I have sent many times the following request without an answer. Also I do not see they acredit the miles correctly.

Currently, I have three separate user accounts, and I would like to merge them into one, which is my main active account (Account 1). Since I am unable to access the secondary two accounts because my email is registered only with the main account, I am even uncertain of the balance on each account. Below are the details of the accounts:
