K followers. That's way more than any Medium publication can brag about.

Now, I will say that Medium articles do tend to rank well on Google. I don't know why, I'm not an SEO expert or anything. But when it comes to getting views and exposure over the long-term, Medium is useless. So if you want to build a real audience, go with Quora. Trust me, it's worth it.

Medium Medium's Writers Need to Improve Their Grammar and Attitude

Medium is a platform where writers can share their opinions and ideas with the world. However, the way some of the contributors use the English language is just terrible. It's like they don't care about grammar or spelling, and it's really annoying to read. Sometimes, it feels like they're just trying to force their opinions on you, instead of just expressing them. This is not how you write an opinion piece, and it's a shame that Medium's writers don't seem to understand that.

When I read an article on Medium, I always start with an open mind, hoping to learn something new. But more often than not, I end up feeling frustrated and disappointed. The writers on Medium seem to be full of anger and vitriol, and they don't seem to care about presenting their ideas in a clear and concise way. It's like they just want to rant and rave, without any regard for their readers.

My partner and I have decided to stop using Medium, because we just can't take it anymore. We don't want to be assaulted by all the negativity and anger that seems to be so prevalent on the platform. We want to read articles that are well-written and thought-provoking, not just a bunch of angry rants.

In conclusion, I think that Medium needs to do a better job of vetting their contributors. They should only allow writers who are capable of expressing their opinions in a clear and concise way, without resorting to anger and vitriol. And they should remember that every story has three sides: yours, mine, and what really happened. If they can't understand that, then they have no business being in the business of sharing ideas and opinions.

Medium Make Money! App Review: Wasted Time and Unfulfilled Promises

So, I downloaded this app called Make Money! from medium.com, thinking it would be a great way to earn some extra cash in my free time. Boy, was I wrong! I've been using it for the past month and all I've got to show for it is wasted time. I completed a bunch of tasks and collected enough points to cash out around $100. But when I tried to withdraw my earnings, nothing happened. I've made three withdrawal requests so far, and none of them have been fulfilled.

I've sent them countless emails asking about the status of my payment, but they only responded once. They asked me to verify my identity by answering a bunch of questions, which I did. They then told me that everything was in order and that I should expect my payment in a day or two. But it's been three weeks now, and I still haven't received a single penny. I've sent them seven more emails since then, but they haven't bothered to respond to any of them.

It's really frustrating because time is the only thing we can't get back in life. And this app has completely wasted mine. I'm sure it will waste yours too if you decide to use it. So, my advice to you is to stay away from the Make Money! app on medium.com. Don't waste your time like I did. Just move on and find a better way to earn some extra cash.

Medium A Disappointing Read: The Biased and Unrealistic "Dark Side of Modeling" on Medium.com

I recently stumbled upon an article on medium.com titled The Dark Side Of Modeling by Evangeline, and I must say, I was quite disappointed with what I read. The reason for my disappointment was that the writer seemed to have dramatized her experience in modeling and was mostly biased and less factual. In fact, her modeling experiences sounded very unrealistic.

The writer stated that many girls are desperate to be models, but this is a biased statement. Not many girls are desperate to be models, especially after knowing the fact that models are often sexually harassed and abused and are seen as sexual objects rather than pretty. The article sounded like the writer just made up her modeling experience and tried to make it convincing with the help of pictures and some facts. The writer was being very subjective and not sticking to facts consistently throughout the whole article.

The writer does have the freedom to write what they like, but they need to be conscious of what they are writing and how it will affect their readers. What the writer actually wrote in the article is not matching or consistent with the article's title. The writer also needs to be aware that if they are going to be biased, then they need to write "Opinion" next to the article's title. Lastly, the writer needs to stay on topic according to the article's title. The article should have been written from an objective perspective, not a subjective one. The writer should have kept the article in the third person instead of the first person as well.

This article does have some facts, which I appreciate the writer including, but it still has a lot of biases in it as well, which I did not like at all. I was expecting the article to be more fact-based. The writer should have provided a more accurate amount of girls who are desperate to be models, and if they did not know the accurate amount, they should have stuck with the word "some." The writer should have also been more consistent with the facts and not dramatized their experience in modeling.

Overall, I was disappointed with the article, and I hope that the writer will be more objective and factual in their future articles. Medium.com is a great platform for writers to share their thoughts and experiences, but it is important to be mindful of the impact their words can have on their readers.

Never believe that a credit repair organization can guarantee success in improving your history. Companies will make a statement and say that they can fix your credit. However, this is a misleading claim because the cause of your poor credit may differ from the cause of someone else's poor credit, and these varying factors require different treatment methods. There is no easy fix that fits all. If a company makes such claims, they are false.

