In present time the scenario of the higher education has been changed by the private state university that is run and managed by some professional groups to keep in mind it is a business not a service to students in the education field all over India. This concept of education has deteriorated the values of higher education. Management committee of private university by hook and crook settled the policy with politicians to get approval of university from state government. After sanctioned or approval of private universities they enrolled thousand students to grab money from them with the help of collaborators who has opened their office in all states. Students deposit their fees in university through collaborators and get enrollment from the university, after sometimes they get first year/semester mark cards, within the short period university and collaborators stop to response to the students as a result cheated and harass students lost his fees and time. Others hands all grieved and cheated students by private universities have no hearing and there is not any government authority to relieve them. They cannot file their complaint or case in other states jurisdiction against private universities. It seems that MHRD government has provided golden chance to politician to open private universities in their states and loot students. UGC teams inspect the infrastructure, faculty, courses, enrolled students bio data, library hostels and land requirement in the university. But how many students have been robbed by these private universities who have not got their complete mark cards and degrees. It seems that MHRD and UGC has not any liability or response to the cheated students who get admission in government approved universities.
