I bought an item from www.mightydeals.co.uk back in May and it arrived damaged. After that I contacted MightyDeals customer service and asked for a refund and they agreed. I sent the damaged item back and was promised I'll get my money back within a week or two.
So, it is now mid October and still no sign of my money. It's been 5 months now and nothing! I already contacted the police and called my bank.
I gave them a chance to discuss everything peacefully, but I guess we'll do it the hard way.

I had placed three orders on 5th of Jan 2014 with mightydeals and been chasing them since then to get an update on my delivery its a month today, all they do is create a Issue ticket and say we have refreshed your voucher and the Issue has been circling around for one full month, I had made the purchase for a occasion but everything gone down the drain, since last one week they have even stopped replying back to my emails and getting across their customer service is like a Mission impossible.

I never faced any problem with purchases from other sites like GROUPON but mightydeals is pain in the backside.

I would suggest all to avoid use of Mightydeals and if anyone knows whom I should approach [consumer complaint agency? ] to resolve my Issue it would be a great help for me.
