Metro by T-Mobile Not asking for my security pin

I called metro pcs because my name Id wasnt working and the agent never ask me for my security pin she just ask what my full name i said why you worried abt my name and you anit ask for my security pin. she said i could look it up by your name or phone number i called. Customer care several times over the years and their procedure is to ask for your security pin because they cant access your account without it so i called back again and spoke with a gentleman he ask if you calling from and called out my number instead of asking for my security pin i told him why you didn't ask for my security pin and i called again same result so basically so anybody call call metro and say a number to access your account they letting hackers and thieves access your information by not asking for the security pin

I went in to get a new tempered glass protector on my phone. The sales person picked one, took off my old cracked one and put the new one on. I was telling him that I usually end up replacing my phone a few years through out the year because I'm pretty rough on them. Metro by T-Mobile New cell phone

I am verys dissatisfied with the service/phone of MetroPCS. Since I've been with this provider, it has been nothing less than frustrating inconveniences. I'm a frequent customer service caller, for whatever is malfunctioning 1 week old phone, now my name on caller ID is incorrect ( deluxe icing on the cake). Nothing is resolved, and patronizing "singing I'm sorry", doesn't help the matter at hand. I plan to let whoever know of my horrible experience with this company. I plan to part ways with MetroPCS after this billing period.

Metro by T-Mobile I was trying to turn on name id and. it said that it couldn't verify my account

So i called Metropcs on 8/10/19 at1:59a.m and i explain that my Name Id wasnt working and the agent ask me was my full name and i told her she didn't even ask for my security pin because thats the only way they access your account and she told me she could look it up by my name or phone number which is not true so i said i, ll call baack at 2:05a.m i did this time i spoke to a man he to didn't ask for my security pin to access my account. I said you didn't ask for my pin he. ask my name i didn't give it to him and he said your calling from and he spoke out my number and when i hung up with him then. Name Id pop up only for a 7 day trial and when i tried to subscribe and be changed every month for the service when i put in my pin number for Name Id it wouldn't work gave me some message so the agents blocking that service from me on purpose so them not asking for my security pin or removing it. is a security breach. giving hackers and thieves access to my account information and they need to be penalize for their actions

My husband purchased a Bluetooth speakers on 8/7/2019 as a gift to me his wife I opened it up. When I pulled it out the box I turned it on when I shifted it I heard a noise but I thought it was the lights inside because it lights up, so as I turn the volume up the sound went out I did it again and it went out again. Metro by T-Mobile warranty process with assurant - [protected]

I made a claim to replace my broken phone on 8/8/2019 only to discover on the morning of 8/9/2019 that the broken phone (cracked screen) had been disconnect, which left me without any means to make/ receive or text due to the replacement phone had been activated prior to being shipped out! I learned all of this after speaking to a tech @ Metro PCS and a representative with Assurant which between the two companies no one was able to explain or provide and feedback as to why this occurred. Needless to say the Metro tech as me to reset the initial phone back to the original settings which lost all the contacts and apps! as they were not backed up and I was not asked if there were! I found this entire process of replacing a phone to be very upsetting and unprofessionally handled.

Metro by T-Mobile payment arrangements

On Thursday I called METROpcs and talked to a real live human being and I tried to get arrangements but they said WAIT until yours service is off then call us back. Will its off today Friday and I tried and tried to call them chat with them but all I get is a R O B O T repeating the same thing over and over and until to reach anyone. They reps at METROpcs knew this and that is why they told me to call back knowing I would be unable to contact anyone until I paid my bill. I am on social security and still waiting on my check. So, would they help me yesterday and that is poor customer service and they all need trying. And POUR COLD WATER ON THE ROBOT who wants to talk or listen to that for CUSTOMER SERVICE that is poor way to do business and keep customers. The line should be open to talk to customer service REAL HUMAN BEING not no dumb unless unhelpful no thinking or human reaction R O B O T.

Metro by T-Mobile fraudulent victim

My phone service was hacked into 7/29/2019 where my service was canceled and taken to Tmobile without my knowledge. I still haven't gotten my phone number back. My bank accounts were also accessed through venmo and an attempt was made through PayPal. It should not be so simple for someone to be able to simply make a phone call and switch providers. This is not right. And is still not resolved!

