I ordered a personalised large cookie costing £23 with delivery it cost just under £30.
I ordered the cookies on the 24th of November 2023, the delivery was on time and the packaging was good, the cookie however was not what I ordered, the personal message was wrong.
I contacted the company within the 48 hour window for complaints, asking for a refund as this was a birthday present, booked to be delivered on my husbands birthday, and after several emails to and from customer service, even know I sent them a clear phone, to show that it was a quality control mistake and should never of been sent out, they refused to refund or ignored my request to speak to manager and closed my case.
Disgusting customer service.
I have an order number and case number and a photo of personalised error and id contacted them within their 48 hour window.
Honestly shocked at how terrible this company are.
The personal message should read Happy 50th birthday Dave.
But clearly reads Happy 50th Birthday Done
Claimed loss: £28 pound
Desired outcome: Full refund
