Verification requires a video call with an agent. I was having problems with my camera and I was advised to clear all app and restart my phone. All of which I did. When I came back to the site I was still having problems with the camera. Before I could even let the agent know I was still experiencing difficulties I was flagged for fraud. I’ve contacted the support team and they’ve been no help.