If you want to save money and time, consider purchasing lean protein in very large quantities. Bulk buying is always less expensive since you will use all of what you purchased. A good time saver is spending a day making a week's worth of meals out of the meat.

Find out when it is best for you to file your IRS taxes. For a faster refund, file as early as possible. If you owe the government money, it's better to just file near the date they're due which is April 15th.

If you are looking to improve your credit report, it is a good idea to have between two to four active credit cards. Using one card can take a while to improve your credit, while using over four cards can represent a lack of being able to manage finances effectively. Begin by having two cards, and add more cards as your credit improves.

Houses and cars are usually the most expensive purchases you will make. Your monthly payments on these items, including interest, usually make up the biggest chunk of your budget. Pay them more quickly by paying extra or taking your tax refund and paying more on your balances.

As mentioned at the beginning of this article, many people have issues with controlling their finances. Because of the information in this article, you do not need to belong to that group. Use the advice you gained today so that you can live financially stable and free of stress.

Medium Medium's Biased Censorship: A Disappointing Experience for Writers Seeking Free Speech and Civil Discourse

Medium is a platform that has allowed me to express myself through writing and engage in discussions with other authors. However, my experience with the site has been less than satisfactory. My account was suddenly suspended and put under investigation, which means that I can no longer publish my writing or comment on other people's work. This was a huge disappointment for me, as I had put a lot of effort into my writing and was looking forward to sharing it with others.

The reason for my suspension was that something I had written was deemed "hateful" by the site's "Trust and Safety" team. They sent me a long section of their rules on "Hateful Speech" but did not specify which part of my writing violated these rules. I asked them several times to provide me with more information, but they did not respond to my requests.

I believe that my suspension was not based on anything hateful that I had written, but rather on my views. I noticed that there were many other writers on the site who were allowed to post derogatory comments aimed at me, but my attempts to engage in civil discourse were met with insults and smears. This biased censorship is unacceptable, and it is clear that Medium's judgment is flawed.

When I asked Medium how my account's deactivation was fair with regard to the First Amendment, their response was nonsensical. They claimed that they are a private company, which apparently means that they can censor whoever they want. This is a dangerous precedent, as Medium provides an open forum for public speech but does not respect the rights of all to speak freely.

I am disappointed that Medium's ideology is based on feelings rather than facts and logic. It seems that violating their policy results in punishment, regardless of whether the content is actually hateful or not. While other writers are able to earn money and share their experiences, I am forbidden from doing so.

In conclusion, I would advise others to blog elsewhere. Medium's biased censorship and lack of transparency make it an unreliable platform for writers who value free speech and civil discourse.

Medium My Experience with Medium: Lack of Transparency and Customization

Medium is a platform that claims to be open to all writers, but in my experience, it's not entirely true. I paid the fee to join the site and submitted a few pieces of content, but my work was turned down in a matter of hours. According to the help section, the curation process should take at least two weeks, but mine was rejected quickly. The curation guidelines are very vague, and after some extensive online research, I discovered why.

While anyone can publish what they want, the curation is geared towards individuals who fit the image of what Medium stands for. This includes leftist politics, SJW propaganda, and other extreme left views. If that's what you want to do, then that's fine. However, my issue is that Medium should be upfront with what their goals are. It would be nice if they were transparent about their preferences, so people like me, who are neutral and don't care about politics, don't waste our time and energy trying to please curators. Instead, they dangle a carrot in front of you with the chance of being featured or making money when paying members read your content.

The curation guidelines are not clear, and I can't understand why there wouldn't be an in-depth style guide if Medium really wanted writers to succeed. The only reason I can guess is that they don't want to come right out and say the content they really want is blogs about Medium (free SEO work), health and lifestyle that borders on pseudoscience, and feminist or SJW propaganda. I use that word for its meaning only, those subjects are not a bad thing, and I think they should have a platform. I just want to know if I am submitting to one since my content would not fit in.

Another issue I have with Medium is the lack of customization. I am fairly certain that I had "claps" on a few of my articles that are no longer there. Also, the stats said I had a total of 30 reads on an article, but the next day it was down to 4. On another, it had been 25, then 1. So, I don't know if it was a glitch or, as some others claim, the site being deceitful. It's curious, and I wish there was more transparency with these blogging platforms. They want all the content they can get for SEO, but only praise the pieces that fit their mold. But, they don't really tell anyone what that mold is.

I am happy for those who have found success on the site, but I did notice that the same authors are always featured, even some of the content a year or two old. So, if there are so many writers using the site, how come only a handful are featured? If every writer has an opportunity to be featured or curated, why is it these two dozen or so authors that get all the attention? I am not claiming that my content is better than theirs or even worth featuring, but there are signs that the site is not what it claims to be.

