We bought 3 x bridesmaids dresses from milk and choco, we ALL MEASURED EACHOTHER individually from the chart provided by milk and choco... the dresses we received were at least 2-3 sizes too small ! We followed ALL REQUESTS AND CAERFULLY READ THE REFUND POLICY, but when we email the company for a refund (3 x now) we have had no response very disappointed, we are now looking into the accc to take the matter further, we don't earn a lot of money, these dresses looked perfect, and this company is taking no responsibility for their mistake

I ordered 3 jumpsuits costing $113 on 7th July I received an email to say they were shipped on 22 July and received them 8th Aug. They are tiny and inferior quality. I believed it was an American company but goods are from China. I have now emailed several times regarding how to return for refund as no address or return labels despite it saying free returns. Still await reply.

I ordered an XXL and even though the tag says XXL, it is in between a small - medium! I was very disappointed. And also this same dress is on amazon for $20 and free shipping. Anyway, I have sent 4 emails asking how to return the dress and no replies back. This is the only way to communicate is by email which is ridiculous. I only have 14days and it's been over a week now. I'm not sure what to but I will never purchase from them again!

I ordered a few dresses and took over a month for them to come in. When they did they were not what the pictures looked like and were cheaply made. I had asked to return them (which was available as per their website) but every time I emailed them (over 6 times) they never replied. I lost over $100 for cheap clothes that is obviously a scam. I'm very disappointed and upset.

I truly wish I could give this company less than 0 stars. It took a month for the clothes to arrive and they were made of the thinnest, cheapest fabric which was already pulling apart before I even tried them on. They looked NOTHING like the pictures on the site and they were also WAY too small. I read the reviews a day or so after I ordered the dresses and sent numerous emails asking to cancel the orders and get a refund- every email went unanswered. This company is horrendous. I have never been so appalled by a company or its products. They need to be shut down!

I originally posted a review of this company months ago. At the beginning of July I received an email from "Moriana" from the "Customer Happiness Team" requesting that I remove my negative review from Trust Pilot, and in exchange I would be offered a full refund "immediately". I agreed to this and removed my review and was promised a refund in 7-10 business days. It has been a month and a half and no refund. I sent several more emails which have gone unanswered. This company is an absolute sham. Save yourself the time and money. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

I have purchased this dress for my daughters birthday it looks nothing at all like the picture feels and looks like a plastic garbage bag every very disappointed. I placed the order in early July and did not receive the order until August. The quality of the clothes are unacceptable, and did not fit. I have tried to contact Milk and Choco via email (the only option they give you) 5 times to get instructions as to where to send the merchandise for refund They have not emailed back. I can not find any information as to where to send returns. Help, please!

I bought a dress good quality but measurements where not size said to be, i am a size medium and my measurements showed sized medium so I ordered a medium got dress after a month shipping was poor and the dress was too small so I've emailed for five days to return and no one has got back to me to return n u only have fourteen days from the time u got the dress and it will be sent email days tomorrow poor customer service I have asked for return address and full refund and no one has got back to me

I ordered the Alina striped jumpsuit on July 16. I paid additional money for insured, priority shipping. I began emailing them about not receiving any shipment notification within a week. It took almost a week for a response that was basically automatically generated. There was no phone number to call. I emailed several other times and got the same message each time. I finally received the package on Friday, Aug. 10. It didn't fit & was poorly made. You can see through the material. It looks like something made in a high school home economics class. I emailed their support address again requesting the refund process. As of today, Aug. 17, I haven't received a response. This is the biggest joke of a company I've ever seen. I just want a refund of my money for the product. I also want other people to know what a joke they are and that this is scam.

Received dress past expected shipping time only to find other is made out of cheap, see through material. Fitting is rediculous, band sits on rib cage not waist and is so tight (no stretch in material) that I cannot take a deep breath. Then took someone else to help me get out of it. All because of the band around middle. Now customer service is not responding to my emails requesting a refund and wanting to get the process started. All and all. Cheap and nasty product and no cooperation from company.

My credit was billed on 7/11/18 for navy & cream jumpsuit. I didn't receive item until 8/11/18. It doesn't fit properly. I sent text back to number that let me know status. No response. I emailed back to them right away that I needed to return. No response again. I also emailed under response when order was placed. No response. I also emailed when processed. No response. No information is enclosed when you receive it.

SCAM ALERT: Milk and Choco
I ordered a dress from Milk & Choco from their site here on facebook, and it is worthless. Took forever to get here, and the dress is an unwearable piece of garbage; looks nothing like the picture, is flimsy material/poorly made. I found out, they are based in China so it would be to costly to return it/no guarantee of a refund.
Milk & Choco is a scam and needs to be shut down. I suggest DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM. I see hundreds of complaints about this "company" now, wish I'd seen them before, I would not have ordered from them, and I would have saved time/money...oh well...live/learn.

I placed an order on June 11th. It was the Valerie - Elegant Floral Jumpsuit for $38. I received my package on Auguste 5th. I was displeased with the sizing so I followed the steps on the return policy and emailed asking to if I could start a return for my order MC175449. I have yet to receive a response and I would like to return this before the 14 days if expired, which after 14 days I cannot return this romper or get my money back. I am very unhappy with this customer service and would like a response as soon as possible so I can go forward with this return. Thank you.

I purchased three dresses from their website using the size guide and amount came to $119. I was charged $162 and the following day I found the exact same items on another website for less than half the price. I contacted this company to kindly ask them to cancel my purchase. I received no response. So I tried again a few days later via their website. I still received no response. I then received an email saying that my item was on its way and I receive the item in a timely manner however I had tried to cancel this purchase twice. I was also the under the impression they were good quality products that were from the US. The packaging came from China, the fabric used was of poor quality, the colours were different, and for sizing was incorrect. I would like a full refund on these terrible items.

Item received timely - - but fit terribly. Not made for american women for sure! Most jumpsuits fit me fine, but this was cut much too short in the torso - - and side boobs very exposed so that part was too big. Maybe a young teen could fit in this, but even then the top way too big. Material was flimsy, but I could have handled that if it had fit. On the fb ad the colors were darker, too, but again I could have handled that. Terrible fit.
But worse customer service. If you follow their return rules - - they never contact you back to "approve" the return. So I will contact my visa card and argue it through them. Do not buy from this company.
I should have checked the websites, too. So far I have not had great luck with vendors found on facebook - - but my bad for not having checked their background as I usually do. They give a bad name to online vendors (and most are honest - but this group is not!)

Wish I had seen this before I placed an order. I have the same complaint about this as all the other complaints. Ordered two dresses, using the measurement guide on the website. Took forever to arrive. When I finally did get them, one of the dresses was very small, not even close to my measurements. The other dress was also small, but worse than that it is so sheer that it's unwearable in public! I have emailed them at least four times to ask about returning (as per their policy on the website - within 14 days) and have had no response at all. At this point, I guess I am just stuck with these dresses. I don't even feel right reselling them! I will talk to my bank about disputing the charge but I purchased with a debit card so I may be out of luck there too. What a scam. I'm very disappointed and angry.

Company acts as thought they have a very simple return policy... Highly incorrect. Do not buy anything from this company and if you do... And don't like it, just be prepared to fight it on your credit card bill as they will never call you back! Sent them several emails and no response. I typically read reviews before I order but this company seemed legit! Really disappointing because they totally scam you with nice website and friendly return policy. Feel sorry for those who buy several items... Thankfully I only need to return one - lesson learned I will always read reviews.