Hi my name is Regina

I have two lines with metro. I had to get an extension but of a bill mix up. The same day I received the extension. I was given my credit. This have been a couple of months ago. I still don't have all my services restored. I have been to Corporate they couldn't tell me nothing. They tried in on a new phone nothing. I really believe I was given a deal and had it taken away from me. Customer service is a waste of time. Trouble shooting for nothing. When they know like I do metro took it back. That's illegal over around the broader. I have tried to work with this company and zero. These people have wasted enough of my time with the run around. I'm looking into what can be done. I lost alot of business that costed me dearly. This number won't even open the Internet nothing just talk.

I went to pay my phone bill this morning and a women in front of us was getting cussed out, by a women who works there. Then it was my turn to pay I gave the man $120 by accident when my bill is only $80 and now he won't give me my money back, and he put his hands on my mom. Metro by T-Mobile customer service unprofessional supervisors and employees

I will never recommend metro pcs to anyone Hello my name is yomaira Cruz and I'm reaching out for several reasons for this problem on July 11th I switched from my boost carrier that I was with for 7years .I had 3 lines that I switched to metro now why is that my daughter's line wasnt also added when I didnt switch 2 it was 3 for $100 a month now how can your metro employees lie to there customers and turn around and do as they please I spoke to the supervisor frank ID#3986 and just or worst as his employees was so unprofessional to max .he couldn't even answer anything of my questions. Being the supervisor means you must know your policies rules and company laws as supposed leaders .then I wasn't told that automatically I had to pay insurance on all 3 lines I have had insurance and never was I told that I had no choice was told about this till now .and I noticed because I went on the metro app and saw 2 lines for $100 and my 3rd line under my name but a different account and monthly amount. Supervisor Frank ID#3986 it was ok for his employees to scam there hard working customers just to make a sell out and a quick commission I ask frank, and his response was that I go back to the store and figure out my issue. I ask him so you hire workers that that do as they pleased after lieing and falsely representing something that is false I spend over $350 for all my phones and on top frank ID#3986 couldn't look into on why my 3rd line was separate and as he said I can merge it now but u must pay additional fees like are u joking your employees did this mess and never did not once they tell me anything about this situation I'm so disappointed and disgusted with metro pcs I don't recommend metro pcs to anyone and the supposed supervisor Frank ID#3986 should be fired asap for being so ghetto and unprofessional. I want what I spend on these dm devices under a false impression and after obataining the money metro pcs employees doing what they want and not being honest or trustworthy selling false information just to get commission this is wrong in so many ways. I want a refund back how am I paying additional 30 dollars for insurance I wasnt made aware about and not having a choice of my own and metro employees and supervisor and just there company made a decision with out my knowledge if even knowing about my 3rd line n insurance please help me I am so upset I work hard n long nights for just any one to come and think us ok to scam ppl

Metro by T-Mobile staff

I needed a charger for my car and not sure why the one I bought at target didn't work. Arrived at 9:10 to find the door still locked. The employee (Hola?) reluctantly let me in and the store had a very strong odor of cleansers - really strong. He searched for the next 15 minutes in every drawer and cupboard, going into the back to speak with someone at least three times. They didn't have the right one but had two pieces that they said would work. They would not allow me to try them first and replied that if it didn't work the manager who refused to give her name (Hispanic, early 20's, uninterested in it all) would then call her boss in order to figure out how to return my refund. I choose not to deal with this kind of business practise. I left at 9:35 - 25 minutes and no charger.

If Metro is going to hire inept, young and uninterested, unhelpful and rude staff, they are in trouble. And as a society so are we if these two are any indication of what this generation brings.

Metro by T-Mobile crappy service

I bought a NEW Foxx phone on July 2nd. On July 3rd I brought it back to the store because it would not ring either when calls came in or no dial tone when I tried to call out. To get any ring tone I had to turn off the phone and restart it 6-7 times. I ended up taking it back 4 times to All American Wireless at 45200 Ford Rd. in Canton, MI. 48187 (734) 667-3305. On my last time in...I smashed the phone outside and threw it back in the store. If anyone looks at the complaints and reviews on this store they will see that I am ot the only customer this happened to. What good is a cell phone that doesnt ring.? The establishment has not opened, it is well past 10:00a.m and a whole line of customers are impatiently waiting for a store manager or ANYONE to arrive so that we can be serviced . How can this be a successful business, when you are not here to open ? I am completely taken aback by how long i, myself as well as other people waiting to patronize this business have been waiting.
