I ordered my items on June 18 - after 10 days I didn't get shipping information so reached out. I didn't get a response to my email but I received the items at month later. They were cheap knock-offs of the pictures so I tried to return - per their instructions - and they didn't respond to any emails to give me information about the next steps of returning. . This is a a total fraud and I'm now out $80 without any way to reach anyone.
boho style dresses
I agree that this company is actually based in China selling what appear to be beautiful clothes, but are actually sewing up cheap knock-offs. The advertised prices of the two Boho style dresses I ordered were $119.00 but sold for $39.95 USD (I am Canadian) because they catch us dummies with the "save 66%" gimick. After three weeks without any more word from them I began to believe this was a fly-by-night scam. I emailed them and did receive a reply that my order had been shipped and that I would receive a tracking number within two days. Never received a tracking number but did receive an email stating that my order had been delivered. When I unpacked the dresses, there was no invoice, just each dress in a celephane bag with no info. on it. The dresses do not have a brand name sewn or stamped onto them and only a small tag near the bottom to indicate the material and size. I do like one that is tye died, but the colours are much duller than advertised and it does fit nicely. The sewing is very well done and I will wear that one. The other one is a mess. The material is not as advertised, is weirdly shaped and fits very large and way too long. It is narrow and the ankles and is difficult to walk in. This is the Anthea Boho Maxi Dress in burgandy - but is actually red. I am not going to bother attempting a return as it's just not worth the aggravation for the price point. So, buyer beware, there are a lot of knock off factories in China that are just trying to get a piece of a multi billion dollar market. Also beware of any company beginning with Rose in the name. I had a worse experience a few years ago with an online store named RoseWe. Those clothes literally fell apart and had to be garbaged. I couldn't even donate them to our local thrift store.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. I ordered two items that arrived two months later, terrible quality and didn't fit. I have since emailed "customer service" 4 times for a refund with no response. The fact that they are asking other reviewers they would give them their refund if they took down their negative review is extremely shady and unethical. I would like to report them to the Better Business Bureau and Instagram for false advertising and running a fraudulent and sketchy company. Clearly seeing all the reviews online, not just on this site is alarming.
poor customer service... not returning emails so I can return my items and get a refund
I should have known this wasn't a legit company when I saw the advertisement on Facebook and decided to make a purchase but didn't get it for 2 months! I purchased 4 total dresses on June 12th from their website for a wedding I was attending at the end of June. I purchased 2 different dresses, in 2 different sizes, 2 weeks before a wedding I was attending, hoping I would be able to wear one to the wedding. I didn't receive my purchase until last week..July 21st.
Don't need the dresses anymore as the wedding was in June and it is now August 1st. What a fool I am to be thinking the company was in California, yet my postal package is being shipped from CHINA! WTF! I go to the website to see about returning them, and I email the contact information given. A real company will get back to you within a day or two. Five days goes by and I don't hear anything, so I email them again wanting to know how I can send the dresses back and wanting a refund for my purchase. I still have yet to hear from them.
Piss poor customer service. I will NEVER EVER buy from this website again. I will make sure I tell everyone and go on every website possible, making sure everyone knows what an company this is and NOT to buy from them, EVER. A

poor quality and no customer service
I bought a dress on this website the 1st July 2018. Delivery arrived 27th July but my complaint is not about the late, the dress is a very poor quality item, impossible to fit piece of clothing (zip won't open properly). I contacted them 3 times for returning it, but no answer from them. Their customer service simply doesn't exist. I paid 40 dollars for something I 'm not able to wear and I'm realising I'm not the only one, how this company still running

I don't make it a habit of posting reviews. But this company is a disgrace to all business owners. I bought $100+ worth of clothing. I got them, they were not what I expected at all, so I returned them. I paid for shipping (about $40) and didn't hear a thing for weeks. I posted a review, they immediately get back to me requesting me to remove my review and they will reimburse me for my full order. I removed it. I got an email that my account was refunded, $144+ as promised, and I would see it on my card in 7-10 working days. Want to take a guess of what hasn't been refunded on my card? Email was dated to 2 and a half weeks ago. I can't wait to pursue this further

I ordered a dress for a wedding and received something that I could have made better with toilet paper and tape. Obviously upset that I spent time and money with this company, I looked in to returning it. That was 2 weeks and 3 emails ago. I have not received any response to my emails and am LIVID. This company clearly is a scam, stay away! This company needs to be investigated!
Also, the dress was sent in the wrong style and color than originally ordered. Please remove this company from advertising on social media! They are misleading so many women!

Do NOT purchase anything from MILK AND CHOCO. Not only did they not ship the item until I reached out a week or so after placing my order, but then the item itself was not quality nor did it look like the item in the picture. I have now emailed them THREE times just TRYING to get a mailing address to return the item for a credit. There has been NO response and I am left out of pocket with a useless item of clothing. I will be posting this review on every review site I can. Milk and Choco is a COMPLETE SCAM!