In conclusion, I would advise taking time and consideration before posting on Medium. As for me, I am working on removing my content and finding a more neutral outlet.

Medium Medium.com: A Platform Biased Towards Certain Protected Groups

Medium.com is a platform that claims to be open to everyone to share their stories and opinions. However, my experience with the platform has shown that it is biased towards certain protected groups. While Medium prohibits harassment based on gender and race, they reserve the right to take action at their discretion. This has resulted in a situation where certain protected groups are allowed to engage in targeted hatred against non-protected groups, and any rebuttals, even polite ones, often result in action by moderators against those people.

I have come across several articles on Medium that violate the platform's own hate speech policy. These articles attack people based on their gender and race, and yet they remain published on the platform. For instance, I have seen an article where a user discusses how it would be unfair to kill all men, but they would support doing so while allowing women to keep a small stock of men for breeding purposes. In another article, a non-white person discusses how white people are dirty for not using water after going to the toilet. Additionally, I have seen a black person's struggle to 'see humanity in white people' alongside an article entitled 'My Dad Taught Me Never to Trust White People'. These are just a few examples of the thousands of articles on Medium that violate the platform's own hate speech policy.

In my six months of using Medium, I have been reported by members of these protected groups three times. One of those violations was classified as 'Hate Speech' when I wrote that 'I don't care or think that gender identity is really that important.' This sentence does not attack those who identify as other in gender. It simply expresses my opinion that gender identity is not important to me. Ironically, I support naturally gendered people and people who re-gender. I simply don't consider it to be particularly important in a world which is frankly falling apart. In another infraction, I was in violation when I was personally attacked by somebody because I didn't anticipate that continuing to politely engage with them would result in a personal attack. Finally, today my subscription was cancelled, and I was permanently suspended from Medium because I politely replied to an article by a particularly active user who has a very large following and large internet presence. She was not happy that I disagreed with her article and subsequently blocked and reported me. Medium immediately suspended me, and their reason was that I had too many infractions and must, therefore, be an abusive person.

In terms of Medium's customer service, I have responded each time to its warnings, twice several months ago and one today, and to date, I have never received a response to my enquiries or a reasonable explanation of their actions. This is despite being a paying customer.

In conclusion, if you belong to a certain category of human (gender, race), you would probably find Medium to be enjoyable, welcoming, and perhaps even profitable if you write well. However, if you belong to my gender and race, you will certainly not unless you conform to Medium's expectations and narrative and can tolerate Medium serving you constantly with articles that attack your race and gender in hateful ways.

Medium Discover a World of Knowledge: A Review of Medium's Diverse and Authentic Content

Medium is a pretty cool website where you can read all sorts of articles about different topics. It's like a big ol' library of knowledge, but on the internet. You can find stuff about politics, science, technology, and even personal stories from regular people. It's a great way to learn new things and get different perspectives on stuff.

One thing I really like about Medium is that the articles are written by real people, not just some big corporation or news outlet. It feels more personal and authentic that way. Plus, you can follow your favorite writers and get notified when they publish something new. It's like having your own personal newspaper, but without all the boring stuff.

Another cool feature of Medium is the "clapping" system. Instead of just liking an article, you can give it a certain number of claps to show how much you enjoyed it. It's a fun way to interact with the content and let the writer know that you appreciate their work.

Overall, I think Medium is a great resource for anyone who likes to read and learn new things. It's easy to use and has a ton of interesting content. Plus, it's free! So if you're looking for something to do on a lazy Sunday afternoon, give Medium a try. You might just learn something new.

Medium Medium Review: User-Friendly Platform with Link Restrictions

I gotta say, I've been using Medium for a while now and it's been a pretty decent platform for me. I used to use it to rank my websites and get some good traffic flowing, but lately they've been cracking down on links and not allowing them anymore. This has really put a damper on my plans and kind of defeats the purpose of using Medium in the first place.

But, I will say that the platform itself is pretty user-friendly and easy to navigate. I like how you can customize your profile and make it look pretty snazzy. The writing interface is also pretty straightforward and I haven't had any issues with formatting or anything like that.

One thing I do wish they would improve on is their algorithm for recommending articles. It seems like the same popular articles are always being pushed to the top, and it can be hard for new writers to get noticed. But, I guess that's just the nature of the game when it comes to social media platforms.

Overall, I'd say Medium is a decent platform for writers and bloggers, but the recent crackdown on links has definitely put a damper on things. Hopefully they'll find a way to balance their policies with the needs of their users.

