Medix College review: Staff

To whom it may concern.

Just wanted to write up a complaint about Medix School at 700 Lawrence Ave. I am complaining about the staff there especially the dean named Kamil Haddad.

Kamil Haddad is also our teacher at Medical Lab Tech Assistant course in 2nd semester. I notice that this school starting from our 1st semester everyone seems to be nice and understanding..It will make u feel welcome and comfortable, everyone is helpful and nice to you.

till 2nd semester came everyone is still the same and very nice till they got our 2nd payment or tuition from our osap their tuition is 7k every semester. When they receive our payment everyone doesn’t care about their students anymore and they give us hell especially Kamil Haddad because He is our teacher and we cannot complain because everyone is on His side it seems like the staff there are under by him even though we complain to the staff or the director of education they don’t take us seriously and they just don’t care at all.

Kamil Haddad is very inconsiderate to his students and very unprofessional and rude.. whenever we come up to him about our academic problems instead of encouraging us he is discouraging us telling us to quit right away he will tell us or email us words like “medix is not for you” ,” just wait for a miracle” and”He will tell u to just quit as well” he calls us pheasants in our zoom class” which is not normal and very wrong considering he is our dean. He is very arrogant and lack of experience in life. He told us one time that before when he was a student he told us that he let go of his job even though he has kids. I am not sure what he is trying to say by that but he should understand that it is INFLATION his time is different . And He also makes things complicated I would understand if we are getting PHD , Masteral , bachelors etc. But it is just a private college we will only be getting certificate or diploma I don’t understand why this teacher wants us to just quit..

Kamil haddad has an attitude problem we also had a conversation via zoom that I recorded on my phone for evidence because we are arguing about something because he is unfair to his students and he is gas lighting and mocking me. Kamil haddad is our dean at school he should be helping his students but it is not whats happening if you get low mark he doesn’t like u and disrespects you treats you like [censored].

Right now a lot of students are currently feel bad and also quit medix school because of him I really do hope that this would be addressed because as a student I worry about our education and also that big amount of money that we paid to go to waste. And for sure same to the other students my classmates and other.. I hope that they don’t experience this kind of treatment.