Ordered a dress. Finally arrived and way too small even though I ordered a larger size than normal. Have sent numerous emails asking to return the dress—as per instructions on their website. No response. Supposed to return within 14 days. However, cannot do that as never received return instructions from the company. After doing research on this company, apparently my complaint isn't the first time. Now I am out almost $40 and have a dress that I cannot wear. Amazing how easy it was to contact them regarding shipping etc. but no response now that I need to return the item. Cannot enter postal code or city info as it is not on their website.

Terrible quality, the material is very thin and see thru. Not the item that is pictured. This company is stealing peoples money. they must be shut down! I have tried to contact for a refund, several times. and no response!
It took almost 2 months to receive the item. Company appears to be European, but they are located in China. They only responded to my emails, when I was checking on the status of the item. It took a long time to be delivered. Now I know why.
I have since tried to email, to the contact info that they have. Still, have not received a response.
Happen the same always with this page, I´m very upset that no one make something to close it now! I find that buying in Alyexpress is most useful or maybe if you want something that is not from China you can check Tinkuy Shop that is a peruvian brand that sells things for winter. Hope you find something you like :)

I ordered a jumpsuit from this company. Took weeks to arrive and when it did it was really poor quality from China and didn't even look like the picture. The jumpsuit was huge and it was awful material and really badly made. Really annoyed for not reading the complaints website. Had I known it was coming from China I wouldn't have bought it. It said that it was made in USA and charges in dollars.

I placed an order July 3 of this year, just today received it, poor quality, sizing rediculious over priced, customer service sucks, feel I have been robbed. I ordered an xl, it wouldn't fit my 8 year old child, the material is so thin you can see thru it, I paid for priority mail, took almost a month. I will never order from this company again and be sure I will spread the word about being ripped off. I tried contacting the company several times to find where my order was, never an answer, I just tried to write the comapny an e-mail and tthe e-mail won't go thru. I placed my order the end of May and was supposed to receive in 7-10 days. It came on July 1, nearly 6 weeks after placing my order. They do not provide any contact number to check your order and only a tracking number which never updates. It arrived looking nothing like the picture and was very poor quality. I have been trying to get return instructions since July 9 (it is now July 30) and have not gotten a single response from the company. After reading other reviews, I suspect I will not get a reply and will be out the money I paid for this useless product.

Order over £100 clothes- all of them poor quality, wrong colour and size. They came after 2 months and i dont want any of them. There is no return address and the website says to email them for return details. I have contacted them repeatedly by email but no response. There is no phone numbers and you cant even message them on facebook!

I ordered one dress on May 27th. Everything I saw said shipping was quick and how great this company was. In June, I emailed to ask where my order was. They responded and said I would receive a tracking number in a few days. I didn't and a couple of weeks later, still no dress.
I finally received the dress the first week in July! It looks NOTHING like the picture and the sizing is way off! I immediately emailed them to get the address to mail it back for a refund. Of course, no reply. I've emailed them 4 times now and no one will respond to me.
Milk and Choco is a complete fraud and a rip off! Such horrible customer service and they portray that they are in America and they are not. They are in China. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!

This company took weeks to deliver my order, eventually it arrived and the quality is terrible, fabric is nylon and is not worth the price I paid for it. I have since been ignored by customer services, I have written to them several times to arrange a return and I have not been able to return the product as returns details were not included. Total waste of money.

I have ordered a boho dress in green on June 30th. It was indicated a delivery time of maximum 10 days. It was also proposing for extra money a priority delivering which I chose to pay for as I knew I would.not be able to pick up the delivery after the 20th july.
I sent at least 2 emails.to customer service from mid july to 20th july. In my last email 20th july I indicated I wanted to cancel and get a refund as the parcel had not yet arrived. No response
I got a message from swedish post on july 24 to ask me to pay another 9 euros ( customs) if I wanted the dess delivered.
This is unacceptable and I want an immediate refund.

This company took weeks to deliver the goods I ordered for my holiday. They eventually arrived long after I'd been on holiday and were poorly made and didn't fit correctly. I have now requested 4 times via email for someone to contact me about returning the items and getting a refund with no response. I lost nearly $200 and I'm now regretting buying online. I will be reporting this company! Leave the negative reviews up so others are warned!

I purchased this dress a size larger than I normally wear. It arrived two months later. I was unable to wear it because it was 5 sizes too small. No return info was included in the package. I emailed them immediately to get return info. They humored me a while by asking to send a photo of why I am unhappy with the purchase. I sent them photo of me showing how the dress was approx 10 inches too narrow to button! After a few more emails, they asked do you want to return the dress? Duh! Yes. I never heard from them again. Scam company. So sorry I did not read the many similar complaints. Last online purchase for me!

I ordered something from them, which took a long time to arrive. It came from China and looked nothing like the pictures. I am someone that orders a LOT online...so trust me when I tell you that this was the worst crap I have ever seen. Terrible material, loose stitching, hems that aren't sewn at all...it was bad. They say have a return policy and provide an email (not phone number) and you never get a response, no matter how many emails you send.
So far everyone I have spoken to who also had the misfortune of ordering has the same story. There are complaints everywhere. They are being reported to all major social media sites and should be shut down.
