I bought a Nissan Murano on 3/18/2022
I bought a Nissan Murano on 3/18/2022. While discussing the deal and payments, I specifically asked my salesman, Derek Gasparotta, to include Gap coverage, tire and wheel coverage, and maintenance. However, he never once mentioned that these had to be removed in order to keep my payments at a certain amount. Yesterday, on 3/26, I had an issue with one of my tires and decided to check my paperwork to see what was covered under the tire and wheel coverage. To my surprise, it had been taken off. When I went to the office to inquire about it, they told me it was removed to keep my payments low, without explaining it to me beforehand. I believe the next step is to involve a lawyer to handle this situation.

Car
I bought this car on 05/2022, it was the BIGGEST mistake I ever made. I desperately needed a car, just so I can be able to take my child to school. My transmission went out for my prior car, so I went to Miami Car Credit in hopes of at least paying a certain monthly amount, my credit isn't great and I TOLD them that. I am disabled and on a fixed...

I bought a Nissian Maxima from Miami Car Credit on February 27. The car was priced at $18,000, and I put down $3,000. However, they also sold me several warranties and paint protection plans, which increased the price to $31,000. This was not what I expected, as I thought my down payment would lower the price of the car.
After having the car for two months, I noticed some scratches and tried to activate the paint protection plan. Miami Car Credit's solution was to buff the paint, but it didn't fix the problem. I had to pay out of pocket to have the doors repainted.
I also tried to activate a second warranty for perma plate application, but they only provided me with a bottle of solution. I have to pay a paint and body shop to apply it, even though the warranty should cover this. Miami Car Credit refuses to pay for it.
These practices are costing consumers millions of dollars in fees for warranties that are not being honored.
On May 17th, 2022, me and my wife went to Miami Car Credit to buy a new car
On May 17th, 2022, me and my wife went to Miami Car Credit to buy a new car. We ended up choosing a red 2016 *** Camero. After adding the car to my insurance, I waited for the next step, which was signing the necessary papers. But before I could do that, one of the managers approached me and informed me that the car had been reported stolen. They explained that all their cars come from an auction house, so I had two options: wait for the title to be fixed or choose another car. I didn't want another car, so I decided to wait a couple of days. They also advised me to remove the car from my insurance and do it again when I come to pick up the car. I agreed and said I would do it the next day since it was already around 8pm.
To cut a long story short, I have been calling them repeatedly since then, but I always get the same responses. They either promise to call me back (which they never do) or someone tells me that hopefully it will be resolved in the next few days. I also tried to remove the car from my insurance, but they said I needed proof that I no longer had the car. I informed Miami Car Credit about this, but they still haven't sent me anything to resolve the issue.

I bought a used car from Miami Car Credit on 1/11/22
I bought a used car from Miami Car Credit on 1/11/22. The next morning, I went outside to check out my new ride and noticed that the antenna cover had flown off during the short eight-minute drive from the dealership to my house. I reached out to Miami Car Credit and they sent me to different departments and had me talk to different people. Finally, on 1/14/22, they told me to come in so they could give me a refund for my down payment. My down payment was $7300. When the refund was processed, it showed up as pending in my bank account. The next day, the pending amount disappeared. I called my bank and they said that the only possibility was that the merchant reversed the refund. It has now been 6 days since the refund was initiated. I've left several messages for my car salesman, but he ignored all of them. Today, on 1/20/22, I called again and they gave me the same runaround, saying they need to check with their finance department and never got back to me. This morning, I checked Miami Car Credit's website and saw that they put the car I bought and returned, without receiving a refund, back on the market. They also charged me an extra $500 for a tag that I already had from my previous vehicle. On top of that, they added $900 for GAP insurance, even though I specifically asked for it to be removed because it's not legally required in Florida. I want the full $7300 down payment back, plus the amount they charged me for the tag.
I bought a 2019 Ford Ranger from Miami Car Credit, LLC and boy, was it a disappointment
I bought a 2019 Ford Ranger from Miami Car Credit, LLC and boy, was it a disappointment. They claimed it had less than 3k miles, specifically 2967 miles. Seemed like a good deal, especially with a clean CarFax and 2 months left on the Ford Bumper to Bumper Warranty. Paid $27,295 for it. Checked the fluids and everything seemed fine, oil was clean like it should be for a low mileage vehicle. I even got gap and key insurance, just in case.
But just a week later, I noticed something fishy. The driver headlight had been repaired with epoxy, clearly indicating a small accident that wasn't reported. Funny thing is, it didn't show up on the CarFax. I went back to the dealer and spoke to Edgar about it. He basically shrugged it off, saying they buy these cars from auctions and what you see is what you get. Fine, I thought, I can replace the headlight myself.
But then, the nightmare really began. A week and 2 days later, the check engine light came on. It was showing a message about injector #2. I took it to Ford and they wanted $169.00 just to scan the truck. Can you believe it? And to make matters worse, the Ford Bumper to Bumper Warranty had expired just 2 months ago. The service advisor checked the truck and by some miracle, the check engine light had turned off on its own.
I decided to go to a car wash and guess what? The truck overheated. I had to let it cool down before I could even drive a few blocks to my son's house. When I checked the coolant, it was all sludgy. Disgusting. I reached out to Miami Car Credit and guess what they said? They told me that I had declined the Bumper to Bumper Warranty, so it was my problem now. They offered to talk to their mechanics, but warned me that they were even more expensive than the dealer. Great, just great.
So here I am, stuck with a 72-month car loan for a car that I can't even drive. If you don't believe me, just check out the photos on Google Reviews. It's a real mess.
