One was my child’s pancakes and got no syrup at all. I requested syrup on the online order
Second order specifically asked for no cheese and the cheese was melted so cheesy was impossible to wipe off my burger. I am lactose intolerant.
Third order my husband ordered
The chicken southern fried biscuit dinner, he was missing his eggs.
Yes taken they are short staffed, in could understand 1 order but 3 orders?
I’m very disappointed and it was a long drive back and couldn’t take it back due to it being late at night.
Desired outcome: I would like to get an apology and to replace the orders or have the next same order free next time
Manager or person in charge of Willmar MN restaurant
On Sat. May 13, 2023 my son who is handicap and I went into Perkins in Willmar MN at 10.15 we went inside to eat breakfast and waited at counter for some to help us to a table or booth. Waited some minutes with waiters passing us by without a good morning or can I help you I noticed 5 tables and booths cleaned and ready we were the only customers waiting to be seated finally I assumed it was the manager no name tag or dirty dressed looking at me, I asked if we could get a booth or table he responded can't get to you for a half hr or more I said why there are clean tables and my son needed to sit down. He replied too bad, I said this was an improper response and he said too bad. I took my phone out to take a picture of vacant tables and he can't do that, I said I didn't care and left to go out to car with my son. He followed and outside the door said [censored] you and gave me the finger 2 times it really upset my handicap son don't you vet your managers before promoting them note a class show for some customers coming in the café I'm going to file a police report as I felt very threatened by this man. Maybe he has problem with pressure or handicapped people don't know don't care ill also be contacting an attorney for possible action on your store

Rude / miserable waiter
I had to take a moment to inform you about an employee that is working at the Perkins located at 989 W Orange Blossom Trail, Apopka FL 32712 as her nasty attitude & rudeness made our experience a very negative one. Incident happened 11/21/22 around 6:45am. Her name is Arlene Gilbert. To begin our day, we walk in, and the place has only two gentlemen sitting at separate tables. No host, no cashier, not a single employee at site to greet us in. One of the gentlemen suggested we sit ourselves (this was a customer not employee) so my daughter and myself picked up two menus and chose a booth. Arlene walks up after about 5-7 minutes to then say I will be right back instead of asking what we would like to drink. After a couple minutes she comes back takes our drink selection and walked away although we already knew what we wanted to eat. After a while she takes our order in an offensive way that seemed like she didn't want to be bothered, less to say that this woman had an aggravated face not even one smile. She leaves about 45 minutes passed when she comes back and we ask what temperature the burger was being cooked at, she asked why? I stated because my daughter wants it medium and her response was "well you didn't tell me that", "The menu states they are well done". Even the manager agreed it doesn't say it on the menu. Typically, anywhere a server will ask but anyways she took the order so quick and walked away that we didn't even have time to say anything and never came back to check if we needed refills. At this point I requested a manager because 6:30am is way too early to be dealing with such a rude human being. Surprisingly after I spoke to the manager that I told him to not allow her to come back Arleene miraculously was now all over making it seem as if she was working which was interpreted that she was trying to be intimidating. Why wasn't she that available when she was needed?
What changed our mood was the amazing manager named James Cole he came and made sure we were taken care of. I expressed how Arlene had an attitude an all, but he only had nice things to say. This is why he is a general manager and a great one at it. Although he took care of the meal, I still went to give him $20 for a tip and he politely declined but did advise it would go to some sort of charity they have for children which I thought was still amazing. He spoke to us a couple times, kept coming back to see if we needed a refill or anything else and most importantly made conversation with a humble smile although he was facing certain issues with the kitchen, he still took time to change our experience to a way better outcome.
I wanted to make some points clear which I believe are essential for employees at restaurants being that the way people are treated gets around and will be the best / free marketing a food place gets. We the customers are not responsible for the bad day that you the employee is going through so they should be advised that if they are having a bad day to stay home. We the customers also know how to cook but yet we choose to be indulged by a good meal every once and a while. Indulged by a good meal not by a nasty, eye rolling, rude attitude from an employee that most likely isn't happy with her job. Working as a server is a choice and as such the server should provide excellent customer service. I strictly recommend have upper management enter as a decoy and pretend to be a customer to test this employee because such a high-end place like Perkins with the fame it has, and amazing food shouldn't have people like Arlene Gilbert working there.
I have included pictures so you can see how empty the place was. Arlene should have mentioned initially that they were a grill down due to some issues in the kitchen. This would have made the wait more understandable. She needs training 101 on how to do her job and be more of an empathetic person when dealing with customers. A simple apology from her because of her behavior could have changed the perception that we now have of her. Having standards, discipline and self-respect to own our own mistakes says a lot of a person. She just didn't care which is the concerning part for me as that means that there will be many more customers that will experience a negative encounter in the near future.
Desired outcome: Only informational although in my opinion she should be written up as corrective action can change her outcome in the future. Not doing nothing about her behavior towards customers makes her believe there is no issue when clearly there is.