Medium Discover a World of Knowledge on Medium: A Review

Medium is a dope website where you can read all kinds of articles about anything you want. It's like a big ol' library, but on the internet. You can find stuff about politics, sports, cooking, or even just some random dude's thoughts on life. It's pretty cool.

Another thing I like about Medium is that the articles are usually pretty good. They're written by real people, not some robot or something. So you get to read stuff that's actually interesting and informative. Plus, there's a lot of variety, so you can find something to read no matter what you're into.

Medium Medium's Unfair Practices: A Warning to Content Creators

Medium is a platform that has been causing a lot of trouble lately. They are closing accounts without any warning and taking away all the money that people have earned. It's really not fair and it's causing a lot of people to be upset. I was just reading a review about it and it's not looking good. There are a lot of bad reviews out there and it's important that we share our stories to warn others.

There are a lot of other platforms out there that are much better than Medium. We should all boycott the bad ones and support the good ones. It's really important that we stick together and make sure that we are treated fairly. We work hard for our money and we deserve to be treated with respect.

If you have been a victim of Medium's unfair practices, please share your story. It's important that we all know what's going on and that we can support each other. Medium Medium Review: Great Content, Limited Free Reading Material

So, I've been using Medium for a while now and I gotta say, I'm pretty impressed with the content they have. I mean, there's just so much to read and learn from! But, there's a catch. As a free user, you only get a limited amount of reading material. And, if you're like me and can't afford to pay for a subscription, then you're stuck waiting for a month to get more free reading.

Now, don't get me wrong, I understand that Medium needs to make money somehow. But, it would be nice if there was some other way to get more free reading material. Maybe they could offer a certain number of articles per week or something like that. I don't know, just a thought.

Despite this issue, I still think Medium is a great platform for writers and readers alike. The articles are well-written and cover a wide range of topics. Plus, the layout is clean and easy to navigate. I also appreciate the fact that they have a commenting system, which allows for discussion and feedback.

Overall, I would definitely recommend Medium to anyone who loves to read and learn. Just be aware that as a free user, you may have to wait a bit to get more reading material. But, hey, good things come to those who wait, right?

Medium Review: Is Medium.com a Platform for Hate or a Valuable Resource for Marginalized Voices?

Medium.com is a website that has been receiving a lot of attention lately, and not all of it is positive. Some people have been calling it a platform for hate, and it's not hard to see why. The site seems to be entirely devoted to commentary about whiteness, which has led some to question whether it is really a platform for African Americans, as it claims to be.

One of the biggest criticisms of medium.com is that it is full of racist rants. Many people have pointed out that the site seems to be more interested in promoting hatred and intolerance than in promoting any kind of positive message. This has led to a lot of controversy, with some people calling for the site to be shut down.

Despite these criticisms, there are still many people who use medium.com and find it to be a valuable resource. Some people appreciate the site's focus on issues related to race and racism, and feel that it provides a much-needed platform for marginalized voices. Others enjoy the site's more lighthearted content, such as its collection of funny memes and videos.

Of course, like any website, medium.com is not perfect. There are certainly some articles on the site that are poorly written or that contain inaccurate information. However, these flaws are not unique to medium.com, and can be found on many other websites as well.

Overall, whether or not you choose to use medium.com is up to you. If you are looking for a platform that is entirely devoted to issues related to race and racism, then this site may be worth checking out. However, if you are looking for a more balanced and nuanced perspective, then you may want to look elsewhere.

About Medium

Screenshot Medium
Medium is a popular online publishing platform that allows writers to share their thoughts, ideas, and stories with a global audience. It was founded in 2012 by Evan Williams, one of the co-founders of Twitter, and has since grown to become one of the most widely used platforms for online content creation and consumption.

One of the key features of Medium is its focus on quality content. Unlike other social media platforms that prioritize short-form content and quick updates, Medium encourages writers to create longer, more thoughtful pieces that explore complex topics in depth. This has helped to establish Medium as a go-to destination for readers who are looking for high-quality, well-researched content on a wide range of topics.

Another important aspect of Medium is its community-driven approach. The platform allows users to follow other writers, comment on their work, and engage in discussions around specific topics. This has helped to foster a sense of community among Medium users, and has made it easier for writers to connect with readers who are interested in their work.

In addition to its community-driven approach, Medium also offers a number of tools and features that make it easy for writers to create and publish their work. The platform has a simple, intuitive interface that allows writers to focus on their content without getting bogged down in technical details. It also offers a range of formatting options, including the ability to add images, videos, and other multimedia elements to articles.

Overall, Medium is a powerful platform that has revolutionized the way we think about online content creation and consumption. Its focus on quality, community, and ease of use has made it a popular choice for writers and readers alike, and it shows no signs of slowing down anytime soon.
