I hired Mills Engineering LLC more than a year ago, but still haven't got my report. She promised to finish it weeks ago, but it's still not done. Like others, I'm disappointed with the service.

Mills Engineering did a septic and soil report for us, but after we paid her more than $400, she never did the work. We agreed that she would file a septic permit with the county, but she never did, even after promising several times. We checked online with the ComplaintsBoard.com and did a search of her business, and it seems she has done the same thing to others. It's been a year, and no work has been done. We told her that the county would fine us $720 a day if we didn't show activity on our property, like filing for permits. She promised to file that day, but she didn't. Her lies and scamming could cause us to lose our property. We saw in her reviews that she does the same thing to others.

I had some work done by Mills Engineering LLC, and I paid them over $2250.00 upfront and the balance in full. I was told it would take a week to get my perc test results after they were completed. I waited weeks and contacted mills engineering for a copy of the perc test results, and I still have not received any outcomes or a permit. I was told that you would get it done the last time we talked on the phone on February 17th, 2022. You stated you would have it done that day. I followed up, and your office told me they would get back to me. I placed dozens of unanswered phone calls, left numerous messages with your staff that answered your phone for you. which were responded to, sent multiple emails with no return contact. Five weeks later, I still don't or haven't got anything. I called three times yesterday, and I got the same lip service and lies and no phone call back from you or your staff. I asked to have my perc test and holes results sent by the end of the day and a receipt you have submitted for a septic permit. It's now Friday, and I have placed multiple calls and emails, only to be ignored entirely. I spoke with *** with Maricopa county, and he has nothing on file for my property or permit. I have other subcontractors and my General contractor awaiting these results, and my home builder is on hold due to a lack of information provided by mills engineering. I called and left a voicemail telling them I expected a callback, and you failed to contact or follow up with me yesterday or this morning. I am disappointed with the service I received from Mills Engineering LLC.