Entered restaurant- female, 25-30, 5'2 long brown hair ponytailed, no glasses- attitude
No Name Server made eye contact with the 2 of us waiting to be seated. NO Acknowledgement, of any kind. Continued to deliver the food she had brought out of the kitchen. By-passed us to continue serving her seated tables. A few minutes go by 2 gentleman also enter stand to the side of us. When No Name approached the lobby to seat people-- again ignored my husband and myself, asking them how many. My only words "excuse me?" When he said 2. No Name then took us to a booth, set down menus and silverware on a DIRTY top that had not been wiped. I will get a towel to wipe that. Left and sat 4 tables
We sat at a dirty booth, so I turned to look-- didn't say a word.
No Name said -"I am only person!"
Finally wiped the table-- asked for drink order. My words-" 2 coffee and 2 waters please."
Left and went to take orders from other tables.Waited 2 more minutes. -decided to leave. As No Name passed-- we stood as we said . We will be leaving no need to bring drinks.
Her response- " Absolutely."
Desired outcome: We left without having Breakfast!GOOD Staff are hard to find, I know. This person is doing you more harm than good. Remedial training most likely would not help.Customer service is not where this person should work.

Tonight my 19 year old step daughter was working with Terry he pointed out a couple to the other waitresses and was telling them graphic sexual situations about said couples daughter my girl was so offended she wanted to quit she came home and told her father and I his actions were inexcusable

At 6:50 on Sunday night I ordered the tremendous 12 eggs over easy sausage patties hash browns add onions and pancakes it came and I have pictures the yolks were hard it was one sausage patty a piece of bacon and I couldn't find any onions in my hash browns I paid good money and I got crap let me know where to send the pictures that's terrible I will never eat there again here's the it says chk number is 3456 one guess yep bad

I already sent in a concern about my experience on April 3rd at Perkins in Topeka, KS. I got a call from the manager who talked way too much and repeated himself multiple times. But he did say he would send a gift card. He assured me it would be arriving on April 11th. It did not. I have the United States Postal Service Informed Delivery. I get notices daily of what mail is coming each day. Perkins has not been in my mail box. And the service does not show mail from Perkins will be here today. I do open all mail. I have gotten nothing yet.
Maybe it is time to just give up.

I ordered a pie for a get togather I was having. I received 1 single slice of pie instead of a whole peanut butter pie. I tried calling restaurant numerous times after I had my order delivered. No answer, no maxhine to leave a message. I'm beyond upset I spent $20.00 on a slice of pie.😞

Made an online order on Sunday 4/25 at the Osseo, MN Perkins. Promised time 11:55. At 12:15, still waiting for food. Get order home to find no eggs, no bacon, no syrup, no butter and no drink. Call manager to complain. He asks if I will come back and pick up missing items. I say no and then proceed to tell him that the restaurant consistently gets orders wrong and they should get their act together. He hangs up on me. I call back, and he has an employee answer instead of taking responsibility like a manager should. I saw him being rude, short and dismissive to customers while waiting for my (late) order. I believe his name is Gary.

Came here 4 days ago was sat in back then basically ignored by waitress...she left the bill with the order! Came again today to a cold Benedict to then be asked if it's okay to microwave it?! Came back still lukewarm and now with no bacon! Don't think I'll be coming here again anytime soon!

We have ate at this restaurant several times. The first time we waited 90 minutes for our food. We finally decided that the waitresses were doing the cooking too. I got over charged and when i brought it to the register the attendant was very quick to dismiss me and said she couldn't give me money back for the over charge to call another day and speak to a supervisor That is fraud if im over charged the only thing to do is to return my money promptly with an apology not put me on a mouse chase for their error

My name is K. Ryan and I have no complaints about the food but about an employee. Within 5 minutes of being seated I was given the bill by Becky. Katherine, my server was very fast in taking the order, however, I had not received a drink or even taken off my coat when given the bill. I am deeply offended by this because all of the other customers who were at Perkins in Mason City Iowa was given their bill after they had eaten. Becky gave me the impression she gave me the bill within 5 minutes of being seated because I am African American and everyone else was Caucasian in the restaurant Did she think I would eat and run out of the restaurant without paying?
I am visiting from New Orleans La, the hospitality state, and want to inform you that this type of treatment would never have taken place in my state.
I'm disappointed in your staff and would not recommend it to anyone.

Perkins on Scatterfield in Anderson Indiana was very inefficient and unprofessional as it came to the management and customer service. Today October 24th 2020 I ordered an item off of the menu and was very displeased with the way that it tasted. After literally 3 bites of trying to be considerate, I finally just told the manager that I didn't like it and would rather have something else (keep in mind that I do not eat meat). She was very rude and her reply was basically too bad you're still going to pay for it. I had no intentions on not paying for food that I ate a sufficient amount of however that was not the case for this instance. I even explained that I still intended to pay for the rest of my party's meals just not the food that I did not eat or like. She proceeded to call the police on me all because I wanted something else and didn't feel that I should have to pay for that meal that was still very much over half of what was given to me. I have NEVER been to a restaurant who has told me that if ever I did not like what I ordered and I did not eat it that it was too bad and I still need to pay for it. Also was told not to come back which believe me I never intended to. Such disappointing service that only reflects how this behavior must be acceptable in all Perkins restaurants. The manager also claimed that she took pictures of the meal and when she called the police and I asked her to show the proof, her phone was conveniently dead.

We recently ordered delivery from your Bradenton FL Perkins restaurant our orders included pancakes mind you that the menu States nothing about pancakes or toast when the order was delivered? There was toast but no pancakes we hen we called back to address the issue? The gentleman was very rude being I also spent $35 on the order the sausage was hard and eggs were cold please correct this issue. Thank you

The last three times my wife and I have gone to Perkins in Mitchell SD. When we order eggs over easy or ask just long enough to cook the white part of the eggs, they're well done. Emma the outstanding waitress is always willing to take them back. And after having a really bad experience with sending food back once ill never do it again. The toast is always white now brown the way it's suppose to be. We always buy muffins to go that are always great. Being a Veteran of 24 years I have always appreciated the 10%Discount you give Veterans. We have decided we will only buy the muffins, and we will go somewhere else for breakfast. I know we didn't go to Perkins usually once or twice a month, cause its 45 miles away.

We purchased a lemon meringue pie in Des Moines Iowa yesterday. We so appreciated your curb side service.. Your employee was so kind! Had the pie for dinner last night.. So disappointing.. If this is the type of people who run one of your franchises I will no longer support Perkins. I am a bar operator and I send customers there to eat after work and sometimes myself. I no longer will support Perkins establishments. I'm very offended.
I will share the distasteful comments she has stated online publicly. I will let everyone know you guys allow racist to run your establishment if this isn't handled accordingly and fast! Honestly offended is an understatement being as I have supported Perkins for a long time. The one by my bar makes great business based upon our bar that promotes them. Please fix this problem immediately
